In the reception Muna is professional and welcoming on the other hand Mahmoud the supervisor is very provocative, unprofessional and doesn’t know how to deal with visitors. In the chalet there is no phone and no good network coverage. When you call the reception from your own phone sometimes they don’t answer or they take forever to. The furniture is not that clean. One AC was leaking and they doesn’t seem to care. One heater was defected and they don’t care too. There is discrimination in treatment and every one is expecting tips even if they do nothing at all. Electricity got disconnected for hours and water cuts with it. There is only one bellman who takes forever to move the bags. Maintenance staff takes along time to come to fix any issue. Moga restaurant was good and staff there was polite and professional. Parasailing was a good experience and staff there were fun to deal with but safety needs improvement. Facilities in terms of swimming pool and the place itself are fine but the issue mainly is with staff.

The hotel service and buffet is excellent. The the swimming pool is so clean but too deep.

Good 10-15 min of sea don't see sea from it have pool that close 6 pm and that's not good.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Staff are looking for tipping all the time. The entrance fees are 300 for the first day. I couldn't continue my stay because the electricity kept on cutting. The place is very dirty (pool, apartment, stairs, etc).

I visit this place two to three times every year to completely relax and recharge my batteries with positive energy. Every visit I see a continuous progress in the resort and the services around. Good efforts.

Nice hotel, nice room, house keeping is good, the food is good but could be improved and it needs more variety. The beach is good and the sea water is Crystal clear but the shore is full with hard stones which exists in almost every beach on the red sea (I do not know why). There is a heated pool but I didn't feel it that hot I mean it is hotter than the other pools but it is nt that hot. The overall experience is good but the food needs little improvent.

Family rooms are not clean … staff not helpful … not even a 3 star hotel, still it's a big place.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at! The managers are all rude and unprofessional. The staff, probably very low paid workers, were all very pleasant and accommodating but every manager we came into contact with had a terrible attitude, treated us as if we were lower than second class citizens and even treated our children disrespectfully. They discriminated against us and we have never been treated like that in all our lives! It was beyond disgusting to see so called managers treat us that way! Aside from the rude managers, the chalet we stayed in was dirty, stains on the carpet, sofa, sheets and towels. One towel looked like it had been used to mop the floor then folded and hung back on the rack for us to use! The food in the restaurant came with all you can eat FLIES — they were flying all over everything! The pool closes at least 30 minutes BEFORE sunset and that is stupid! The beach is terrible, we have better beaches in Florida! The sand is coarse and there is a huge border of rocks that is killer on your feet trying to walk into the water. Overall it was a horrible experience and the only positive thing I can say is thankfully the kids are young enough to be oblivious to all the bad things we experienced. I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.

Awful place! Rude unprofessional people! Discriminative and deceptive. Place is not clean by any mean. No phones in the rooms and u have to use your cell phone to call the front desk yet there is no cell phone coverage! In short stay away!

Top of Solana — very good hotel — very nice resort — the kids have a great time there. And this is the correct place to have some rest of life problems.

Needs more attention to room cleanliness and house keeping.

Bec it is not very nice but the team make it nice and it have jym for girls and boys and have a pool for girl only and that is not in all hotels.

El Refaie for Kebab is the best :) we had the best Kebab meal ever at this place.

I see that it is very nice. Lots of effort is done to make the place cheerful and comfortable. There is still things to do, to make the place better but this comes with time and good work. We as owners we need to contribute by giving our advices, ideas and positive feedback.
