Wow what an amazing hotel. We couldn't of asked for anything more. It was a fantastic holiday. Me and my family loved every minute of it and it will definitely be a holiday to remember. The food was so tasty, the staff are so friendly. The rooms are so perfect and spacious. I will definitely be recommending this hotel.

I had just recently arrived home from staying this hotel and it was an amazing hotel. The food is delicious and the staff are so friendly. The rooms are stunning and the coral well what can I say it's the best coral I have seen OK sharm. It's definitely worth coming to his hotel.

Loved the hotel. Beautiful buildings both outside and inside, a lot of greenery that also pleases the eye. Every day we could eat in different restaurants as there are 7 restaurants for all guests without restrictions, most of all about liked Italian, a lot of pools (we did not even have time to go around everything), a nice beach with friendly staff. We are glad that we came here, we will recommend to friends!

Hello from Poltava. We have been staying at this hotel twice already and again we hope that it is the best in Sharm El Sheikh. Warm and beautiful sea, pleasant staff who do everything for the client. Delicious desserts will not leave anyone indifferent, I will advise friends.

The hotel as a whole loved it, huge grounds, always all clean. Beautiful sea, clean beach. Friendly staff. A diverse kitchen. Of the cons: wai fai only at the reception (and that does not work well) and on the first day from the room stolen a T-shirt.

I really enjoyed it. The sea, the coral reef is all really worth seeing here. The first line of the sea is very convenient and there is a shuttle. Restaurants, all-inclusive bars, decent! Thank you to the staff for their care!

Spacious clean room, good view from the window, visible sea, sea close, beach clean. Dinner at the La Jaconda restaurant is delicious and the service is very good. Very tasty hookah on the bar near the reception, waiter Mohamed Etif is very cool, well served. We really liked it.

Ogromennoa territory consists of two hotels: Sentido and reef Oasis. Guests of Sentido can use the reef grounds, and the Rifovskie Postalice in Sentido is forbidden.
Everything is very convenient: Beach bar, towel delivery, bus from the beach to the reception. Very good thought out, nice Aqua Park with bar: drinks and food there.

Very large and well run Holiday village, many swimming pools available for children and adults alike, with bar also dedicated to the poolside with stools directly in the water. The rooms are nice, clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly, never intrusive and always very helpful. The sea is gorgeous with the most unique coral reef which is rare, and is directly accessible from the village. In All inclusive you will have neither thirst nor hunger… guaranteed!

On one territory Reef Oasis and Sentido, closer to the beach area of reef Oasis, the rooms are a bit simpler; Sentido is newer, more fashionable and a little relaksovee. Amazing experience! Superb food! Super friendly staff. Cool welcome with cold towels straight from the fridge.! No problems at all. The guide very helpful and thorough. Enjoyed every moment of the whole visit. Negotiating is a skill you must have if you go to visit the market. And be careful with pictures and riding camels. The guy ripped me off. 200 Egyptian pounds (£20) for a few pictures with/on the camel. Omg!

A beautiful hotel with unzöhligen pools and a reef right in front of the beach. The food is plentiful and tasty. Service is very friendly. We would love to come back!

Beautiful place. Coral reef deserves to be seen even with the boat. So much warmth and lots of smiles. You eat well all buffet and if you then ask for Nabil you will be super facilitated. It's okay. Trust.

Freaks on reception. Attitude to tourists as to cattle! I do not see the point of going there, and no advantages are not worth it. Area huge to madness, why? Everything is scattered. Not comfortable. Nearby Jazz Fanara, once in 10000 better.

Excellent food (tuna and other fish/grilled meat, there are interesting desserts, beer bottled), service on the level, everything is concise and thoughtful. The beach is super. The internet would only be stronger and mosquito nets on the balcony door, and so full of relaxation.

Great Hotel! The only thing that annoyed-it is almost complete lack of internet, Wi-Fi is only in the lobby and its speed is incredibly low.
The rest is just super! The food was excellent.

The hotel is very large. The territory of good internet is almost non-existent. And don't hope. Buy a vadophone card and don't mess with your head. Just don't forget about the GB limit. Cleaning the room from under the sticks. Lots of small moments and not finished in the room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The choice of food is great only the skewers are lukewarm therefore a star deduction. Beach with fine sand, after a few meters in the sea come the first big stones, perfect for snorkeling.

Very nice people. Didn't see or hear one single Scandinavian. Only Eastern Europe, some German and Italian. Far from crowded everywhere we went. Good food at all meals.

Beautiful holiday spent in the week of New Year.
The service is impeccable they are really great workers, starting with the waiters, lifeguards, and the cleaning guy in the room since our room was always perfect.
The food was quite varied but as was expected not so good.
The village is beautiful, the Reef beach is the best because it is sheltered from the wind unlike the others.
The only flaw I can say is do not USE THE ATM because I was stuck on the door of the village and the next morning I went to the bank and took 3 and a HALF HOURS to get it back!
However, apart from some inconvenience the holiday was beautiful. Recommend.

Top plant. Were in the Sentido Ultra all inclusive, great service, clean, huge facility with loose 10 pools, a large beach with its own reef for diving full of fish and coral … European standard, I can only recommend! If I should come back to Sharm, it's here.

