Hotels Dirty room Dirty smell of cold tobacco no hot water in shower toilet on the landing I strongly advise against this establishment.

It depends what you want to get for that pirce. You will see small room with partly damaged chairs and tables, clean bed and cheap shower. Nothing rich at all but spending cheap night is completely fine. Toilet is shared, sometimes there are sounds, but they didn't disturb me at all.

Very good staff, friendly room very clean, functional and comfortable close to the city, tram line.

Dirty Hotel. Have paid and left immediately. The staff no will to reimburse me for it is OK to sleep in a stinky and dirty room…

Noisy and dingy rooms, moisture stains on the wall, wallpaper and woodwork in very poor condition, sanitary (when there are in the room) separated by a simple partition (Hello intimacy and odors), you will appreciate the sound of the pipes that Go through your room when your top neighbor flushes… and again it's not to mention the bedding.
I really regret the rooms of the F1.

This place is… atypical! If we agree not to be too much looking at the household and the decoration, we can spend one night! But at the same time, we are warned when we arrive so we are less surprised to find that actually the household is not made by the House or that there is only a common shower (way camping! ). The setting is however nice and the price defies all competition!

Just a disaster room Degeulasse Desolee for vulgarity but it's really the case to say the floor not clean from the pee in the sink + a Crachât the shower room only one towel for two!

The hostess to refuse a room to my daughter on the night of 7 to 8/12 because she did not have her ID… My daughter was at the door of her house because she had lost her key ring… my daughter had her CB and her student card as a card Identity… impossible to rent a room refused the hostess… My daughter asked her not to leave her in the street the hostess replied that if… ashamed!

The Hotel is all disgusting, a musty trace everywhere, the toilet is horrible the only good point is the Location Avenue de Laon. Run.

Very very basic accommodation in need of renovating. No toilets inrooms.

Man on reception was helpful and friendly and that is all the good points for this hotel. Room was very dated and basic. The room did have a shower and sink but the toilet was a shared cubby hole at the end of the corridor.

Really poor, dirty, loud and unfriendly staff. 41€ for a single room is a nothing else than a scum.

It's a shame there isn't an option for a '0' star as I wouldn't give this place 1 star. Absolutely horrified from the minute we walked in here. It is worse than a hostel. Naming it a hotel is just absolutely ridiculous. Firstly, my Wi-Fi didn't work and they did nothing to rectify this. I had several online meetings scheduled in which I had to cancel making me lose out on 4 hours worth of work. Secondly, I fell asleep for 10 minutes when I arrived only to be woken by a bug crawling up my neck. I had been bitten at least 5 times while being in the room for 2 hours. I'm intching all over the place. It cost 43 euros per night, we had booked in for two, when I went down for a refund having only been here for 2 hours and only booked on arrival, they claimed they can only give me 1 nights refund which I was absolutely livid about considering the circumstances above. I wouldn't even dream about considering this place. The only person that was half decent enough was the man who was painting downstairs. Thanks for carrying my bags whoever you are. Really terrible. I do not normally write terrible reviews and I will do my upmost to write things nice about any hotel instead of negative thoughts but they had no idea that my window was open and I can hear and understand every single word they were saying. Just absolutely awful experience.

Very dirty hotel … very old building. The building goes bankrupt and nothing is maintained. I strongly advise this hotel dirty …

Shabby place, a deplorable hygiene, everything is dirty (and it can be said).
The laundry provides with plenty of suspicious trace not even dare to wipe my hands with.
The toilet (common) I'd rather not even talk about it for no one shocked …
The shower in the room with hairs inside.
In short I could go on like this for a long time.

The staff is friendly, the breakfast is served. But it's the only positive!
Location, room dirty, no Wi — Fi, very noisy, no privacy. So on and not of the best. Ah if: the smoke detector is neutralized.

A great home in a small hotel unpretentious and cheap. Perfect for holiday maker who didn't need a hotel 4 stars to sleep. In addition, there are nice restaurants nearby.
