Small room. Rotten wood window. Expensive breakfast and very frugal, the shower is microscopic to advise against the large size. High point, very well located, nice staff.

Nice little retro hotel. Some small retouching of paint and finish would not be too much. But the warm welcome makes all this forgotten. Good value for money.

Our stay went well, old-fashioned room all the same and very small shower but clean room! Great location, very friendly staff, elevator and breakfast in the room.

Room nice, relatively clean. However very noisy as just above a coffee shop. With earplugs Ok.

The bed were two mattresses together, both old, very deformed and one even broken… we were not wanted to change the room even having free, they said we had to pay more. 3 nights without rest… I would never recommend it!

Nice hôtel! Room à bit small but all commodities are there. Great location to visit everything.

The room needs a very very urgent refreshment, dirty carpeting, torn curtain, wall paint that blisters and very limited window framing that does not allow it to close (super when it does — 1 out), non-functional bulb.

Not to mention wood floors that allow us to hear the steps and discussions of all the hotel residents.
The reception is disastrous, but the hotel is still well located which will be worth this one and only star!

Good location The staff is pleasant on arrival as at the start. The room deserves a little bit of young especially the sanitary. The twin beds in a big bed is not the best.

Price too high for the service (€69 per night for one person and €81 for two). Humid room, dirty and uncomfortable, does not reflect at all the pictures on the website. Breakfast average for the price (€10, no buffet at will).
Very disappointed, I will not go back again!

Very nice and cute little hotel right next to the Place Gambetta. Staff is suuuuper friendly, breakfast is good, location is great. If you have any questions, the front desk is more than happy to help!

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! I have never written a negative review but our 21st wedding anniversary was ruined because of this hotel. We booked a comfort room. I emailed the hotel the week before to say it was our wedding anniversary and we were looking forward to our stay. On arrival we were definitely NOT given a comfort room. It is now clear on their website that we were given the lesser standard room in the attic. The windows were rotten with the paint having come off and the windows would not shut properly. The shower smelt of damp and mould. We rang down to reception to ask to be moved. We were told we could be moved, hopefully, the next day to a comfort room so confirming we had not been given the room booked. The room was SO bad we could not stay. We went down to reception to express our upset and the lady then tried to say our room was a comfort room. It was not. We said unless they could provide us with the room booked we would have to leave and try and find another hotel. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful. On return I then realised that the hotel had taken from my "holding" bank card a fee of £100 despite the fault having been all their own and having given us a less superior room and having mis-sold the room to us. I have emailed the hotel to ask for a refund but even more disgustingly have not even had the courtesy of a reply. Absolutely shocking. In all my years of travelling I have never experienced such appalling service and mis-selling of a room.

Good hotel, clean room, bed was comfortable, room was small but functional. Good value for money. Very well placed in Bordeaux. Friendly staff, with the possibility to leave the luggage for the day. I recommend.

Old building but room redone, price OK, good location, friendly staff.

Great location for a reasonable price. Without being the luxury it has all the necessary functional assets. To recommend.
