We were non-residents & ate in the restaurant last night for a friend’s birthday.
We started with the duck salad & French onion soup — we were not disappointed — totally delicious.
We followed this with filet de boeuf served with dauphinois potatoes & ratatouille — it was excellent.
The staff & service were equally as good & the wine was very reasonably priced.
This is an up & coming restaurant with a young enthusiastic-talented chef…
We look forward to seeing it grow.

We absolutely loved this hotel in all aspects, and will stay here whenever we return to Chamonix. The room was excellent. Amazing views, really nice balcony with a view of the mountains in the sunshine, bed was comfortable and shower/bath was great. Staff were excellent — very friendly and accommodating Had the breakfast there, was delicious. Healthy, good variety, good quality. Location, we almost didn’t book given its distance from the centre of town… but, there are plenty public transit options (train, bus) which are free with hotel fees. It’s also a 30 minute walk along the river of public transit isn’t an option/walking is preferred We can primarily to hike — we were able to access a ton of trails by foot. They even allow dogs! Love this hotel. Will definitely be a regular here.

Bad customer service. Unclean, dirt on sheets, poor hygiene. Wouldn't recommend plus kept trying to charge twice for the meals I was eating.

Good food, good vibe and a good place to access Wi-Fi. The staff are happy to speak English and don't judge you when you try and fail at ordering in French.

The staff were friendly, but that is probably the only positive point. The room is not sound proofed at all — we were woken up at 7am daily by our neighbours banging their doors when they were leaving and we could hear all the conversations on the street. You have to run the hot water for 5 minutes after 9pm but there's no sign in the room to tell you that so, on the first night, we thought the hot water wasn't working (reception closes at 10pm). The food for breakfast isn't great — they don't top up and there's not a lot of variety. I would pay more to stay elsewhere.

Really nice English-speaking staff. Excellent restaurant on site. 5min walk to the ski lift. Free public bus stop right out the front door. Nice sized room/bathroom with extra-firm mattress. Fantastic views.

Nice hotel close to Chamonix, (5 min by public transport). Staff very friendly and dedicated. The only thing to regret my stay at this place is the temperature (rain and fog) and here I can't blame them. The room is clean and quiet, the renovated bathroom, small bar where to watch football and 2 good restaurant nearby, one of the hotel not opening for July.

Perfect small ski hotel in Chamonix! Very glad we picked to stay here, it is a short walk from the flegere lift which gives access to our favourite sunny pistes. There was every facility a skier could desire including private sauna sessions. Rooms, staff and good all very good, would definitely stay again.

Ok! Just outside Chamonix, bus in front of the hotel, nice rooms, very well maintained (recently renovated), attentive and friendly staff, good breakfast with sweet and savoury food, interesting restaurant with wine list well done.

Stayed here for 5 days during the Chamonix Ultra Marathon and I can say that the Hotel is wonderful and the staff are very friendly.
