Great place to stay for the Savonlinna Opera Festival.

So very pieceful and fantastic home made food.

It's just Kaif. The sauna is just a fairy tale of the Finns know a lot, on the shore of the lake. The bed for sleep is divine. You sleep like a young man. Nature paradise.

Wonderful stay in a nice cottage at the edge of a lake. Attentive and caring hosts, the dinners were delicious. We loved it!

We had a wonderful stay at Kalle and Laura's place, it gives you the opportunity to experience the authentic Finnish life, surrounded by nature. It's a very peaceful and relaxing place.
The accommodations are perfectly clean and cozy and the location is simply amazing! The food is delicious and freshly made.
The Sauna experience in the night was the best (and don't forget to jump in the lake after that! ) Highly recommended!

We have enjoyed real Finnish summer life in Lomamokkila. Family Björn was so kind and lovely, three dogs were even member of them. Be try traditional smoke sauna along the beaufull lake!

Amazing breakfast, free kitchen usage with oven, pan, etc… Free Wi-Fi, you can use Rowing Boats at the lake for free. Lovely family! Worth a stay!

Very relaxing place. Billiard, bikes, sauna, cows, boat. The host family makes you feel at home. Great location to see National Parks.

I first came to Lomamokkila with my family 22 years ago. Since then we have been back each summer. Now I come with my children. Lomamokkila is like another home to me. I couldn't imagine a summer without being there. I have enjoyed being here since I was only 6. I loved the feel of the place, I was able to play with the animals and help out around the farm with chores. Lomamokkila has grown and changed during these 22 years, but I always found new things to enjoy. I am so happy to see my son enjoying spending time there as I did as a child. During the years I have spent here I have stayed in almost all of the cottages and type of room Lomamokkila offers. There is quite a large variety of room types available, so everyone will be able to find something that suits them. There are rooms around the main building and you have access to the kitchen in the guesthouse if you wish. You can also have breakfast and dinner in the main building ir you like. The food is wonderful and you wont feel hungry after you leave. There are also summer cottages by the lake that you can stay at. The cottages are all lovely. You can choose from fully equipped cottages to traditional and modestly equipped cottages. All the cottages have their own beach, rowing boat and sauna. You will easily find things to occupy your time. You can go to the lake and borrow a rowing boast, go fishing or swimming into the lake. There are also plenty of activitites such as tennis, badminton and volleyball.

Nice and clean room with good bed. Breakfast was fine. Very nice and helpful owners provided us with tipps regarding the area and restaurants to go to. Beautiful place with own boats and sauna by the lake.

The shower with the family. Shame! The food is terrible. The owner of the hotel regularly extorted money. Until we went into the city, lost my old camera from the room. Wanted to call the police, but it was not before, we had to go home. The owner yelled at матерном English, what they cannot have. And someone in the room all break. Breakfast is not tasty. Lake far shore and terrible. Such rest of the impure, I don't remember. Do not visit this hotel with a nasty хамовитым finom.

A really lovely place, manage available and approachable, friendly and quite varied, buffet dinner with typical dishes and local products and increasingly concerns room service quality. Surrounded by greenery and nature walking distance to savonlinna!
