As soon as you arrive the reception staff is very smiling and offers a little refreshment which is always nice after several hours of driving.
First nice point our transfer by cart in our accommodation, premium cabin 2 bedrooms, good bedding, just lacks a dishwasher so that it is even more, the location of our cabin next to the club child a very convenient side for us. The location of the village with lake views and direct access to the beach. Every night there is a varied musical program (show, singer, DJ …) all curated by impeccable service even if we waited some night for our Mojito, and well the girls are so smiling that we can not hold you to this point. The entire staff is animated by an impressive energy, including the sports activities on offer, the reception, the bar, the grocery store… nothing to say you're on top!

This site exceeded our expectations. We stayed two weeks in this holiday village in a wooden house (cabin 29) facing the lake and 100 meters from the beach. The site is super clean and very well maintained. The most (absolute benevolence of the entire staff started with the boss, culminating in the lake view of the bar terrace, evenings with top artistic programming, pedestrian site no danger for our children, program of sports activities taught by a real professional (Myriam I will work and I will return), regarding life outside the village and outings thank you for Eugenie addresses … you won't be disappointed

Very good stay in a cabin in a nice setting.

Several times come and gone, the slow village site which is truly heavenly, the atmosphere with the scent of pines, as well as the calm and freshness in summer in these bungalows or these mobiles super well laid out. Both the authentic and very charming chalets (29 note for the view) and the mobile homes (near the Paddel terrain) practical and well-appointed are decorated with elegance and sobriety and leaves the beautiful part around by each window we see the change of scenery.
A real break from the city on the lake just a stone's throw away. A great place to start from a bike ride to the ocean, the rental is so easily done with bike drop-off and landscaping to make them that simplifies things like sliding on a wave.
A special mention for breakfast, great value for money… Bravo! Breakfast at 10 degrees includes fresh fruit, hot pancakes made live with the famous pancake machine, organic yoghurt, there is nothing to add to this morning delight!
The service is impeccable and all the staff available at all levels and at all times! A special nod to Mehdi formidable and helpful on any occasion and to Eugenie, Mac Giver of any situation!

Actually, the stay in Slow Village was very pleasant. Nevertheless, our expectations were somewhat disappointed. This was especially due to the fact that the website gives the impression of remote wooden huts in the pine forest — in reality the huts are very close to each other. Directly in front of Slow-Village is an aquapark, which played loud music every evening until late at night. Not bad in itself, but we simply expected something different from the image conveyed via the website. We had a four-person cabin for two. For us it was very comfortable, for four persons it's probably rather cuddly. Especially the kitchen is tightly calculated. The lake is right in front of Slow Village, with the loud aquapark next door. A little further on foot there are very nice beaches, especially for children. The Atlantic Ocean and shopping facilities are also within easy reach by car. Slow Village is clean and the staff very friendly and caring. It has a good infrastructure (small supermarket, pizza-place, restaurant, bar).

How to describe the energies of the Slow Village.
it is a magical place in the middle of the pines, facing the calm of the lake and close to the power of the ocean. It is a unique place of healing from which it is always very difficult to leave. The team is dedicated, professional and always considerate. A great concept, a beautiful spot and a top team!

Stay from 14/04/2018 to 21/04/2018 Hello, great place in front of the lake of Biscarosse, with a team listening to the customer, from the arrival to the departure! Bike paths as soon as you leave the village! Staff always smiling! Functional and pleasant Chalet with a small terrace to enjoy the quiet outside! Activities for children organized by a super friendly person. We had a great time with the family at the bar with a view of the children playing in the activity park at the entrance. A good meal at the restaurant of the village, whose dishes are of quality! Our next stay!

The staff are really nice.
Unfortunately the value for money is not there. Missing the plugs taken, the electric plates are rusted, lino torn, the dirty sheets were left in the chalet and above all it smells bad!
On the other hand the setting is really superb, waking up in the woods, and again the good mood of the staff and the welcome are at the top.

The food in the restaurant is excellent, the accommodations are comfortable, the staff of the campsite is at your little care and the activities are numerous…
