From a business owner and 1500+ night Marriott guest. Do not stay here. I have spent my life, 250 nights a year in all types of hotels, guest houses and hostels around the world, and I have seen it all. I can stay in a $40 hotel in the middle mainland China or $1000 a night room in London. This disaster is the winner for my worst hotel stay this decade. If the front desk manager worked for me he would now be looking for a new job. I was given wrong information via telephone by a staff member before I booked. When I informed the hotel manager about this problem, he called me a liar. This was a big deal since I booked the property specifically because of the information I was given. When I found a resolution to my issue and asked to check out they forced me to pay for the remaining two nights on my booking. This is totally ridiculous and unacceptable considering the circumstances surrounding my situation. I didn’t complain about the mould in my shower, see pics. I didn’t complain that you can here every footstep on the laminated flooring in the rooms above me. I didn’t complain that the water in the shower turns scalding hot when anyone flushes a toilet in what I would assume is a nearby room. Things that most travelers would loose their mind over. My problem is the general overall “we are super cool and you should be honored to stay at our property attitude. ” Spend your hard earned money down the street at a business that loves their customers.

Great hotel for a weekend gateway, wonderful for families… and the service is excellent!

Cozy atmosphere, relaxing Nuxe Spa.
I highly recommend the treatments/massages.
Very professional.
Quality dinner and breakfast.
Only downside not direct access from the floors of the rooms to the spa.
Not great to walk in bathrobe / slipper in the hall and living room.

Perfect. Facial very good. Nevertheless the decor of the pool is a little austere. A few touches of greenery would be welcome.

It is with pleasure that we return every year. Whether for the comfort of the rooms, the very pleasant welcome or the quality of the restaurant (very varied breakfast buffet and dinner with delicious dishes, I highly recommend it), this hotel deserves to welcome you!
And don't forget to go through the spa, it's the must of this hotel!

Thank you for this pleasant stay. The friendliness of the staff is a real asset, from the person at the front desk to the nice waiter who took care of serving the patty of kings after our arrival. The nuxe spa is really relaxing. And a big favorite for the evening meal/ breakfast, despite the Covid, the dishes are served in the room, hearty, refined and original.
Pleasant and spacious room (small products nuxe appreciable).
