Terrible! Automated check in code would not work so had to wait for a member of staff to show up, room not cleaned properly, even the toilet had not been flushed, and the bedding was damp and clammy so did not sleep very well. Complete waste of money, the lowest standard Ibis I have ever stayed in.

Arrived at 6pm after travelling from Southern Spain no hot water do couldn't take a bath or shower not happy.

Clean rooms, good location, very welcoming staff, dog friendly room available, good continental breakfast, we always try to break our journey here at the end of day two on the drive from Manchester to Torrevieja.

Cheap close casino hotel, a park for walks. Must a small restaurant which is 10 m from the hotel cheap and fresh produce a real treat.

Clean environment, comfortable room. Ideal for single, couple or even with small children. Ideal for stay 2-3 days and visit the many tourist places nearby.

I spent a night with my girl friendly as much on the phone than on-site, on arrival to departure, lovely people. The hotel is very clean, the room also, spacious, quiet. Breakfast very good. Very good value for money.
Only downside too small pillows.

Aggressive Manager, you just let go 140 euros for room and breakfast, and if you want a coffee from the morning, you're a thief…

Medium I expected better.

It was nice to have a bathtub, which is not common for an Etap Hotel! The parking place sucks (there seem to be stolen cars without wheels. ). The view isn't great but the hotel was quiet.
