Pet friendly, clean and well presented, friendly and helpful staff, restaurant is good, tables are available outside under cover overlooking the fountain on the roundabout well worth a visit.

Despite our late arrival, the welcome was perfect as the service and quality of the dishes served.

I enjoy our stayed, but only one girl who is smiley and show a warm welcome, but room is perfect.

When staying overnight with quite some luggage it's good to know that there's no elevator. Had to carry heavy suitcases up to the second floor in 37 degrees. Otherwise fine hotel for a short stay.

We celebrated my 30ans with red beef last month, we were in a room apart, we ate very well and were very well served.
I highly recommend this place for your meals whether you are alone or several thanks again to the manager who greeted and served us warmly as well as the waiter who accompanied her.

We booked a room with a double bed in this hotel because it is seduced by the photos of the "comfort" rooms aired on your site with modern decoration and new furniture. We found ourselves in the part of the hotel where the rooms have nothing to do with the ones presented: Ambiance year 80, perellot, wallpaper ripped, parroie of shower that does not close, peg of bathroom unscrewed, pipes visible, carpet, Dust, hairs + hair on the sheets… and to top it off at more than midnight our 3 year old daughter and we still could not sleep after having travelled six hours of road because we heard the fiesta that was happening in the reception room, the result would have been the same if we had booked in a youth hostel! For €68 a night is shameful!
The staff at the reception do not appreciate when you dare to complain and find all kinds of excuses.

Surprising this is the one and only word that is suitable to describe the hotel. A world of difference between the photos and what we actually have on the spot. I did not think that such archaic rooms still existed, however if you are looking for a getaway in the years 80 you will be served! The shower was full of mold, the unfastened coat door, uncapped ankle hole, cables hanging and the icing on the cake a party in the reception room just below our heads that gave us the impression of being there while we Just wanted to rest after several hours of driving. To be forced to change rooms to 00:30 because our little family fails to sleep because of the noise it is unworthy of an establishment that says professional! Having to move all of his suitcases two stories above in the hold of the moment is sadly sadistic or terribly ironic…

Good table. Service a little long when there are a few people. But when you are not in a hurry it is very good.

This restaurant is attached to a hotel, the food is cooked to order so can sometimes appear to be slow but we have never had a bad meal or service here! If in the town make time for a visit here you will not be disappointed.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, pet friendly too. I did book in the summer and was quite annoyed that the pool and Jacuzzi looked abandoned and wasn't in use bit that may be to do with local laws on water in the region, kinda like a hosepipe ban. Anyway, the room was ok and the people very nice but I wouldn't have booked this hotel if I had of know that the pool and Jacuzzi wasn't included in the price as there was lots of others that we liked, closer to our family and quite cheap too but choose this as it was mid summer. Saint Junien is a beautiful little place if you do decide to stay here.
