Very good hotel! A combination of a traditional style with modern facilities. We stayed there already 3 times and will repeat the next year.

I would not reccomend this hotel for three reasons. One, my husband I just Stayed while hiking the Tour Mont Blanc. We booked a three bedroom room months ago as this was all they showed available. The entire hotel was empty when we got there and they refused to let us move to a smaller, much less expensive room since we had ‘already paid’. It was clear summer is a down season for this hotel/town and they were trying to make as much money as possible by only showing the high price rooms online as available. Two, Oliver at the desk was very rude. And not helpful when we asked questions/tried to change our reservation. Three, there are really one or two restaurants in town (and they close at 730pm in the summer). There is virtually nothing in the town.

We had a wonderful holiday, our apartment was lovely, all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you very much, we hope to come back one day.

The apartment was comfortable, clean and big enough for the family.
The reception reception was more than perfect and we enjoyed having access to the pool. The only thing is the welcome of the employees at the bakery: employees who are slow to respond to us even if they saw us and little smile.

We stayed one night and it was quite expensive for what it is.
carpet in the room dirty and not hygienic at all, kitchen, coffee machine, kettle, but I find that there could have put at least 2 tea bags, and 1-2 coffee capsules, the sugar was there in the bowl and on the left side of the machine yes, especially since it's a so-called 5 star, maybe yes because of the pool and fitness, but when we did a day walk, we arrive we will shower and then we see what farm at 8pm, well you go to dinner and good night. The bed is very hard in our opinion, maid who enters the room at 8:45 without knocking, and to finish breakfast that is worth 15 euro, (photo has support) and ben Sea. So come to Switzerland in a 3-star and you've got better than that.

It's great. There is a swimming pool, sauna, underground parking, mini kitchenina in the rooms. Just super.

A very nice residence with a very beautiful Savoyard charm. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect value for money a very pleasant stay.

Good stay in this residence a quiet place in the middle of the mountain, staff very welcoming and smiling, clean room and very good bedding, pool a little cold, we did care that was very good, I recommend this place.

As usual, everything is perfect. The apartments are beautiful and everything is impeccable before your arrival. Staff very attentive to the customer and small solicitations taken into account. It was a nice place to stay. Thank you to Mr. Director, always at our service also. We are more than eight stays at the Spa Vallorcine and we will return again. Bravo and thank you all! FH + + + + +

Great place. Kids loved the pool and the easy hiking nearby. 20 min drive to the great restaurants at Chamonix.

Great value for money. If you look for a calm family friendly and “on the slope/track”

Located in a quiet town away from the bustle of Chamonix. Nice spacious rooms. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect for longer term stays. If you are a skiier, gondola is right behind the hotel. Overall we had a great stay here and would come back.

Excellent reception for this well equipped residence and offering very good services. Ideally located at the foot of the gondola, and offering a lot of calm.

Good comfort, clean and neat apartment. Good reception The schedules are not at all appropriate: Arrival 17:00 departure 10; 00 of the Never seen!, in the Hotel C is: Arrival 13:00-14:00 and Departure 12:00…
Be forced to take down his trash to put it in the container outside the never seen either! You'd have to put a box of paper tissues in the bathroom would be a minimum for a "5 star".

We had a fantastic time. Particularly thanks to Olivier for helping us finding a wallet, giving a recipe for fondue, explaning hiking tracks, arranging a very smooth welcome although we were late etc. We will come back again. All the best,

Nice residence with a good welcome.
Spacious and well-appointed 33M2 apartment for 2 adults 2 children.
The most: The playroom for the under-6 pool the points to improve: No bar in the residence for the evening billiards babyfoot paying a shampoo a shower gel for 4 for the week (for a 5 stars) The big negative point independent of the Residenc E It is the access to the track.
At the start of the residence, you have to cross a river by a bridge to access the gondola (5-10min on foot) on the return of the residence you have to cross a railway by a crossing and a river by a bridge (10-15 min on foot)

Residence very well kept, pleasant, quiet and with a staff qualified, helpful, friendly and honest.
I highly recommend.

