It is very cool hotel, and it has a very wonderful animation team.

This is very good pretty hotel. Nice area Naama Bay, nice animation, great rooms and furniture. Great kitchen, food varieties, snakes, general all hotel atmosphere is amazing, love to be here with my family and kids. Will come back again. This is my second visit here. Everything I like it here. One of the best hotel in Sharm. The rooms is very clean. Animation is very active and friendly all the time.

Third time staying at Fayrous resort can highly recommend this Hotel friendly staff management always happy to help with any problems if they should occur … bar staff very friendly and always ready to chat. 5 stars.

Not clean, service is bad, old furniture, food has no variety, but the most annoying thing is the veryyyyy dirty rooms. Even after I insisted on the cleaning guy to clean my room well but nothing changed. Not acceptable n not recommended. Only the location and the pool just next to my room are the reasons that I didn’t leave. I give the hotel 3 stars

What is so great about this hotel is two things, it's location near mamsha, and it has the best beach in Neama bay, may be in all sharm, you can do amazing snorkeling right on the beach, while it is quite safe, well sloped and Sandy (not Rocky like most beaches in sharm) so that also your kids can have fun without worry. The hotel itself is a budget one, but for that low budget, the service is quite ok.

So the hotel is normal, but boring. Some Arabs, no Russians. Hotel for pensioners. Youth don't come here. Almost a waste of time.

Very good value for the money. Open buffet for breakfast and dinner. Good range of choices and very good quality.

The beach is super, the sea too. And here's a hotel for a solid trot. The kitchen is not pleased, very small selection of fruits and desserts. Were with the daughter, feeding the child the whole problem.

Nice 4 stars. But the swimming pools are not heated so, you can not swim in winter. The stuff are nice and helpful. Near Ne’ema bay. Breakfast is very good.

The first line is on Naama Bay Beach, but the hotel is very old. Reminiscent of the soviet union's tourist bases) ) ) one-story building and a row of doors from the street — who would have thought that this happens) )
The beach is the nice sandy biggest in Naama. Unfortunately, mattresses on the beach are already so well-lived that resemble a pioneer camp) ) shed, torn. Everyone writes about 300 meters of the beach coastline, but safe for the health of people swimming without a mask — will be only 50-70 meters. Under the water of the rest of the space at the bottom — rocks, dead coral, single living coral.

Beautiful grounds and big. The truth is the second line, but you can use the beach of Hotel Fayrouz, which is in front of our hotel. The beach is gorgeous, a great sandy sunset, 30-40 meters from the coast there are corals.
Feeding is so-so. A lot of everything, but monotony kills. Although every day beef, chicken and fish. Every day fruits and sweets. In short, no frills.
On the territory of a lot of pools and beautiful vegetation, everything is well-groomed and clean.
The rooms are old, but clean and renovated.
The service is excellent, cleaning every day. The staff is very helpful as for Egypt.
Overall the hotel is not bad, I would recommend it if the price for the tour is sane.
The main advantage is the best sandy beach in Naama Bay.
And more… At the back of the hotel there is a decent waterpark Cleo Park, we can use it for free. Plus:)

Very nice infrastructure and the beach just gorgeous the staff super nice.

Nice hotel, not new, but it has good service. There are a lot of pools on the hotel's territory. Rooms are big, everything worked good and food was really tasty. It's best choice for family vacations. But for youth there is also opportunity to go party with animators every night. Animators are super cool, they also do stretching and aqua aerobic on the beach every day. The beach is really good. :) Staff is very pleasant! I would definitely recommend this hotel :) )

Paid internet. It's nonsense. A bunch of Arabs who have priority in service in everything. Too many paid services that cancels AI. There is no animation.

The hotel is quite big and spacious in a plane stretch. No stairs no uphills which is great. It is right next to the beach seperated by the pedestrian beach road. The location is absolutely lovely, it's a 5 min walk from Almashaya the center of Naama bay where all the restaurants, coffee shops and nightclubs are. The rooms are nice. The staff are ok. A little slow on service, probably because of the shortage in personnel. When we arrived we had to change rooms twice because they don't have a triple room. The rooms where not clean as if the hotel was closed for months and had just opened. When we arrived they cleaned the small pool in front of the rooms on our request. The beach is beautiful. It is the best one in the area. It is sandy and yet you can find corals and colorful fishes so close to the shore. There's a band playing music every day which was nice! The beach is missing many loungers, so we had to go early to find places and towels, of which they are always short. Be careful though! On checkout they tried to rip me off by charging me for the mini bar which I never touched nor even used the broken mini refrigerator. They did the same to everyone. I refused to pay one penny. So they let me go! This is the only thing that upset me. I will definitely come back but this time I will ask them to empty the minibar on check-in.

It is the best RESORT at Sharm Elshiekh It has the most longest sandy beach at Naama Bay. We used to come heŕe more than 6 times a year. All the staff here are very helpful and polite. Hope we come again as soon as posible.

Good hotel, located at good place 3 minutes from naama bay… The stuff is good " not all " — epically with Egyptian —. The food quality and variability is good. Rooms is very good.

Great hotel for a relaxing holiday. Huge (700 meters! ) The beach with gentle cleared sandy entrance and small islets of corals with fishes is ideal for children and elderly people. Rare for Sharm el Sheikh beach-pure sand, a lot of palms, long distances between umbrellas, there are always places and no one interferes with anyone. There are pleasure boats with a transparent bottom, and water entertainments-from diving to a banana.
Huge area All in palm trees, flowers and greenery. Very quiet and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean. The restaurant works flawlessly, the team of waiters acts clearly and smoothly.
The hotel has a FB + system. The food is three times, with 6.30 to 22.00, the choice of dishes is great, the quality is excellent. Beach bar, alcohol and ice cream are paid for. But there are no drunken companies and inadequate tourists.
Of the Cons: For some reason is not handled the area from mosquitoes and paid Wi-Fi. Both questions are solved, but beauty of a place negates all shortcomings.

