Bordeaux is a beautiful city and the hotel itself seems ok but we are very disappointed with the attitude of the staff here (such that there are! ). We were greeted but a particularly unsmiling receptionist who appeared unable to make the room key work. At the third attempt we were told we’d have to move rooms despite asking for a room next to our friends. This evening we wanted two glasses of wine but there are no bar staff, just the receptionist. He clearly knew we were waiting while he was having to check in a group but would not step over to take two minutes to assist. When I eventually went to the desk I was told I’d have to wait a further 10 minutes after already having waited 20. Seriously, 30 minutes for a couple of glasses of wine is unacceptable. Appalling customer service. Room is small but okay and bed seems comfortable but I’m afraid the lack of customer service has put us off returning here again. We’ve stayed in many other Ibis hotels but never one that has only one visible member of staff which is frankly ridiculous.

Very good place for internships. Breakfast is perfect. The very convenient parking is the correct rate. I just have to test the rooms on my next visit.

Room too small (you can even say microscopic).
But calmly the fact that it gives on the street with the trams that pass. Very well soundproof.

Well overall. The staff are very helpful. But the Wi-Fi is does not have a good flow and is under parental control and I find it a bit of a pity as the hotel is frequented by adults. Otherwise the service is top and the mattress comfortable.

This is a hotel very close to the train station because at 100m. Nothing transcendent nonetheless the availability and professionalism of the team is satisfactory.

In Bordeaux Lac. Hotel Ibis next to the Congress Palace, Karting and Casino Barrière Theatre.

Not worthy of a 3 star. Very small room. Bathroom very small and not always in good condition. Work is to be expected. Parking but not very close to the hotel. It's like a Budjet ibis. If not breakfast OK. Staff not always pleasant.

Nice, clean, niquels beds. I had to spend an impromptu night following a train worries and it cheered me up. Breakfast in the morning at the top, friendly staff, the shower is great, and the rooms are ultra nice. Only Bemol: The price quite high. But in view of the quality of the service it is explained.

Very disapointed, dirty plates in the restaurant, the second floor had shabby carpets in passages, the front of the building is an eyesore, looks like a cheap run down hotel, rooms were okay, when I asked the person that was at reception and looking after the dining area for a bowl for cereal he said use a cup-won't go there again.

The position of the hotel is ideal for a stay in Bordeaux… near tram and bus. The decor of the rooms is a bit passed by cons… it deserves a little refreshment. The breakfast is good.

Hotel near the city center.

A reformita to modernize furniture it would not be wrong. Otherwise a site for a night for work is well.

Cleanliness to review, the staff lack of training and not helpful contrary to what their management thinks that did not understand! This hotel is very low-end compared to other ibis styles, it's very bizarre! As they follow the same presentation model!

The staff was sooo helpful and Wilfred at the lobby desk was amazing! He was a pleasure to meet in Bordeaux, such a helpful and delightful person.

The Hotel is not very welcoming from the outside. The courtyard not very well maintained and empty of any decoration. Only advantage the hotel is located right next to the train station. Rather corresponds to a two-star.

A bit outdated and cleanliness below average. If you just book this place to sleep after a long day in the city of Bordeaux, you'll like its central location right next to the main station. But besides that, don't expect to much. Staff was friendly, breakfast o. K.

The twin room is kinda small for two people. The breakfast is not bad, and it's included in the room price. The location is great if you want to be close to the train station, but for sightseeing consider a hotel in the city center. This hotel is next to a tram stop, but it runs every 30 minutes.
