Very nice hotel, very professional staff, very spacious family room. Recommend.

It'S just outside Colmar. Spacious. Ample breakfast Hours. Private Parking. Good value for money.

Room very nice water pressure a little small apart from that very friendly, welcoming friendly!

I have never seen a building so poorly soundproof!
A catastrophe, the endless comings and goings due to the restaurant will impose you doors slamming, shouting, chanting until 23:00 then places the many vehicles that access and exit the car park and necessarily pass right in front of your "windows " (You will feel that they are in the room), to smokers who chat outside until midnight then go home and slam the doors, laugh in the hallway. You can even hear them blowing.
Short IMPOSSIBLE to sleep and saw the price is amazing. It's worth no more than a tent on the edge of a national quiet level.
Too bad it ruins everything because the room and the bathroom are not bad. And the reception does not hesitate to move it when there is too much noise.

Hotel looks better on the website. One good thing is the breakfast buffet, plenty of choice and even fresh orange juice for yourself to squeeze. Food in Colmar city is not super unless you like german style porc and sausages. Rooms and facilities only average.

Ok. But the pool was not functional when we went while we had chosen this hotel for that.

Very good reception The staff is very nice and friendly on the other hand the location of the hotel is quite annoying. Indeed it is located next to the road and the airport.

Hotel located at the airport gates and right next to the freeway. Restaurant a bit expensive but possibility to get delivered with Just eat. Nice staff Classic breakfast of the Accord network.

Very good stay in this hotel I recommend despite the airfield just behind that does not disturb.

Stay for December 31st to celebrate New Year's Day. Welcomed by Mathieu at the very helpful nickel reception so we extend our stay by one night. Then my husband wanted to take half a bottle of champagne in the room he goes to the reception 10.30pm the waiters in panic to pass. At least that's the impression given. He gave her half a bottle not fresh at all and the advertiserate rate did not match at all nor the name in relation to the room card. Otherwise I breakfast impec being allergic to gluten I had very good gluten-free rolls. Thank you. 349

The managers wanted to fill the restaurant without hiring staff. Result: 2h waiting for the main course! Shameful.
The only competent server has had a good struggle he is not a magician. It was hard to see. All the clients complained. €50 for a more than average quality meal and a deplorable service. There's abuse!
To avoid unless you want to fatten leaders without scruples! : (

Spacious room, free parking and closed, clean very good. Possibility to eat on the spot in the evening, decent meal.

Basic room but very clean and big. Pretty Lazy Breakfast.

Perfect Hotel. Spacious, quiet and clean rooms with toilets separated from the Bathroom. Very nice Italian shower. Staff very friendly and available. A large secure parking lot at Night. The airport nearby is derelict so no noise nuisance.

Nice hotel, beautiful decoration, impeccable rooms. Only downside, the restaurant with a avocado salad not all ripe, no bread, no salt and pepper.

Very positively surprised about this Ibis Styles. It is much better than the Novotel it used to be. Completely renovated in 2016. Rooms with very comfortable beds. Toilet is separated from the bathroom. Pity there is no desk in the room though. A swimming pool and a small fitness room are available. Nice atmosphere. Breakfast more complete than a usual Ibis Styles. Appreciated the fresh and warm croissants. Free overnight parking. Fully secured with a barrier. Close to (inside) the commercial zone and walking distance to the Parc des Expositions / Foire aux vins. A bit far from the historic center though (car is needed) Definitely to be recommended for its value for money. Will come back there if I am around.

OWL hotel, despite the renovation during our stay. The rooms are clean and Nice. Hospitality by FATIMA was perfect! Lovely woman and very professional. AUDREY at breakfast was attentive to our needs, pro and pleasant. Next visit to colmar in the same place!

Already at the first sight of the hotel requires thinking at one of the cheap American Highway motels from various movies.
The object itself is apparently built in the 80's, and since not much more has been done. It looks messy, it's dirty, the furniture (in the entrance area of Nebenbaus) have patches on the cloth etc… the room was for one night to the like to stay just so still acceptable. Here a renovation is needed urgently.
The breakfast was fairly Spartan, but it was all because what it takes.
The cappuccino with milk powder remembered something cheap all inclusive vacations. At least the coffee beans were still real.
The staff did everything that was possible to compensate for other shortcomings with his friendly nature.

It is perfect for a drink after work. Strongly this summer por enjoy the terrace.

Very disappointing. Nice staff but room limit obsolescence, stuffy, worn carpeting, paint faded. Buildings dated appearance. We expect good better from a novotel.

Room smelled of cigarettes. When we told them in the morning they told us that wasn't possible! Really?!?! We thought it would be fun to go in the pool with the kids before setting off in the morning, but the pool doesn't open till 9am! What good is that?! Won't be coming again, but for what it is, it's ok. Just a place to sleep and move on.

A bad age. We had stayed here in 2009 and we are satisfied, but as a result of our new stay (July 2014) we found that it had not been maintained. Paintings are chipped, the joints come off, partially clogged sinks, the carpets are very damaged and the service leaves to be desired!
DON'T DESERVE 4 STARS.

Very disappointed.

The location provides views of the great scenery, but astonishingly nothing that qualifies it a 4-star hotel. Everything looks old and used. And the receptionists ask me to pay city tax twice (different person check out as check in). It must be an extraordinary experience for Novotel executives if they come here on their own.
