What a hotel! Cosy, friendly, food was fantastic, staff helpful, facilities perfect. The location was breathtaking! The glass cabins were a WOW! Having your own sauna, bottles of bubbly added to that amazing experience. Excursions were well organised and everyone so friendly and helpful. The bar had great cocktails to sip by the log fire. Amazing hotel and we will be back.

Just a lovely place very helpful staff, rooms are fantastic well we are in cabins, clean and very warm.

Our stay in Finland would have been incomplete with Wilderness Hotel Muotka! All the activities organised by them were top notch! The staff are super friendly. The rooms are world class. Overall a must must place to stay and spend your vacation.
P. S — No Wi-Fi in the rooms were a much needed break from the social media addiction which most of us have these days.

We stayed here Dec 2019 and I can"t wait to go back. The staff was great and the Guides were amazing. Every single activity was so much fun. The cabins and common areas were beautiful. The absolute best trip I have ever taken. I am in love with Lapland Finland and this resort.

Amazing place. Activities were great and location fantastic. It was the very end of the season and a lot of the staff had finished so I don't feel that we had the same experience as we would of earlier in the season. It was def a holiday to remember though.

Best holiday I have ever been on and I go in holiday every year. The staff are more than friendly and the food is delicious traditional and local. The activities are amazing and the log cabins and scenery is beautiful. I can't even complain about anything!

We had the holiday of our life here. Activities were awesome, staff very friendly and the environment is so beautiful and quiet. Food was diverse and of good quality. Accomodation was modern and clean. Could advise anybody to go here for a week to experience the beauty of 'Lapland'.

Amazing hotel, we were welcome by a friendly staff. Spectacular rooms! Must stay! I would rather stay here than the glass igloo… down the road. here you have all Great for couples!

This place is great simply because it is! Try to believe, who tastes returns.

Absolutely out of this world. This place is ideal. No TV or radio in rooms or in communal areas. Only Wi Fi. Like old days where people communicate by talking to one another. Meals could have been hotter but that was only fault. Accommodation was clean and sleek. Minimal storage in rooms. Snow suits and boots provided. Activities were great. No complaints. Would certainly recommend.

Awesome! Super friendly hotel staff and activity guides. Comfortable accommodations. Great food. Fun activities. Great outdoor surroundings. Access to 200+ km of cross country skiing tracks (lighted until 10pm! ). Would definitely recommend!

Lovely hotel and courteous staff made our stay at the hotel very comfortable. We enjoyed a range of activities including husky sled, reindeer sled and snow mobile riding, cross country skiing and snowshoeing. All of these activities we led by knowledgeable and friendly guides who had a wealth of knowledge that they shared with us. Thank you for a wonderful holiday we will always remember… we were even lucky enough to see the Northern lights!

Good variety of buffet food at breakfast and dinner. The rooms are clean but very small. The location is beautiful a d the hotel provides a lot of trips and activities. Tea and coffee and water available at any time.

Very Nordic/Finnish décor, booked in a regular room type but upgraded to a separate townhouse with a sauna (low season for tourism), the interior of the room is fresh and clean. Hotel Service attitude is very good, because the next morning departure, in advance of the preparation of sandwiches and fruit breakfast. The 3course dinner package is reasonably priced and tastes good (tomato soup, venison, desserts). Location in the forest independent access is not convenient, it is recommended and the hotel in advance to arrange transfers (but the price is expensive). But also because in the forest, a room to look up can see the starry sky. Rooms do not have Wi-Fi and can only stay online in the lobby.

The aurora cabins are cute but they only service them every other day. For the price, it should be every day. Also the water heaters are tiny! Have to shower very very quickly! Also if you don't have a meal plan, the dinners are quite expensive and not worth the price.

Fantastic place, beautiful location. Rooms are lovely and all the staff are friendly and helpful.

The lodge itself and the service is quite nice. If you are lucky you will be upgraded freebie f charge as well. However, there is only a choice of buffet for all three meals. You HAVE to take it. If you tAke all three meals you end up paying around 60 € per person without any drinks, which is a bit too much. If you want only soup for dinner you will still pay 28 € for a dinner buffet. But the most disappointing of all was the activities. Snow shoeing for 95€, sold as a 3 hr activity with lunch turned out to be a 30 min walk both ways to a location just around the lodge. Lunch was ham and cheese toast. L, a sausage, a chocolate bar and some juice. Max cost per person would be 5 euros! I think the price is just too exaggerated. Max 50€ would still be fine.
