Great Location and comfortable hotel with outdoor pool and great service.

A bit away from center but makes sense if you need calm place to stay with family (tram is just 2 min from the hotel). Room was ok, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, very nice pool outside the building. Service helpful and friendly.

Will not be coming back. Understaffed, lack of attention to detail. Room not cleaned on arrival, non-functioning AC, dirt in the ventilation system. It was very cheap and that's why we chose it. However, a minimum of cleanliness and professionalism should be there.

Water poured out the ceiling whilst we were sleeping and they said "would you like a free Breakfast"!

Watch out another Mercure hotel. Be alert. The hotel is not safe. They should put a security warning sign in the lobby. Valuables are stolen in the lobby regularly when guests check in and check out. They watch the crime happen without taking any measures and offering any help. They claim that legally lobby is not a part of the hotel. They said that it’s a French law. Shame on the four-star hotel.

Beautiful place, quiet, simple. Just 10 minutes from the centre of Bordeaux. Close to the main points of attraction.

Very clean hotel with large bed and super p. Lunch. Very nice decor with outdoor pool and above all, friendly staff.

Nice atmosphere, very decent restaurant for the price. The staff are courteous and nice and the setting is very friendly and elegant. We can park without a problem thanks to the parking lot right in front. I recommend it.

Nice hotel on the theme of literature but sofa bed that creaks and uncomfortable so hard to sleep.

It's impossible to sleep because of the late-night noise of some guests. Successive call from the night watchman who failed to interrupt the noise.

Very good Hotel located for events in the Palais des Congrès de Bordeaux. Very close to IKEA, and the lake. Spacious rooms, bar and Lobby Pleasant.

We're looking for the reasons for the four stars. Not the friendliness to the reception, nor the quality of the restaurant, let alone the details like toilet paper to the economy worthy of a first price, insulation… no intimacy, the outside noise with the bowling blower, the lack of professionalism of Some members… in short I pass.

The bed was very comfortable I love this hotel even when I only visited it once.

Très bon hôtel avec un restaurant où l'on sert de bon plats (personnel efficace et aimable). Excellent rapport qualité prix. Je viens y manger à chacun de mes voyages à Bordeaux avec un très grand plaisir. Un superbe établissement. Le lac n'est pas loin (idéal pour une promenade après le repas). Mais attention aux moustiques qui pullulent dans le coin!

The small attention available in the room (coffee or tea pod) are very nice.
The terrace and pool are a real plus.
The access to the city center by tram is ideal.

Staff is welcoming, room are neat and clean, there is enough space to work with a group. The hotel provides hot and cold drinks.

Really nice hotel. Friendly, attentive staff. Clean spacious rooms. Big pool and good restaurant. Five minute walk to the tram stop and then 20-30 minutes into central Bordeaux.

Everything perfect, welcome and lovely location are coming for work.
The only downside does not have shuttle service to travel to the airport.
For everything else… food… wine…

Clean, spacious, comfortable, modern design. Hot water, teas and coffees, fridge with complementary water bottle. Places and furniture to set bags. Well lit bathroom and room. Alarm service, Large plasma TV with local and international channels. Very nice lobby with bar and restaurant. Food stores and restaurants a block away. Nice. Small breakfast buffet with good assortment of fruits, breads, and typical egg bacon sausage selection.

The hotel has been renovated, the terrace is sumptuous and gives on the pool. We had very good lunch for the club of Bordeaux companies.
