Cozy and beautiful. But expensive. The staffs are cool and friendly. Hotel has sauna and Gym. We loved the sauna. And they serve complementary breakfast. I'd recommend this hotel, however I'll somewhere less expensive if am paying for it.

Hotel Indigo is centrally located; close to public transportation, restaurants, and some of Helsinki's big attractions. My room was very modern, clean, and had all the amenities. The front desk was very friendly and helpful.

This was a nice hotel. One of the neighbors is doing demolition and remodel work, so it can get noisy at times. The front desk does have ear plugs if you need them. The AC is controlled by sticking your room card into a slot. If you remove the card the AC appears to stop or adjust to a higher setting. The default is 22 Celsius but you can lower it to 19 Celsius. This resets around noon. This hotel is near many great places to eat, inckuding one of the oldest bakeries in Helsinki. The rooms were small but usable, and had plenty of power outlets. Make sure to bring converters as the power is standard 220 European style. We had converters and adaptors so we had no problem recharging cell phones.

Gorgeous hotel. Friendly staff. Nice location in the design district. Located reasonably close to the Esplanadi, harbour, a local supermarket. There's a nice gym, sauna and steam room. Totally recommended for the bourgeois traveller.

Spend 2 nights here in early May 2018. The 2 nights were separate and staff allowed us to safe-keep our luggage there for several days. Checked in very late on the first night and was given a low floor room which was also quite small. Requested for a high floor room for the next check-in and was given a higher and bigger room. Water pressure at shower is powerful. Breakfast is particularly GOOD!

Really awesome place. Easy walk from the train station. Room decor was interesting without being overpowering. Great city views from the 8th floor. On site restaurant was fantastic — delicious food, lovely presentation, reasonably priced.

Beautiful rooms with excellent breakfast but poor room service (over 4 days). Toileteries were not filled up, cleaning was done badly and sheets not changed after 3 days.

Good clean modern rooms. Fantastic beds. Didn't sample the food so can't comment. Excellent shower, though no bath which is fine with us. Overall a wonderful stay, would have liked to stay longer.

Middle of the city. Nice. Modern and clean. Friendly staff even at midnight when we checked in. Rooms are small but washroom is quite large so can't really complain.

Will stay here again when next in Helsinki. Staff are helpful and friendly and the care of the hotel is well maintained and clean in room as well as foyer, bar and restaurant. Room rate is good value, as well as the restaurant and bar. This is not a high end hotel, nor is it a large hotel. There is still some final building going on next door, this really is not a problem. Building work stops at business hours. Sleeping is not affected. We had room 615, adjoins the building section under construction. Room faces the street, sixth floor and with double glazing. Not a noise. Lots to see in the streets around the hotel and a lovely stroll in to the city centre from the hotel or take the light rail/tram Overall this would be one of the best hotels to stay in, while in Helsinki.

Good hotel that's somewhat central. Not a long walk from the central station or Stockman's. The hotel is well equipped as a base to travel from. Rooms are large and spacious, and well designed.

Good location Gym 24/24. Sauna. Nickel rooms.

I left my jacket in the room but no one reports to me lost and found. Very disappointed!

Lovely room, nice sauna and gym. Staff English speaking and very helpful. Location absolutely brilliant for all the attractions we wanted to see with a well connected tram stop a very short walk. Many excellent restaurants in walking distance.

God beliggenhet. Bra service og veldig fine og rene rom. Vær forberedt på litt harde senger og ikke all verdens frokost. Men alt I alt et hotell jeg varmt kan anbefale.

Excellent from the moment we arrived to me moment we left. Great room, helpful staff and in breakfast included everything I can conceive a person wanting to consume of a morning.

Nice and tidy little hotel close to the the heart of the city. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast with all the key ingredients. Nothing too much but everything was as it should be in a near-to-upscaled place like this.

Good location, very good breakfast with local touch, very nice room, superb service, excellent dinner. Best price booking directly at the hotel website, don't forget to register with the club first to get discounts and bonus points e. G. Miles and More. I booked half-board at a very attractive rate. Alcohol is expensive as the general price level in Finland is.

Nice rooms, very small. There's a lot of confusion and parking at Hotel €36.

New Hotel. Everything was nice and quiet.

Convenient location 15 minutes walk from the Central Railway station. Very quiet room. Had a Standard King Size bedroom on the 8, th floor at the back of the hotel. No street noise at all. No noise from other guests either. Pleasant lobby area. Had nicr coffees there one evening. Breakfast is buffet style. S little over priced for selection available but if good wuality. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly.

Stayed here over Christmas holidays. Staff were super accommodating. Anything we needed they did their best to help us with. Even called the room to tell us about things we could go do on days when most everything was closed. Their traditional Finnish Christmas buffet was a let down and overpriced but altogether was a great place to stay.
