Helpful staff, hotel in a good central Location. Good sized rooms.

Nice hotel in the heart of Jyväskylä. The hotel is along the promenade where most of the shops, restaurants and museums are located. The breakfast in this hotel is great. If you are not a resident, you would have to pay 21€ for it. When you look at my pictures, you can see why…

I stayed at this hotel for just one night and it was enough to fall in love with it. Its decorations, the room, the staff and the food were amazing! I strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Jyväskylä.

Central location. Had some difficulty findind parking but eventually managed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is cosy. Rooms are good sized and mine included tub. Even though the hotel is located right in the center of juväslJyv I did not hear any sounds and had a good relaxing sleep. Deffinetly will visit again. + For the fresh breakfast. + For the tidyness of rooms. + Service.

It's an absolutely wonderful cafe off the busy streets! They offer good coffees matched with perfectly baked cakes and other desserts!

The most romantic, modern and stylish finnish hotel! The service is great, food awesome traditional finnish style and every single detail of this hotel is carefully tought and has a feeling of finnish design and atmosphere. Great sauna.

Amazing boutique hotel right incthe centre. Great rooms, friendly staff, huge breakfast choices & bonus being able to buy a light supper was really good too. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect position!

Clean, confortable, pleasant bar with quite music, very central.

Good location. Excellent breakfast except no orange juice. Good bed. TV did not work which is a plus 4 me. Nice sauna 17.21 but no morning sauna nor gym nor swimming pool. Good service and very clean.

Visited august 23-25.2017 for professional seminar in Jyväskylä. The hotel had some renovation going on which meant noise. The reason for extremely poor rating is that on Friday morning the loud noises of renovation started at 7 am. I do not see any reason to stay in a hotel where wake up is given that early. And no, they did not warn about that early start/wake. Naturally I gave my complaint when paying my visit just to be said that they would check if that happened, no contact details were taken to get back to me. I feedback via their website and got some response, and an offer for 20euro such as compensation, even I had earlier mentioned that 300km distance and no near future visit coming up. Group of 7 people was reserved by me to this hotel, never again to this place. Hopefully other guest get better sleep for their money in future.

Had a lovely copper wedding anniversary here. A big premium room with a good sauna. Strawberries and prosecco. One of the best hotels in Finland. Good competitor for Sokos Paviljonki here in Jyväskylä. Special recommendations:

Great location (about 5 minutes walk from train station). Quiet and comfortable place. Very nice service, in general very nice people are working here. Food is excellent.

Very good hôtel! The location is perfect, the welcoming of all the team amazing! The rooms are really bigs and perectly cleans and the beds really comfortables!

Legendary hotel in jyväskylä, been here more than 20 times during years. Unfortunately seen its days of glory. Everything works and staff is nice and helpful and everything. Medioker spanish style restaurant. Location is right in the center of city and close to everything.
