Very nice and very good for children.

We stayed here for four nights recently in an amazingly spacious room ensuite with a wetroom and shower to die for. Our host Isabelle was friendly, patient with our halting French and very informative about things to do and see locally. The room Harmonie had a convenient patio area, which was bathed in the setting sun in the evening and we were treated here to a local wine tasting with Isabelle, who is a sommelier. Parking is private and free (watch the stone pillars as you drive in) and convenient for the room. We could walk out to a cherry tree through a beautiful wildflower meadow and help ourselves to delicious ripe cherries. What could be better? We can strongly recommend Bel Air Carpe Diem as an excellent place to spend some time Entre Deux Mers.

We had a wonderful stay at Domaine de Bel Air Carpe Diem and highly recommend it to anyone traveling in that area. Isabelle is the nicest and warmest host you will ever encounter. She made us feel very welcome from the start and provided us with helpful information on things to do in the area. The rooms are luxuriously furnished and very comfortable, with lovely attention to detail. The breakfast each morning was also a treat — we feasted on freshly baked breads and pastries and other delicious foods.
I cannot emphasize Isabelle's wonderful hospitality. Even after we left, she was still very thoughtful and attentive. We accidentally left some recently purchased wine in our room, and Isabelle graciously sent it to us. This is the best place to stay in the area!

The Domaine de Bel Air Carpe Diem is a really lovely place to stay. The room decor and interiors are luxurious with lots of thought on ambience and use of space. Isabelle the host was extremely helpful from the moment we contacted her on email and fantastic and friendly from the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast included homegrown and homemade treats which were a great touch. The pool area was relaxing and quiet with a lovely countryside view. I would highly recommend the Domaine for a stay near Bordeaux which is ideally located for a wine region tour and a visit to the beautiful town of St Emilion. Personally we hope to return again in the not too distant future. Thank you.

A beautiful setting and a isabelle passion are the secret of success to this beautiful area. Isabelle directs guests to the visits of the most beautiful, the restaurants, the closest in term of price/quality ratio and service and the castles that welcome guests in the best visitors. It would be hard to find a more delightful and knowledgable host than Isabelle. We stayed 2 nights in the 2 storey Anthocyane room with a useful small downstairs seating area and very comfortable bedroom and ensuite upstairs with delicious smelling toiletries. Having been invited for a delicious 'tasting' apero with other guests, Isabelle recognised we were a little overwhelmed by the sheer no of vineyards in the St Emillion area so she kindly arranged a visit and tasting at a neighbour's small vineyard which was perfect! The care and attention to detail is carried through to breakfast which included amazing fresh fruit salad with ginger and some wonderful fruit and spice combination jams — all made by the very talented Isabelle. The Domaine itself is beautiful and well maintained — it's a real oasis. We do hope we get the opportunity to return and use the lovely pool area!

Dream place for a perfect holiday. The Domaine de Bel Air has met our highest expectations. Our hostess, Isabelle, in addition to a superb dessert and a sommelier, was of great help at the time of proprocionarnos information about the area. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious, clean and cozy. The breakfasts with bio products and specialties of the house are a fantastic start to each day. We felt very comfortable both with the facilities as our hostess, who knows how to combine to perfection the art of providing care with the of preserve the privacy of the guests. Well worth a quiet walk around the farm and the surrounding area in the company of adorable dogs from Isabelle. A moment delicious that you can finish as in our case with a lesson on wines and wine tasting of the same, accompanied by an incredible tapenade figs "Isabelle" … Highly recommended, we will return without doubt.

We stayed in the Harmonie room and were able to sit outside on our own terrace every evening. Isabelle is a wealth of information about wine in general and local wineries in particular. She knows the local restaurants. Good French breakfast — fresh eggs and wonderful homemade muffins. She makes preserves from her own fruit trees and her neighbors gardens. They have two Weimaraner dogs which run up and bark when you first arrive at the gate. After Isabelle greets you they see you are a guest, they are docile & friendly. The dogs are well trained & well behaved. Really a good location for visiting Saint Emilion/Libourbe, Entre deux Mers and Graves. We did easy day trips to Medoc, Pyla Dune & Arcachon.

My husband and I stayed here four days in mid March. Two days of cloudy weather, two days of sun and four days of wonderful food and wine. Isabelle is an amazing hostess and will do whatever she can to make your stay enjoyable. Our upstairs room was very comfortable.

A beautiful and quiet place. Isabelle, owner and hostess of the House very welcoming and it gives very good suggestions for outings in the Region. An unforgettable atmosphere and rooms nice and warm. A place to remember and come back! Lots of charm.
And then the breakfast… Enjoy home-made jam.

We stayed here for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. A fantastic property with tastefully decorated and well appointed room. Home made breakfast was excellent and the pool was only about a month away from completion. Isabelle was more than helpful and gave us excellent recommendations for wineries, restaurants etc. We stayed in Anthocyane and it was great. The bedroom was small but didn't matter, the overall quality more than made up for it. Take Isabelle's advice and eat at Auberge Saint Jean but get her to book in advance. Michelin star restaurant for 45 euros for the set menu. Brilliant. Absolutely loved our stay and thought it was excellent value as well. Great for exploring St Emillion and surrounds. Would reccomend getting some takeaway bits and pieces from St Emiliion for lunch and eat amongst one of the local vineyards within a few minutes drive. Very peaceful. Look no further, this is a great place for exploring the region and hope to go back one day.

Young couple (25) we stay in the Bel Air area in Carpe Diem for 3 nights in the room of flavor, our stay in this area filled with serenity and calm was perfect from the beginning to the end. Isabelle is a gracious host who was able to be present while discretion throughout our stay. She was able to give us good places for dinner in the corner to moderate to great benefits at a cost which is significant for smaller budgets, could also inform us on the wineries to visit according to our affinity for wine; in fact, Isabelle being sommelier she knows to make his passion available for beginners like us :-) more it offers a dinner wine all Friday night that we could not test but who will probably be the case very soon both our stay we enjoyed much! as for our room those "in love" it is decorated with taste and cleanliness is what adds that another quality instead. The breakfasts are divine and the delicacy and the joy of living and share Isabelle between good products and small dishes made houses no one knows or give head. (the photos speak for they same)
In short, our stay was perfect, the disconnection was and we will return in this timeless place as soon as possible as the pool with views over the vineyards will be ready.
