The staffs were friendly, but the reception officers (girls) were not helpful sometimes, the old building rooms require renovations as the condition inside all rooms were very poor, require more cleaning inside the entire compound including the new building outer staircases.

Absolutely horrible desk staff! Delt with some frowning old guy WITH A ABSOLUTELY REPULSIVE ATTITUDE! He Refused to lift even one finger to help us. He lied to us and said he couldn't accept our reservation even though we had paid in full $100 online, he tried to tell me we had to pay an ADDITIONAL $140 because we booked online TO LATE that day on Agoda. He said it wasn't in their "computer system" Stay away from this place. Stay away from Agoda too, Agoda refused to give me a refund even though after booking through their site the Grand Melanesian Hotel basically refused to honor the booking and REFUSED us service even though we paid in full thru Agoda.

Hated it they had a wedding and a Korean BBQ night couldn't sleep with to loud and they didn't let as know about this when we booked in for our stay and we had to pay upfront and they didn't offer any refunds so we had to stay and the rooms were ok but the rest of the place was just Gross.

Deluxe rooms are spacious with a balcony to relax in. Proper AC and television. Hot and cold water and a bathtub. Double beds are comfortable and relaxing.

Very bad service, lots of ants and bugs Room condition was horrible There was alot of nuisance Did not feel safe Moved out the very fist night.

Large rooms clean and friendly staff. Restaurant serves excellent meal choice and tasty too. Very convenient close to Nadi town, airport, beaches and Public transport is available 24/7.

Fjd 130 per night, very old, near airport.

Standard room need a bit of renovations and paint. We moved to a dormitory the 2nd day, as we had other family members coming. Dorm was well kept, clean and spacious. Kids enjoyed the pool. Friendly staff.

Average facilities and great meals next door.

I have stayed there and service, rooms and staff are great recommend to anyone.

Despite our distance (as we are living in Marshall Islands and we have booked our guests in The Grand Melanesian Hotel), the staff specially, Priya, has been accommodating and assisting us with her best. We thank you and rest assured that we will be going to book in your hotel whenever we have guests on that route. Thank you.

This was like walking into the Marigold Hotel like the movie. We waited at the airport for transport to the hotel and if we didn't catch a taxi we could be possibly still waiting there now. When we did get to the hotel the guy behind the counter ignored us even though we where the only ones there. Finally checked us in then up to the room. Clearly we must of been the only international guests as the place really appeared to be run down. Downstairs next to the pool where two vinyl lounge chair's with broken feet. The entertainment area also had a lot to be desired. Needless to say shortly after we checked out and found better accommodation. Asking for a refund the guy made a phone call and said no problems. But we are still waiting for the credit to appear. Not exactly a place I would recommend.

It's so hot and stuffy in that hotel NEVER coming there again! The pictures for your hotels is misleading I had to open the fridge and lie in front of it so freaken hot I advise you other people whose looking for hotel never I mean never come to this hotel I would put it as a last choice from all the other hotels in the world.
