A beautiful discovery. Friendly teams. Car park. Everything is accessible on foot by pedestrian streets. Sleeping very well and new and modern equipment.

Good hotel well located in the Mériadec district. Very comfortable room as well as bedding. Full breakfast, and the staff with little care, attentive, smiling. A downside, the restaurant for dinner, A fairly clean menu and for taste can do better. I recommend it to sleep there.

This hotel is a gem. Very close to the old city and trams but very attractive setting. We found everything at the hotel was delightful. We had room service breakfast and a couple of wonderful dinners in the restaurant.
Highly recommended as a base to tour Bordeaux.

We booked this hotel for one night. The reception was very good with smiling staff. We were upgraded in Suite by keeping the price of the room booked. Everything was very clean, the bed large and excellent, soundproofed room, varied and good breakfast. On our next visit to Bordeaux we will return to this property.

Very nice hotel We stayed here for 12 nights to meet our family. The hotel staff upgraded the room for us to a suite which was very comfortable. Nice beds. Our daughter stayed in an extra big bed in the living room which was also comfortable. The hotel was new and modern. Breakfast was very delicious and had varieties of food. Service was good too. They parked the car for us. The hotel's location was perfect, not far from downtown but away from the crowd. If we go back to Bordeaux, this hotel would be our first choice.

Hotel that says chic but has a lot of flaws that jump to the eyes! The bathroom was very nice and the breakfast was very good.

Upgraded (on Platinum status) to the €780 per night suite… an amazing accommodation. Usual Le Club Accor benefits+++. Efficient, professional and polite service from all staff encountered. Just a short walk into the centre of town. The restaurant/bar currently under renovation (early Dec '17) but did not interrupt the service in any way. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed for a hotel 4 — awakened by a fire alarm that turned out to be a false alarm after 10 minutes of waiting in pajamas in the hallway without even an explanation or excuse and then fills the roof a very noisy housekeeper who prefers to work all doors open so that we can hear it well … and pretends that she thought there was no one in my room.

Just enjoyed a wonderful 3 night stay here in a very spacious duplex room with very friendly and welcoming staff. The room had everything needed, towels changed daily even though it wasn't required and plenty of toiletries, there was also a Nespresso coffee machine which was well used! Hotel is within a 10 minute walk of the main town so very easy to get around. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing beak in Bordeaux.

Excellent hotel. Easy walk to the city centre and river. Our rate had breakfast included and it was terrific. Rooms were not terribly big, but they worked fine. VERY helpful staff.

International establishment held in a beautiful way. Possibility of seminars with overhead projector room 120 persons seated.
Also buffet dinner and meals possible.
Strongly recommend, small downside the difficult parking in this area outside parking mall in front expensive to the day.

A great hotel in a great location. Modern and well sized room. Friendly and helpful staff that helped us book a Bordeaux wine tour. Walked everywhere in Bordeaux from our room and it worked well. Very clean and highly recommended.

This gem is just outside the city center but within walking distance ot a short tram rideof everything. The staff is amazingly helpful with recommendations for restaurants, shopping or other needs. And the rooms were well appointed. The break is worth the extra for omlets made to order and a good assortment of meat, cheese, juice and bread.

Great service, comfortable rooms, conveniently located 10 mins away from the city center on foot. Rooms don't have much of a view or outdoor area/balcony. Safe choice if you are after 5* service.

I will keep it as simple as possible : It's a FANTASTIC Hotel, I came across by luck one night when I was in the Margaux area and had to drive back to Bordeaux to find a Hotel with vacancies, was like a miracle in the middle of the night (arrived there by 02.00 approx). I just recommend to anyone to try it when in the area. Value on a scale of 10 = 10 with breakfast.
