This is a great hotel in a perfect location.

The friendly staff have made me feel very welcome.

Great value for money. Half board is a great choice if available as dinner is in good quality (much better then village standard) as well as vibe in the evening. Best place to be in the afternoon’ much sun which attracts many of the seasonaers. Rooms are comftarble. Take the high floor with balcony.

A clean, friendly and modern hotel rooms are lovely if a little under lit. Modern wet room adds a finishing touch. Staff and management are great.

Swedish run, superb location, the hotel may be 3 star, but the food is 5 star.

Very good overall. Heated ski storage, you can ski to the hotel. Good meals and good prices. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Good views and terrace. Parking next door.

Quite calm and no loud music, nice if you want to sit down and talk after a day in the slopes.

Nice service, good location, good food, good rooms, Wi-Fi not good in the room.

Naze, the servers do not speak French and used half of the alcohol to the side of the glass. When we complained, no commercial gesture. By contrast, for small sluts open, no problem to offer a drink not recorded in the fund. A shame to val tho! We have apartments in the resort, and we do not recommend certainly not in this establishment!

Location is amazing, staff are wonderful, it’s all round a great experience to stay here! The bar and restaurant is hands down the best in the area and the happy hour cocktails can’t be missed! The rooms are warm and plenty of room for all your baggage. It is a short walk to local shops and bars, and is easy to ski in/ski out of resort without having to carry all the equipment. I cannot think of a single downfall to this hotel, we really felt welcome here and would not hesitate to return!

Staying here Half Board for 1 week. Hotel is great, food is amazing and it's great for après ski! Views overlooking Val Thorens and the mountains are great! Wouldn't recommend this place enough! Good beer and reasonably priced too!

Great location, Plein Sud ends across the street & you can practically ski out, even if the snow's dodgy. The staff are really friendly but the beer in the bar isn't the best unfortunately, but the bar itself is good. The decor is stylish & we had a gorgeous mountain view from our balcony. Despite being right above the bar the soundproofing was spot on & the bed in our room was one of the comfiest I've ever had in a hotel.

Very happy with room I got, new and fresh. Got not only Wi-Fi but good Wi-Fi, also service so far been top notch.

Went there for the apres ski and the happy hour. Was reasonably priced and tasted good. Their happy hour was great — disregarding the mediocre mojito. Would definitely go again tho. Sadly not that many places to sit.

Best 3 star hotel I've ever visited. Really good staff and management. Perfect location for ski in ski out and situated on the bar street. La folie douce is just one slope away.

Dirty can't believe it has any good reviews It's bare rooms no Wi-Fi although it states they have it (only works on 1 st floor) beds are terrible and cheap. Shower was broke. Food was crap Staff are also extremely rude. Avoid.

Proper ski in/out. Insane food. Couple of lively places just minutes walk away.

Cool place friendly staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Great view. Set menu for dinner is the only negative about this gem of a hotel. I wish we had done bed and breakfast only.

Three of us stayed here for a week, and I must say the food was excellent. We stayed half board so got our breakfasts and two course dinners from the hotel. Breakfast was a buffet which had cereal, yogurts, cheeses, various cured meats, baguettes, porridge, (scrambled) eggs, bacon, sausages, toast, various teas and coffees (and probably a few other things I can't remember! ) on offer. There's a set menu for dinner which must be booked for either 18:30 or 20:30, and all of the food served was excellent. If you have any allergies (or dislike what's on offer) the hotel provides an alternative — though it has to be said the alternatives never looked as good as the set meal. Some may find the portions to be a bit small, however most nights I found what was on offer to be satisfying. As for the room, it was in excellent condition and very clean. The room included a balcony and a large shower room with a sink and toilet. Radiators were dotted around the room and it felt very warm, despite the — 18°C outside! The one complaint I would have is that despite being billed as a "three person room", our accommodation was clearly a two person room with a camper bed thrown in. There were two bedside tables with reading lights and power sockets situated just above them, but nothing as convenient for the third person in our party. The camper bed was lower down, and the slats actually fell out of it at one point.
