We stayed 5 nights on half board at this property.
The property is actually roadside and it's pretty busy, but is very well located to visit the surroundingarea, and the bike path passes by. The rooms are small certainly, but very clean and well equipped. The bathroom was refurbled, the bedding very comfortable and we had no problems soundproofing (our room was garden side). Staff listening. It is nice to have breakfast in a separate hotel building with a large terrace, nevertheless I think for the price the breakfast could be better (medium pastries, industrial juices, coffee machine bof. On the other hand, the dinners at l'instant Gourmet were excellent. We recommend this property.

Cleanliness. Welcome. Half boarding house. Bedroom. Terrace. Pool. Impeccable value for service and overall fare. We will definitely come back to that. A mini fridge in the room would be nice especially during hot weather. For the rest delighted to have unearthed this hotel and to have stayed there for a week.

Exceptional dishes. Nice setting. I recommend it for a reasonable price. The best restaurant in Bisca beach for my liking.

Good welcome, easy parking, secure bike room, comfortable rooms. We didn't have time to test the pool. We'll have to come back.

Great hotel, very helpful staff, accepts dogs and with lovely pinewoods next door for walks. Get a room facing away from the road if you can.

Nice location, but the hotel is old and dated, summer price is too high for what you get, staff is not friendly. Pool was not what it seamed. If you spend your day at the beach then its ok.

I stayed there the year last summer and I'll be back this summer 2016
It is quiet, very clean and close to everything without being in the city center. Get 5 minutes to go to the beach or downtown.
The restaurant is worth a visit.

Still have a lot of work to do for a three star *, lukewarm reception only credit card is welcome… not very large, moderately soundproofed rooms. Only the breakfast is very good. Fancy restaurant? but not very dressed, personal plates on top.

The advantage is the pool, very nice. Nevertheless, many problems arose. Our room was a bit small with a special mention for the toilet to "forced diagonal seat"… Air conditioning to see again, particularly noisy and ineffective. Breakfast very good but a bit pricey… Finally 10 euros, according to a study the average in France is more than 11 euros… Friendly staff very nice. Odors at the pool! Noisy air conditioners in the face of the terrace of breakfast!
And Pompom on the Garonne, the Wi — Fi that does not work! Certainly a problem of flow or insufficient bandwidth…

Very decent quality price ratio especially want to note the eponymous restaurant which is located on the ground floor of the hotel. It's cool. Delicious and the service probably is within a radius of 15-20 kilometers the best institution.

Nice place. Confortable & quiet. Its quite far from beach so its Necessary to take the car. Good Wifi and pool.

Correct but expensive hotel for the displayed delivery and reality on arrival
1 / pool self heated bid between 27 and 29, but I don't have a dog or duck skin! I don't have a thermometer on me, but it's not as hot as announced
2 / noisy framework especially side road and servers that chatter during their end of service
3 / TV screen too small even with glasses ;)
Positive: very good Wi — Fi, which is rare in france…
In short, too expensive for what it is!
