I will never have the quality of the rooms and the service. Here is my experience: you book your room online (certainly at the last minute).
Everything is valid with a confirmation email.
It is then that we send you an email to tell you that the room has already been booked in the morning…
Really disappointing, you have to review your organization. It cuts all the urge to pass it in Bordeaux.
No luck for me, I had also blocked my plane tickets. But this is no longer your problem.

No elevator, very poor breakfast and the neighborhood not very nice plus the poor Internet. Incomodisima shower.
