Beautiful hotel in the centre of the old town!
Friendly and welcoming staff.
Beautiful address to take full advantage of tourism in Colmar.

Welcome. Very comfortable room. Only arrival with suitcases is difficult, the access road is pedestrian and with cobblestones.

Clean hotel in the half-timbered house!
The rooms are small but nice and clean.
The staff is nice and speaks German. It is a pity that you cannot park there, you have to park in the car park (about 400 meters as the crow flies).
The breakfast could also be better, there is filter coffee from the tank, nothing extravagant but you get fed up.
I would have given four stars if the breakfast had been French.

Aircondition not working/cooling, pillows hard as rocks, no cold water in the tap at night. 2 loud church bells chiming every 15 minutes right outside the windows.

Its wonderful experience in the hotel. It is located in the old town. Do note that the old town is about 15 minute walk from the train station.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast is good, its price in relation to the offer rather high.

Wonderful hotel in the middle of everything… the hotel staff are very friendly and kind.

Really convenient as it's very well located (the city centre and at the foot of the Christmas market), planning and decorating that is very typical : in the image of Colmar. Very good buffet breakfast and cleanliness nothing to say. Only downside : our room was small (yet quite expensive! ) and staff little warm.

We missed our train to Paris because the receptionist was on the phone for 20 minutes while we were waiting to check out. We tried to hurry her up but she kept saying "one moment" and continued to chat. Even her counterpart continued to watch on and ignore us. Never ever again! Colmar is a beautiful little town but staying here was the biggest regret of all! No access to Taxis either, so we had to carry 70kg of luggage and walk to the train station which is about 30 minutes away. Now we had to pay another 100 euros for the next train which is 3 hours from now, and these are standing seats. A stay that is best forgotten! Including the people at Saint Martins that have ruined our holiday!

Very poor service by staff. The receptionist was on the phone for 20 minutes, leaving us to wait to check out. Hence we missed our train to Paris. We had to catch the next train which cost us an additional €100. The best bet is to stay at Mecure Inn.

Very nice hotel, charming typical Alsatian in the center of Colmar (at the foot of the Christmas market). The deco is a type of the Alsatian (wood, gold color, red) some may say it is kitsch, I love it it is the old charm of Alsace. The rooms are beautiful, the bedding is excellent. Everything is perfectly clean. The breakfast is served buffet style and even arriving at 9am there is a very lot of choices (fruits, fruit salads, yoghurts, various breads, various buns, hams, cheeses, chocolate, coffee, tea and so on. ) and products of good quality this is are price. The reception is a bit "reserved" but friendly, it is widely enough. You can go there you will not be disappointed.

Cosy hotel in the centre of Colmar. For the Christmas markets this is simply ideal. In fact, many tourists make stopovers. The tradition room was practically new. A big plus for the bathroom which was very functional and well laid-out. Only downside the Wi-Fi was a bit low-level flow.

Delightful hotel with helpful staff! It's a dream to be in Colmar and it's a wonderful place to come back to and rest after a strolling its beautiful streets.

The room is very small Very convenient location.

Rooms are small (as you would expect in a historic building) but very clean and quaint. Bathrooms are very modern. Right in the heart of Colmar pedestrian zone. Free parking 100 meters away. Good Wi-Fi signal. Non smoking.

Are departments type rb&b clean and very cosy but with a ladder, very narrow and very uncomfortable to climb luggage.

Comfortable bed, nice bathroom which is a good size. Center of Old Colmar with many restaurants, pharmacy and bank with outside ATM for anytime cash withdrawal. Friendly and helpful staff.
