I find that the hotel is located too close to its competitor and both for its standing, it is perched in an industrial area amidst various supermarkets and restaurants.
The condition and service overall remains ok, little improve over 10 nights the sheets are changed only 2 times and the floors cleaned completely 3 times.
I recommend this place for breakfast and for the proximity of all amenities.

Very high standard for a 'budget' hotel. Good off road parking, even for vans, and everything kept very clean. Several places to eat, right next door.

It was a very clean room. Shower not very convenient because the door did not close well. Forget towels but the staff quickly corrected the thing and it is excused in repossession. Warm welcome. Good value for money.

Service at the front desk was very good. In the room warm and cold water were mixed up, also the shower head does not have a convenient holder so the water sprays out horizontally.

Perfect value for money. Clean and quiet hotel. Small flat, there is no hair dryer in the room and not enough at the front desk.

Decent budget hotel, clean room. Simple and affordable. Breakfast buffet at 6.15 euros is a bargain compared to other places for much less food. Free parking and Wi-Fi although Wi-Fi in some rooms not great coverage, better signal in public areas. A toilet brush would be nice in the rooms and a bathroom mat as only two towels for two guests is not practical. Very friendly staff.

Spotless: cheap room and super clean. We sleep very well. The employees are very kind. I strongly advise.

Good for transit hotel if you are on inter city trip. Parking for car is free.

The rooms were well redone and are nice, it only misses the showers to rejuvenate.

Attention the rooms with 2 small beds are nice but the bathroom is not in a room apart… problem when you stay there with a colleague. The time of the shower the other is forcing to get out of the room damage.

No frills at all. Bathroom looks like a bathroom on a plane, Lol, same material on floor. No shower curtain. We had water everywhere, even came under the door. The staff was very good and kind. The room served it's purpose. Ok for the money.

We can not hang the shower on the wall and no heating, we had cold tte at night. But don't worry, the rooms are completely renovated… Repainted…

Renovated establishment from the floor to the ceiling and even the bedding … we were super well received by Gregory then by Frédéric who adds a friendly touch to the breakfast for a stay of 3 nights … in short we will return with pleasure …

Very good value for money. Kindly greeted. The breakfast buffet is varied. Personally, we had no worries with the cleanliness of the room.

All great, with parking for the guests, and discounted if you go to some of the restaurants around.
Gregorio, was the one who attended and is a receptionist, friendly and attentive.
The room was very clean and the rooms were very good.

Enjoyed staying here after a bad start checking in. Guy on reception talking on his mobile phone, after over 5 minutes I eventually told him to put the phone down.
Two more staff members turned up and they were much more customer friendly.
The hotel is next to an outlet park, plenty of shops and restaurants to use.

Spartan But for work OK, staff.

This place was dirty but cheap. We would never stay here again. There were hairs on the sheet. And the bathroom wall was not clean. Don't stay here if you want a clean place to sleep.

We come straight back here and it was an Alwful experience. Please travel not to these apartments are a tip not as advertised. We were in basement apartments which were dark and dirty place and un clean. We had paid in the inland/sea view. I spent an hour going to kill. We had no Windows, it was Alwful. We asked moved are and she touched us on the following day. To better housing but still very easy. No kettle, cups and glasses. We went all inclusive, but food was Alwful we eat the pig manure for a few days and then began to eat. No strain, no taste, always cold. Red lights up food so u no what it was could see drinks waste also ouzo-Raki-evil beer brandy soft drinks bad coffee. Pool was all growing in poor condition as even algae and lots of tiles missing. ALWFUL stagnant smell / drains the worst, which received during the day. No Enertainment. Not many Brits. Please don't go there, as you will regret it.
