Good stuff and amazing spa
Little workers in the office.
Otherwise was good.

Clean rooms, excellent food and very helpful staff. Shower cubicle in ensuite was tiny and restaurant quite expensive.

A gorgeous hotel with friendly staff and beautiful amenities. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The sauna and spa area is nice too. The location is great (not directly in the old town but a 5 min walk from it). Would definitely recommend this hotel!

It's a great restaurant! The rooms are cozy, the staff are lovely. I especially liked the breakfast. There are wonderful waiters working there. I liked it.

There's nothing to give four stars. The soundproofing is disgusting. In the bathroom there is almost nothing that can usually be found in the 4 star hotel bathroom. Breakfast is average. Repairs are also not for four or five. The quality of cleaning also leaves much to be desired. There is no elevator to the second floor in the second building — with things at all no fun to climb or go down. But the staff are polite enough. And the location is better not to think — right on the picturesque road to the hill from the hotel and you in Freedom Square and there and in the old city. Maybe those whose rooms are in the main building, the reviews will be better. On average, the hospital is not so terrible, but in general a threesome.

Nice hotel, not far from the old town. The rooms are not large, but there is everything you need, slippers, robes, kettle, coffee tea. Very good breakfasts.

We really enjoy to be this hotel. Good and frendly servis. Spa area was wonderfull. No problem at all. Recommed.

Hotel jest wart swoich czterech gwiazdek. Pokoje są małe, raczej o standardzie biznesowym. Sam hotel jest dobrze zlokalizowany. Na stare miasto jest ok 10 min. W hotelu czysto I cicho. Serwowane są bardzo smaczne śniadania.

Clean, charming hotel in a great location. Very close to bus stops, and also walking distance to the center / old town. The breakfast was delicious and had enough to choose from for a vegetarian. Our room did not have a view of any sort, but we were hardly in the room. Would recommend!

Hotel par Excellence! We stayed there for 4 Nights. 2 Nights in the Standard Room which was very Lovely ans Clean. A little small but enough for 2 persons on a City Trip. The others 2 Nights we spend in the zen Deluxe Room we're awesome! The room was very very nice and fitted with well choosen Furniture. The extra booked romantic package was also very nice.

Nice Hotel, small room, but comfortable and equipped. Excellent international breakfast very rich, try the butter. Very convenient location. Only flaw, from the closed window came the cold and the radiator was not enough to keep the room adequately warm.

A serene getaway in the middle of a busy city. The food at the restaurant was sublime and breakfast was a treat. Absolutely recommend this hotel!

The breakfast buffet is delicious and varied. Good service.
Parking is Free.
On the territory of the hotel there is a spa complex with factions saunas (finnish and turkish). Recommend.
Centrally Located. Leaving the hotel and crossing the pedestrian crossing you get to the street leading to the old Town.

Loved the personality of the place and the breakfast was amazing. The shower was not the greatest, water pressure was low. Otherwise, very happy and would recommend.

The most amazing hotel in Tallinn. In my room I had Jacuzzi. Room was very big, the bed very comfortable. Breakfast is English style and so delicious. I stayed for 1 week. I recommend it.

Beautiful old building, carefully renewed. Nice rooms, great staff. Kitchen — very good restaurant, serving nice food and wines.

Very nice hotel with good spa treatments. Make sure you get a room facing the back of the building. Heavy traffic in front.

Really good condition and great breakfast. Highly recommended. Had to fill in a paper form upon arrival which is slow and annoying but very typical perhaps even a legal requirement? It meant check in was a bit slow but not a huge problem.

The standard room is small, the complimentary wine is garbage.