Apartment are extremely well designed and appointed. Spa, swimming pool great. Underground car park, bar and restaurant. Everything you can possibly need. Gondolas just next door and station very close.

Reception, kindness and availability of the staff of the establishment. Excellent location. Very quiet. We will return.

The apartments are clean the staff has your listening and simsympathetic slight problems with the VOD but nothing important.

Family residence, I strongly recommend this place for families. Clean, warm, welcoming. Friendly staff Wonderful experience. Close to the Poya for skiing, and 100m from a sledge track. Swimming pool and play area for children. The top!

Fabulous stay in a vast and superb apartment very well equipped. Very nice residence in a pretty preserved village. Chamonix very easy to reach by train (free with the guest card). Very friendly and efficient home. Everything is done to make you feel good. Thanks for the loan of raclette and fondue machines! The Pleasure.

It's a lovely place. Indoor pool, sauna and gym are very nice. The apartments are small but well appointed and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Very nice, positive and fluently English speaking staff. Unfortunately the swimming pool, reception and especially the sauna are not open for long enough. They are being closed at 20:00. When you come back from hiking or skiing too late you can't use them and rest after an active day. What was also troublesome is the fact that you have only two toilet papers per room. At the reception they didn't even have more to give/sell us. The midweek room cleaning is also paid extra. Hotel itself is niecely located, and I in general enjoyed my stay. But some issues were very disappointing.

Comfortable place to stay near Chamonix. The reception closes at 8pm along with pool, gym, snack bar, ping pong table, etc. So there isn't much one can do in the evening. Hotel guest pass gets you free train rides to and from Chamonix, which takes 30min and runs every 30-60 min. Our 2 bedroom suite had a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and nespresso.

We had a lovely stay at the Residence & Spa Vallorcine Mont-Blanc. All of the staff were kind and helpful, and treated us like family. They were very helpful with suggestions on things to do in the local area, despite it being the low season. We chose the location as we could visit areas in Switzerland and France easily. I would definitely stay again.

Well worth the money and a great apartment. Had everything we needed. The town was closed for between seasons but the staff was very accommodating and provided us a way to get dinner and breakfast.

Monic on reception so helpful. Delighted with apartment which is spacious, comfortable and traditional French style. Amazing views and away from busy tourist area. Will visit again. Love hearing the birds and rushing river water. Perfect for families.

Modern apart hotel ideal for families with young children. Situated close to the ski lift of one of the most jaw dropping ski runs at over 2800m above ground Staff are helpful and polite and amenities for kids are good. One must keep in mind that typical hotel services could be missed such as room service and housekeeping. Big bonus are the videos on demand free of charge. Rooms are suitably designed however poor quality mattresses and pillow textures make for sleepless nights and big minus to the quality of stay at La Residence.

My friends and I had a great time, very comfortable and clean accommodations. Highly recommend the apartment!

Fabulous staff and super location right next to the slopes. We will certainly return!

Very good stay. The team is wonderful, great view, at 100 m lift and a lot of trails for walking. The facilities are very good also. Only soundproofing of the party life of the apartment is not great. Near elevator of the shot noise of people talking, music in the hallway, and people who return. But otherwise the room is very sound proof no noise.
It's just that I'm not 5 stars. But I can not put 4, 75.

Great location, great view, big rooms. the SPA has a great hammam. But the bed in the apartment was not very comfortable, all our family slept bad that night, also pillows were too big. There also was a weird smell in the Residence. But we still spent great time in Vallorcine.

Loved it — very comfortable accommodation, fabulous staff and super location. We will return!

Excellent stay, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful view of the mountains, several services at the same hotel, only thing missing is a jacuzzi! Too bad the temperature was not optimal for beautiful days of powder! Otherwise it was perfect! Thank you.
