Ideally located on a quiet street just a stone's throw from the city centre and 5 minutes from the beach. Once you get there, you can do anything on foot.
The hotel is charming, comfortable and friendly!
Homemade breakfast, delicious and hearty.
You can enjoy the living room or patio at any time.
But above all the welcome is warm and the whole team is adorable!
Only one desire: to extend the stay or to come back very quickly!

Great stay, no complains.

Based on my experience, I am perplexed at how this is the hotel in Biarritz with Trip Advisor’s Certificate of Excellence. We arrived for a two-night stay around 10 pm just before the front desk clerk was packing up to leave. She had a packet ready to go with our room keys, coupons with Wi-Fi passwords for two devices and a letter apologizing for the broken air conditioning in our room. Less than great, but willing to overlook it since it was late and we were tired from a long day of driving and sightseeing. Our 12-hour stay in the room was dreadful. First, the air conditioning, while cooling the room, gave off a strong ammonia/cat urine smell. Google this and you will find it is a common symptom of poorly maintained and heavily used air conditioning and exposure to it is unhealthy. Unfortunately, sleeping with the windows open meant inhaling the secondhand cigarette smoke of guests down in the hotel garden below our window. Second, the Wi-Fi was much slower than the 2G internet on our cell phones. This is absurd in a relatively developed city to offer guests such slow internet access and to be so stingy on how many devices we were allowed to use it with. We were only given 2 passcodes for 2 devices, despite my wife and I having at least 5 devices between us needing connectivity. Third, the room was very dirty. The floors had clearly not been swept or mopped in quite some time and there were loose floor boards.

Excellent location, comfortable beds. Room fairly small, but stylish. Outstanding housekeeping and service. Excellent breakfast. Smart and stylish decor, including outdoor patio area.

It feels like home everyone is at little care to discover without moderation and surprises at breakfast a treat.

Excellent location, everything very clean and the staff very friendly. We occupied the room 34 for two nights in early may-2018. The staff is very friendly and gives you all sorts of explanations. Speak Spanish very well. The room is good size and very clean. The price of breakfast is high. The hotel reception is closed between 22 and 8 hours. The hotel is small and quiet. It is very well located. You can walk to any site of Biarritz in a very few minutes. Since then, we would return again to this hotel. I do not give five stars for the breakfast and by the time of the reception (first time that happens to me).

Excellent stay with a warm welcome, the rooms are spacious and very well decorated, the breakfasts tasty. A perfect place that promotes the quality of the stay at the heart of this beautiful city! I recommend.

Very nice small hotel close to the main train station and the city. Very calm spot, kind and helpful service. Clean and comfortable rooms.

It offers what it announces. Perfect location, parking nearby. Perfect reception (and in Castilian) and that breakfast.

You can go there with your eyes closed! Everything is perfect.

Good level hotel, perfect location in city center and Nice welcome.
But I only put 4 stars because the price off season remains high for the services (120/130 € with room a little small, no bathtub).

Perfect stay.
We spent two nights in this beautiful contemporary hotel in the centre of Biarritz. The location is ideal just steps away from everything and quiet. Both receptionists and the manager are listening, good advice and smiling. The rooms are of good comfort, the common areas and the patio bright and very nice. Everything is very well maintained and quality.
Good breakfast at 8 degrees.
We hope to come back.
