Hotel overall was nice apart from the fact that we payed a fortune for the lack of good room service, that always forgets items like spoons for the soup or milk for cereal, organization of the restaurant on the 2nd floor that can’t bring an americano under 20 minutes, and most importantly the safety. Now the issue with the safety here may not have been seen by other guests, however it was very pungent in our case. The two items that went missing after my brother and his fami…ly traveled to Geneva were the iPhone and the plush toy, both belonging to his daughter. We searched everywhere for the toy and the phone, and couldn’t find it, even though I am most certain that I have seen them before leaving the house later that day. I do want to mention that I was the last one out of the room. We have contacted the staff, and asked them to connect us to the manager, he was on a meeting that time, but didn’t make an effort to come and PERSONALLY speak with us as any manager should do during an event as such. He (the manager) sent a staff member to search the room, as if we are too stupid to find the toy and the phone ourselves, or were hiding it. So later that week my brother went to speak with a concierge regarding the issue and to ask for the nearest police station because no one was doing anything about it from the staffs side. Only then the manager crawled out of his office to speak with my brother.
