State of the rooms for catastrophic rates, moldinable in the shower broken furniture.
Let's not talk about housekeeping and the deplorable welcome
I strongly advise against it.
My birthday weekend is partly ruined by this shabby hotel.

The location close to the city is good on the other hand the rest. Cleanliness leaves you desired (dirty dishes, sdb with hair, stained carpet. ), it's quite noisy with the station and the hospital and especially we invite you to breakfast and when you arrive you get picked by the bad mood of the person in the room c ar we didn't book. You have to know: either you have to book or you don't have to but tune your violins! And again, to the limit that they have no more to propose I will have understood if I had been told with a minimum of kindness.

The apartment was great. The problem was the reception: I had injured myself at the beach, I go to the reception in crop top (swimsuit), I get a scathing recalcite: "Ah no it's not going to be possible, it's disrespectful, you're going to shock the children! It's not a campsite here! ", then the woman at the reception refuses to disinfect my wound (extremely painful at the beginning of infection) on the pretext that it is. Illegal. What for? "If you have an allergy, it will backfire. "
In short, really unpleasant.

The apartment was fine, Remi was lovely with us but not so much another employee. Apart from that, really a great stay here.

Duplex on the 3rd floor without elevator. Small and functional. Clean. It is very hot in the apartment but fans are installed in the rooms. Very friendly home.

Very bad hotel. We got attacked by the security manager saying "he wanted to eat us" yes it's what this is about! He wanted to explain himself outside! Forced to take down the garbage cans, took the sheets off, and we were asked to vacuum, before telling us to "get out. " For 115 euros a night, unacceptable behavior, the management has work!

Well located apartment, 10 minutes from the harbor. Own friendly staff. I recommend.

This building and furniture are not newer but they are own good design duplex apartment with relatively spacious terrace for 4 equipment correct Parking location near city center: 10 mn Walk good value for money

We stayed in this apartment PDT 5 nights. The fridge door was broken and scaled electric coffee maker. Wi-Fi never managed to connect us. At the dish level. The minimum is required so difficult to cook.! The apartment is located near the centre but between the railway and the hospital helicopter. Say Goodbye to fat mat. The reception and the staff are perfect. I would recommend this apartment just for a weekend no more.

For one night, with our two children, we booked a 4 person apartment in duplex. Warm, clean rooms, good fresh and comfortable bedding. Secure Parking. Note: no elevator. Close to train station and city center.

Lack of electrical outlets. Missing a pedestrian door. Curtain of the rooms too short let the light pass. The Presence of a hospital heliport. Windows not quite isolated phonic. Outside parking lots paying while he sublet the covered places to a company. Dirty Parking on arrival.

Clean apartment, good bedding, 10 minutes from the center. Secure Parking. Only downside: close to the hospital so landing the helicopter very noisy in the middle of the night! Unfortunately 2 times in 4 JS!

Positive Point near downtown. Comfortable bed. Tele. Accept the dogs.
Negative PointS The women are cleaning the 8h and waking up everyone with their bag that they make devalle on the stairs. Then there is no one to manage people who make noise result it's a mess between young. No elevator. The studios are really small it's good for just eating and sleeping. In short at this price the one should still have peace that we have not even…

Do not go: It's dirty, old, noisy prices are not expensive but you have for your money… (?! )
Cleanliness Zero: Dusty carpet, water room joints moisis, stained bed linen, cover with a bad odor calm zero: Located at 50m of the railway and hospital, you hear the choice of trains (TER and TGV on day/freight at night) or go and From the hospital.
Did we say "renovated"? The furniture will delight the nostalgic of the 80s… for others it remains the impression of having slept in a museum.

Good location close to the old port 10min by foot by cons unpleasant odor in the room dirty sheets surely not changed dirty shower not washed in the corners noises all night: close to the stairs young overexcited I advise not damage because Bie N located.

Warm welcome, well-appointed apartment however is no longer in the taste of the day and the cleaning leaves to be desired (excessive dust on the cupboards, the dishes all to rewash and the bed to redo when arriving).

Great value if you're looking for a place to crash or a simple base to explore from. Short walk to harbour area. Clean. Good shower. Comfy bed. Didn't eat in hotel. Didn't spend much time in hotel.

Large room. Big terrace. Perfect location. Loved it.

The is just a little walk from the town centre. It is clean, functional and has enough amenities and equipment for self catering. The staff are exteptionaly friendly and helpful, providing map and assistance when needed. There is an optional breakfast that can be purchased at €8 per head from 7am to 10am. My wife and I had a very pleasant stay.

