We stayed in a well equipped studio apartment in the centre of Oulu, when visiting family, in January. We found the apartment to be comfortable, welcoming, and very well positioned. It was our first visit to Finland, so weren't sure what to expect, as the key pick up and the studio were in different locations, however, we had a really accommodating and helpful cab driver, so that made it easy. Check out was super simple too. We are definitely using this company again when we visit.

Very disappointed with this apartment. Was told that the it was located next to Oulu Railway Station at Asemakatu but was instructed to pick up keys and travel 2km (30mins) through a blizzard snowstorm to Isokatu 58 A. I was dragging 2 heavy 20kg luggages through the 15cm thick snow. It was a truly unpleasant experience. The owner should have put me in the apartment at Asemakatu or informed me if it was full so I can book another unit nearer the railway station. It is not fair to make your guest walk through — 6 degree temperature for 2km.
