Way too expensive for a small room with a Toilet and shower in the same room. Also AC does not have any effect. Definitely no 4 Star Hotel.

A great hotel. The room was comfortable, the food is good. We recommend the wine tasting course as the sommelier was amusing, very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about wine.

Located within walking distance of a large outdoor pedestrian shopping mall as well as several parks, tourist sites and the river. They offer parking at a public lot for a fixed price covering your stay. The restaurant is beautiful and comfortable. Staff is very accommodating. There is a pillow menu so you can choose the right pillow for you. They also provide a mobile phone you can use free during your stay for voice and data. The hotel has a cafe with light fare and a very good selection of wine.

We went for brunch this morning. Having the habit of brunch's Bordelais, we were disappointed with our experience at the boutique hotel. The setting is very nice first and the brunch room very welcoming. The staff nice but overwhelmed and seeming in insufficient number to bring a service worthy of a brunch at 32 euros… The choice of not enough sweet/salty. At 12 o'clock the scrambled egg dish is empty and will remain, the orange juice machine completely full of undrained waste, and no one to bring new oranges, empty water bottles on the sideboard and again you have to wait 5 min to see reappear a waitress and still "claim" to have water. The choice was made not to put clean dishes available to the customer or coffee machine, thus still need to claim a clean plate and wait for someone available to serve you a coffee or a hot chocolate. At the end very low value for money compared to the services of other establishments at the equivalent rates.

Wonderful hotel where we had a nice stay in love the Junior Suite wonderful, super clean, nice and nice. Room service morning and evening at the top.
The staff great and very attentive to its clientele breakfast very well.

Good hotel, room with Jacuzzi, a treat, nice staff at the reception, service in impeccable room. Close to the hotel.

Location of choice, exciting booking but disappointment on arrival. The room didn't match the pictures. And for that price, we were hoping for more. Our room was quite noisy, between passing place, conference center of the Maintenance people on the landing and the noise of the steps from the top room. Tiny room area and small bathroom. We also found a rusty lighter floating in the jacuzzi. In short, we are quite disappointed for the price! It's not worth four stars! On the other hand, very good reception.

Very nice surprise discovering this hotel a team of young dynamic smiling a tapas service whose quality has nothing to envy to a gourmet restaurant a totally atypical decoration leaving the hotel standards while being very good Quality a big blow of heart to the damsel who brought us the very smiling breakfast with a bit of humour it is so rare in our time.

Stayed one night during a last minute trip to Bordeaux. I was initially hesitating with the Hotel de Seze and the Grand Hôtel, but ended up being so happily surprised with this gem. There is so much attention to little details, a super friendly and helpful staff, great design, tons of interesting touches (pillow menu, honey-scented fragrance, great wine bar, little notes left in the rooms). It's perfectly located in a discreet hideaway right in the heart of Bordeaux. I am very thrilled with this discovery, a perfect hotel for a weekend getaway, which really made me consider extending my stay just to enjoy it more!

The history of the… Hótel BORDEAUX Le Boutique, France. Friendship and good taste always lasts in the TEMPS Merci Marcel.

Guests and receptionists in the small care. Very invested, multilingual, professional… That said, quality of food (restaurant, breakfast…) Fairly average, service sometimes awkward or slow. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Although ideally placed, this property is not at the level of the claimed category. The atmosphere of the wine bar is frankly sad and the bags of linen Elis in the hallways in the morning denote. Value for money very on rated. Damage.

Great place with cosy garden. Every wine is 7 Euro's. Tell them what you like and they give you a blind tasting before bringing the bottle and explaining it's background. Worth a visit for tasty wine.

A most enjoyable first stay at this hotel. Centrally located. Very friendly and helpful staff. Truly excellent breakfasts consisting of whatever you may want. Beautiful courtyard and dining area.

We had the 2 bedroom apartment. Very nice apartment and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Very nice service, very kind staff, excellent location. Rooms are nicely decorated (specific design for each room). Very cosy interior garden-terrace — a pleasant place for breakfast or dinner.

Super cute hotel, very central location. Wish they would have more selection of wine by glass or by half bottles. But very attentive and friendly staff. Love their little courtyard garden and live band in the evening!

A "buffet" for a wedding booking.
Positive point: the Tapas and the buffet were great, friendly, very nice.
Negative: you had to eat before coming so the portions were thin, we booked for 12, off for each tapas (Spanish style) that it should taste, 1 or 2 people had to withdraw due to lack of room and therefore do not taste or eat very good food from the hotel.
Then had sold us the case by telling us that a specialist in oenology would take care of us! Well done Sir you are very polite, but when you tell us that you would use the Saint-Emilion, and you we open 3 bottles of Pessac-Léognan, I find it quite funny.
And also we open a last bottle to then tell us to leave in 5 minutes. It's exaggerated especially for a wedding! In short we have spend a great time in a fun setting, despite the ridiculous portions and the neglect of the service.

They do discounts for late arrivals, I just needed a room. Fixed price for parking. Parking is at Centre Commercial Les Grands Hommes, 200m walk. Wife is good.

Hotel stylish atmosphere luxury guesthouse, Central, quiet location, could not be more comfortable by Carine which we advised throughout our stay.
Very comfortable rooms and they carry names of wine Castle, beautiful bedding, the decoration is beautiful a mix of modern and old well managed, quality bathroom products. Breakfast served in room with strawberries and fluted, varied and quality.
I recommend +++.