Close to the center but the hospital also …

We have stayed there on the occasion of the Marathon of La Rochelle. Ideally located for Joggers (close to departure, arrival, and Marathon village), but also for walkers that we have been before and after the famous Test. We were able to enjoy the quiet, warm and exotic in the port of La Rochelle is only a 10' walk. The apartments are quiet and perfectly equipped for our practice of running long distances (sometimes very strict about their nutrition, sleep and morning post Marathon ;) ). Breakfast offered from 5:30 in the breakfast room, prepared with care by Olga (a huge thank you to her), seasonal fresh fruit very various, various breads, cereals, scrambled eggs, ham, honey, butter, jams, Nutella, hot drinks and fruit juice… not really perfect! We keep this address for our future visits to La Rochelle. A Big Thank you to all the team Appart City La Rochelle.

For € 50 a night it was OK, but I won't put any more.

Wi-Fi paid but actually available for all without access code, medium quality (4mbps at best in dl, ul very low less than 1 mbps, short of ADSL at end of line).
Weird smell in the corridors and moisture in the bathroom.
Small kitchen equipment (fridge with small compartment freezer, no glasses long type 25cl, no oven, one sharp knife and again…).
Very few power outlets, no side bedside table, only one side office on which the TV is connected, in short have to buy a power strip to my arrival.
Not far from downtown and the train station on foot, close hospital, means the helicopter landing / take off which is fortunately rare.

Outdated equipment, clean frankly again, bad soundproofing. Paying car park. Expensive for what it is.

Hotel in a lamentable state, level of cleanliness clearly leaves to be desired, in the room equipment is old and very damaged is not all aesthetic, electrical outlets are not fixed to the wall… Tasks suspect on the cover… Can not either staff it is welcoming. We're supposed to be in a hotel two stars it's not even worth one. I was even surprised to see that we ask take out the trash when leaving the room!

Apart Hotel cheap, lit. 10 min walk to the city center a. Apart from that, overpowering smell. Cover missing and unwashed. Mold in the bathroom. Walls are ultra badly isolated, I wasn't there in the rain and I tell you no more noise! An Aparthotel or sleep, or not! Home with a stifling heat. No renovation after 20 years of opening. A sofa broke in two. Perforated curtains. Expensive parking, Wi — Fi pay but available on a single device. A key for an apartment for 6 people. Sheets and towels with a horrible smell. On those, good travel :)

Run away! Stained carpet, curtains torn, stained and moldy place, walls, bedding is horrible and tried to sleep the open window is a real challenge (train line, ambulance, helicopter). When I reported the condition of the room I was told that the price was low. A shame!

Completely avoid, awful smell has the opening of the House, no rust and dug, rusty door in the bathroom with the furniture of the Cauldron. And Oh yes I almost forgot two important elements… The bed on the reservation is a double bed, we fall on two single beds stuck together with a 4cm thick mattress (no lie), we request has change rooms and we have landed in a room with a double bed but nice CLICCLAC as extra bed, but not in a hotel. Have to turn off the fridge overnight because it was really way too much noise (we could hear the refrigerant circulating (awful) and all for the modest sum of 65 euros. Frankly it is scam run from this "hotel" and go somewhere else that is not refundable and non-exchangeable.

Bathroom almost out of use (pipes shower punctured or the process of being) and dirt to the appointment, no little or toilet paper.
Upon claim (for shower hoses punctured, answer you with a smile that Yes now we'll fix, Ditto for dirt, but the next day, nothing, either two days later. )
We eventually move me to another room (and there the shower hose was in the process of dcd, the TV remote control did not work, impossible to extinguish once lit finally. TNT announced is not at the date you.
Breakfast is quite expensive (9, €5) and Saturday staff who must open the dining room at 08:00 is not there, I am a party at 08 h 35 tired to wait for someone to make the keys and eat lunch that I had yet paid in advance.
The curtains are in a sad state in the rooms, the carpets out of age and questionable, sense Wi — Fi function is hs, etc etc etc… short for 74 euros at night, frankly it's serious… However the sleeping is good although it is bed sofas and duvets soft and light while being hot.
Anyway I changed hotel with a back taste bitter to have done me: I better for half the price in the old town.

2 weeks in this facility, we are really disappointed especially at this price (1216E two weeks) we are to sink fail 2 times is a very dirty carpet to protect mattress with stains very questionable, the bathroom in a deployable State a curtains which does not even the width of the shower, a furniture very old of closet doors that don't close.
We are home one evening we find plenty of detritut in front of our door.
At night there is no monitoring anyone can go back (even with the code)
