This hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars (two and again)! All carpets are repulsive lying dirt! Housed on the 4th floor: sweltering heat in the room and again, we were lucky enough to have the bedroom and bathroom windows on the forest side: no air conditioning and the fridge was no cold!
As for breakfast: a real skit! one person to organize it, queues, no tables available because not cleared. Disoriented customers: lack of ham, ah ah. More croissants!
This establishment clearly lives on a previous reputation that is no longer relevant.

No catering on site the rooms are not worthy of a 4 star, the carpet and the décor are to be seen to change completely disappointed overall.

Great hotel that has the best time probably behind it. However, we had a nice sized room. Breakfast very meager selection. Dinner was served in an external restaurant.

Hotel that maybe once had to have had another owner and maybe even well kept. It seems a bit ' decaying, although for the village where it is located can also go well. The rooms are large and spacious but they are not kept very well. Comfortable front parking. Breakfast is passable.

Nice hotel in the north Alsace. Nice room, cozy bar and very nice staff.

Very nice hotel that had to be a 4 star before but that's before… maintenance is there but aging (bathroom carpets ect…) What catches up is the very friendly staff, the very beautiful village setting.

Room was basic and dated, but comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly, when they could be found. Breakfast was plentiful but again very limited choice. Most confusing was the casino artefacts littered around the hotel.

Too much waiting at the desk. In the room, the carpet is stained, there is a strand of hair on the hairdryer. No bathroom locks. Impossible to have more than 18 degrees in the room, — 7 outside… You can feel the wind inside.

Reception OK. Room quite spacious but it smells horribly stale. Room finishes to review… (Underfloors under sink, plaster that falls, carpet spotted…) No terrace (at least in our room) hearty breakfast but often you have to wait for the place to sit. … (Not enough tables) No TV network. The all not worthy of a 4 star.

A basic can for a four star nonetheless a very welcoming staff and at the service of its customers.

Good stuff, good views and quiet. Very good and free breakfast. The room and bathroom objects could be improved. Close to center.

Comfortable hotel but not what you'd expect of a 4 star place… All amenities are there but everything needs to be refreshed. Bed was good though and that's most important and the breakfast was excellent.

Dated hotel but lovely surroundings and really friendly lady on reception when I checked in last night. Good shower and comfortable bed. Good rate through my company.

Good hotel at ok prices, however the breakfast is on the weak side. I would have expected better coffee in a 4 star place. With some persistence you can ask for a proper espresso though.

Recently renovated. Good value.
