Perfecto. Right in the middle of the historic district, Old Town. Beautiful clean room. I wish my fiancé was with me to share this large confortable bed. Restaurant and bar. Very high ceilings. Old but beautifully modern. Very polite staff.

Really lovely old hotel in old Tallinn. We had a room with a skylight and we could open the window! So many places in Europe don't have aircon because it would only be used a few times a year, if you're staying there during that time, you want at least to be able to open a window. The room also had a good split system. Very quiet and centrally placed for many a nice walk.

Hello! The Hotel is a surprise! I liked it! Everything is almost fine. The rooms are Very nice and comfortable. Staff-> friendly and responsive.
But: 1) Few of the staff speak Finnish or Russian.
2) There is no ironing board, iron and Corkscrew in the room. (I had to run to the bottom and call. )
3) Cleanliness of floors wishes the best. (carpet in the rooms with stains. )
No explanation of how to call the reception. (She called from her mobile. ) There is something but it is not clear how to use the phone…
I had problems with the language (I speak Finnish or Russian. ) Not ignored-GOOD! ) In General-it was good in general!
I Put 3 stars…
I Think that next time he will visit. In the center of the old town! Beauty and everything is close by! (I am not a princess, but in this hotel I and my child-felt exactly princesses! )

B&B cosiness with efficiency of a first class hotel and location is perfect. Emoyees are the best. Breakfast staff is fast ans attentive. Front desk responsive and handles issues immediately. We had a broken shower. I reported it on our way out abd as I got to the front door, looked around and saw the maintenance guy racing upstairs with a bew unit.

The booking was made for a double room and I was upgraded for free to a superior twin. I have stayed in many other hotels and cannot imagine how this was in any way superior. The size was rather on a small size nor there were anything special to make it stand out. There is no ironing board in the room and you have to call reception to get one in the morning, if you are lucky. The lift did not work for 2 days so being on 5th floor did not help. Breakfast selection was reasonable and have to say staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Kind of old style hotel. Not really sure what they try to be. Quite good location and professional staff. Clean and decent bed in Superior room. Some issues prevent giving 4th star. Breakfast was pretty simple. Only two options each, e. G. Cheese, ham, cereal, bread. No dessert. In room air con remote batteries had died, shower knob was impossible to use (too hot or too cold), no plastic cups, TV had only two Finnish channels and none from UK. Minibar price list was missing.

Nice hotel, well equiped and situated central in the city. A lot of noice from the street during the night, however, due to snowfall.

A friendly place, clean and located in a great location. Pretty much in the old town.

Rooms weren't ready for our party when we got there but they did their very best to accommodate us. We are regulars there and it was the very first time any kind of miscommunication has occurred in the last several years.

Very nice staff. Didn't like the first room they gave me, but they we're quick to give me an upgrade to a much nicer room for not much upcharge. Facility is well kept. Rooms are well finished, bathroom was modern upgrade construction and finished. A large good selection for their breakfast. A good location in the old Town.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Can't pick any faults and the hotel restaurant food is superb. Wi-Fi connectivity is great, rooms spotless, great location, everyone is polite and welcoming. Buffet breakfast has a good choice for everyone.

One of the most important things, that you can have for free, doesn't matter the number of stars, is a smiling people, a MUST for people that choose to work in the hotel field. I'm sorry, I don't the name of her but she's a good representative of the staff welcoming you in the My City Hotel.

This is a fabulous hotel with wonderful service! Clean and lovely rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, great showers with a spa like shower head (loved that). Amazing breakfast spread that rivals any breakfast abroad. The location is unparalleled with all the beauties of old Tallin all around you. This is a piece of heaven hotel.

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast. But proximity to the ALCO-quarter attracts drunken Finns, which causes severe discomfort! Rooms are comfortable but dorogovatye.