Great place to stay. Near to everything. Staff friendly. Stay here every year Would recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel, world class service.

We are just ending a wonderful week in this resort. The location and landscape are unique. The staff is well trained, experienced, friendly and willing to please all guests all the time wheat her at the reception, security, chefs and restaurants staff, pool, beach and house keeping. We had a crazy daily schedule but our room was made at anytime we left it. A generous large bottle of mineral water was left on the door each and every morning. One of the many pools and adjustment jacuzzi are heated. The buffet breakfast was neat, appealing with adequate variety of food and pastry to please all guests including children and weight watchers. The only remark is that the vibrations of the heated jacuzzi were rather weak. We will definitely book again soon.

Rest in January, the hotel looked like a German boarding house. Mostly elderly German couples, few Ukrainians. Overall the hotel is not bad, the staff are friendly, the food is average, but what is really good is the own beach and there is all the infrastructure nearby, within a few minutes of walking.

The hotel is generally decent. There are very few greens. The staff are attentive. There's a problem with food. The range is small. There are no fruit. But it's a beautiful beach.

The beach is the best in Naama Bay. The price is slightly overpriced. But if you do not quibble with the little things, then you — here!

Beautiful well attended structure.

Located in the midde of Naama Bay, with private beach and diving center. Food is average, service is good. The Beach is perfect for snorkeling. Nice place to stay for families (children pool and playgarden). Paid Wi-Fi is avaliable, if you do not want it keep in mind to tell the reception, because ur phone (especially iphones) could connect automatically to the network and they will charge you on checkout.

Such agreat place. The stuff is very friendly and the beach is great yet they have atiny bug problem.

Everything is good, but the Wi-Fi, here if you want to add Wi-Fi to your service you should pay 12$ per night.

It is very nice and by the beach, and a very big resort! Nice tennis, soccer court, and mini nature preserve! Guy at the bar is great and makes good drinks!

We stayed here in August 2012. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly, try Merhaba Restaurant, delicious Egyptian food as well as Mediterranean, I do not smoke but having a shooshah in the evening in an eastern atmosphere is unforgettable. They offer a table dinner next to beach with Candling all your way to the table, My girlfriend loved the idea and never forget it. If you want to impress your partner wort spending money this way.

It was really really one of my favorite places which has a place on my heart and definitely I would love to come back again, the staff was very gentile, kind and very helpful. I like the chefs over there Mr Essam the main chef and Mr Sayed the dessert chef. The other restaurant staff as well was really nice they are very welcoming and made us feel like we are on our place. Thank you Hilton for such a great team with a wonderful place.

One of the worst hotels in Sharm El Sheikh. Old furniture, Insects inside the rooms, and the customer service is very poor.

Awesome location and a great beach.

The hotel has serious issues with discrimination against Egyptians. Being a US citizen of Egyptian origins, I was treated poorly by a few (not all) employees just because I am Egyptian. First time was when I went to book a massage to treat my back pain. I requested a female therapist, but was surprised with a backlash from the spa crew that men are only allowed men for massage, regardless of the fact that all non-Egyptian co-workers were allowed female therapists. It even went as far as offering some of guests a selection of "good-looking" women to choose from, as if its some sort of escort service. Although I'm in the hotel as a US citizen, once the crew member realized that I'm of Egyptian origin, he went out of his way to be rude, saying, "this is what I got, take it or leave it. " The second situation was when I requested a beer at a cafe in the hotel, and was denied service, flat out because I'm Egyptian in Ramadan. I proceeded to explain to the waiter that this is nonsense, and that it's not his job to police who drinks and doesn't. I shouldn't go out with paperwork proving my religious beliefs and nationality to be served in a 5 star hotel. I was only allowed my request when I asserted that I was a foreign citizen. This kind of service is not acceptable from a chain like the Hilton. I wouldn't even expect it from low-end one star hotel.

Amazing hotel. Been here for 8 years. Best pools in town. The staff here is "second to none". Please visit the Connie Cafe and you will get first class service.

In this hotel the 4th time. Beautiful, blooming, very green area. The biggest beach in the entire Gulf. On the beach lots of palm trees, you can always find shade. Good Playground. Sunset in the sea — sand bottom (you can do without special shoes). If we go down towards the hotel Novotel, there is a beautiful, lively reef with a huge amount of inhabitants. Food very decent, Breakfast is always several kinds of fresh juices. Evenings live music in the restaurant "Al Fresco" and performances in the open area of the main restaurant" El Wadi". Animation is the most common, on beach exercises, water gymnastics, volleyball. In the evening kids disco in the hotel across the street.

The worest of its kind. After I saw the room I was surprized by how poor its furnished! Even more, I found insects on the floor and on bed! And when I called them they told me its a four stars only hotel.

Its alovely hotel. Service is morethan excellent. Food is very good. Its location is verygood also as it is in the center of neama bay.

It's listed as a 4 star which is probably correct but I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel. The service was excellent and the food was varied and with good quality. Very comfy bed, plenty of room, enough TV channels to chill out after a diving day. The spa treatments were the best in this hotel, quite expensive but worth the money.

I can recommend this hotel if you want somewhere clean, comfortable and relatively cheap to rest your head while in Sharm El Sheikh. This is definitely a family-oriented resort, so bear that in mind. Although there are several very large swimming pools (a couple that are heated in winter too) so you won't feel too cramped. We didn't try any of the restaurants (of which there were several) but the food at breakfast was nice enough, with plenty of choice. And if you need a Wi-Fi fix, you can pay to use the hotel computers by reception.
