The rooms were really dirty, had bed bugs, the trash can had not been emptied. The curtains had stains and the sheets were torn and dusty. The female receptionist was very rude when we confronted her and had only one excuse for all the issues — "we live in a rainforest". Pretty sure that living in a rainforest isn't an excuse for running a shithole. Furthermore, the receptionist was hell bent on keeping the cash we paid and mentioned she was not going to give a refund without us even mentioning a refund.
