Very Nice place, but infested with very loud Italian people during my stay (in March) the staff is mostly Italian speaking and make a lot of noise during the day and night. Impossible to sleep with the noise until 11/12 pm. Wich is sad if you want to get up early to enjoy the sun.

Great all amazing from manic cleaning to Italian food, we have been to Sharm 11 times and I can say that this is the cleanest and the only village where my family to eat. A DREAM! I have never seen so many positive notes collected in a single trip. Staff always polite, helpful and smiling. Property always clean and well kept. Rooms tidy, and the towels always scented. We left for a week at the end of the year celebrations, to celebrate the new Year there. We had a little apprehension before we left because we heard a lot of negative… terrorism, not a good country etc etc…
I can tell you that it was an unforgettable, beautiful stay! The location is excellent, the room service as in the very different bar of the village at the top! The staff and welcoming, helpful, smiling with a big heart! The rooms are beautiful and spotless. I often travel and I never find a staff like this. We made 3 different excursion with 3 different guides the 3 was super friendly, they explain super well, listening to everyone and answered all the questions.
As for the animation I disagree with all the comments I read that say that the animators do not compute the customer! It is on that when we speak neither Italian, nor English, nor Egyptian or Arabic it is complicated to make understand knowing that when you go down you know very well that animation and 100% Italian or a little English. But at the same time ta not necessarily need them çar there is everything to your dispot to entertain you, have fun, have a good time! Very spacious rooms and the reef is close to the beach you can have a snorkeling experience even if you can't swim.

The hotel is 4 * But not worse than some 5 *. The food and service are excellent, the grounds are green and well maintained, the sea is lovely, the animation team is trying hard. The rooms and linen are a bit worn out but this is not the main ☺. Solid 4 +!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very good. The hotel is very nice and helpful.
The rooms are very comfortable. The quality of the cleaning is excellent. The view from the room was fantastic. We had 3136 on the second floor. It's a great view of the central pool and the sea. As far as I can see, there are no rooms in the hotel or even a bad view, or, if there are, very few. The area and the numbers are 5.