Nice Hotel. Both for family and romantic holidays! For Those who do not like the hustle and bustle of animators! Great Bay Sandy Beach, staff SUPER RPCR! The Only minus is the very humble reception! The Management of the hotel change upholstered furniture! And the internet radius do a little more!

The personnel was exceptionally warm. Felt like coming home in a way even it was my first time. The food choices were extended and live cooking was included as well a few theme resaturants. Little issues (e. G. Mosquitos) were handled quickly (i. E. While going to the beach, someone made my room mosquito free). The location at the beach is perfect considering the reef situated right in front of the beach. I'd like to thank the hotel for all efforts and I'll recommand this place to my relatives going to Sharm-El-Sheikh. Ow yes, I nearly forgot to mention: I felt very safe Sharm-El-Sheikh because the big amount of police-men, ckeckpoints and (airport) safetychecks. Not a reason anymore not to go Sharm-El-Sheikh. One negative point though: nowadays Wi-Fi must not only being present at the reception and at a maximal speed of a few Mbits/s.

Poor Service, low quality food. The structure is getting old with poor maintenance. Is meant to be a 5 star but is miles away from such standard. Not recommended at all!

Great location, loads of activities for kids, loads of pools. Food was nice lot of Italian options. Just lacking small touches to make it true 5 star more like a 4+ star resort.

There was free drinks and food decent. We went snorkelling it was a good experience the rooms are also very nice there is also an internet cafe. There were swimming pools water park (believe me you gotta try this) and also there was a beach and a shuttle (means a bus with no doors and windows it goes every where there are also souvenirs shops and also an international theatre.

I would like to express my gratitude to the whole staff of the hotel, we enjoyed our stay there, it was clean, nice, SAFE, which is now very important, you can find food to any taste there, the only unpleasant thing was that there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, the animation team is really wonderful, the beach is clean, the territory of the hotel is green, I think we will go there again next summer.

V and air conditioning. 3 — Cactus are near the walking path (may hurt child). 4 — Kids club is not working. 5 — Crows may share your food Summary: This Resort is more suitable for adults.

Poor service. The kitchen is repetitive from day to day and not tasty. Meat is tough usually szhennoe. No entertainment programs, etc.

The hotel is very big. The rooms for families are big and comfortable, so the bed. The hotel is very clean. The staff are very friendly and nice, trying to please you and acting nice. The food is good, specially for the kids. But the restaurants that need reservation before need improvement in time managing, they took time to prepare the meals. But other than that the service is good and nice. The pools are clean and great for the kids. They have a small park which great for the kids but are small and don't have variations for adults. The beach of the hotel nice and quit and clean. Every day they have an hour activety for the kids and programs for aduls which are well managed and very entertainment In general the service was great and the hotel well kept. Very recomended.

Quite simply one of the best hotels in Sharm. Adult only executive rooms have a small pool outside that you share with 7 other rooms so you can literally walk out of your patio door if on ground floor straight to your pool sunbed. Food great and the staff always have a smile. Will be quiet now due to British and Russian flight ban but hope this lifts soon. Snorkeling is out of this world from the beach.

In Egypt is not the first time, the reef is one of the best, the territory is beautiful and big. Loved it! Recommend.

The beach is gentle. Sandy. The reef is insanely beautiful. Service 4 with 5. The rest is solid 5. The area is very large. Comfortable rest with children of any age.

We are in holidays in this hotel at the moment… Words are not enough to say how much we are enjoying. Is a great resort, service is 5 stars, loads of pools around… 2 realy quiet pools if you want peace and quiet… Animation team (Russian, but they speak English) are quiet good, they have a show every night. The private beach is amazing. There is a aquapark, haven't been there yet but looks great… For talking with other holiday makers in another resorts I think this hotel is one of the best!

We are a family of 4, 2 children under 14. Arrived late evening greeted by a friendly resort receptionist "Mai" who asked to take a seat while all our luggage was off loaded. We were given cold orange juices and cold towels. She explained all about the resort and do's and dont's. Room as described by everyone was very spacious, we had a family room overlooking the garden, room 1163. The room was very clean with all clean fresh towels and coffee and team making facility with cold bottled mineral water in the mini bar. MO's restaurant is exactly how everyone decribes, its huge with a lot of variety of food (buffet). We were always greeted by very friendly and helpful "Hend" who always took us to our table. Brilliant and very efficient service from everyone. "Saleh" always knew what we drank. Places to Eat: 1. La Tarezza: waiter service Itallian all inclusive restaurant, brilliant service from Shawkey, always remembered to bring us ice cold water as we sat down. Excellent service. 2. Cactus BBQ: again all part of all inclusive but you have to book this in advance. You get a personal BBQ food prepared for you, lots to choose from. Excellent service again. 3. Maharaja Indian Restaurant: Not part of all inclusive (but the drinks are). You have to book this advance too. Food is amazing. "Kumar" the chef will make it to your taste. Loved the delicious food and wonderful service.

One of the best place in Sharm El Sheikh if you like diving activity. Great for snorkeling! Clear water, good visibility, no deep, protected bay from wind and waves. Many people pay 45$ for one trip on yacht to this place but from Hotel's pontoon it is for free for every day enjoying. :) 5 stars — for place! 4 stars — for hotel.

Returned to this hotel with my two sisters and we had a wonderful time. From the moment we were checked in by Hossam Ibrahim with a cheerful and welcoming smile we were so well looked after. All the staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We certainly hope to holiday there again.
