This hotel is very family friendly the stay was exceptional, staff were amazing they went above and beyond for my family and others always accommodating to our desire. The rooms were perfect, any issues were resolved efficiently. from the moment we checked in, everything ran very smoothly, and our expectations were exceeded. We had a free meal in the italian restaurant, the pool is a little cold, but as it was so hot, it was very welcomed. every single staff member spent time getting to know our names, and even what drinks we liked. We didn’t even have to leave our seats as we were provided with our favorite within minutes. what can I say, everything was fabulous, and anyone thinking of booking shouldn’t hesitate. My family and I will be back. The only downside would be that the outside pool bar is not available to all inclusive after 6pm, which is a shame with the beautiful weather Aswell me and my sister did the open water diving course at sina dive club! the staff were very friendly accommodating. My younger sisters ages 10, 13 did the diving experience and it was phenomenal the amount of fish and the visibility was insane! I would recommend snorkels 100% if you enjoy fish.

It was a very nice experience in this hotel, we were a family and we are enjoyed pur stay but unfortunately there was a lot of wind but we would like to thank the restraunt team and the team of animation for their activities they are so funny, we recommend it for family and friends.

The hotel is good and we enjoyed our stay me and my friends we find a lovely staff and lovely animation team with many activities, food needs to be more variable but its good, location of the hotel is good and sure we will be back in the next visit.

The hotel is excellent! I have a great time here! The atmosphere here is unique, relaxing! The service is perfect from people receptionists, waiters, animation team.! The rooms Are big in comparable with another hotels, eveything is very clean and maintained! The food is delicious, you can taste Egyptians and Arabic types food which is rich in spaces and tastes! Absolutely disappointing hotel for a Hilton! Would never recommend this for the brits food is dreadful every Brit I’ve spoke to are glued to the toilet! At first when we queued up for drinks they would serve all the Egyptians first and avoid us until we spoke to the manager! You have to pay for ice cream, to eat in most restaurants and for drinks it’s not all inclusive at all! We paid an upgrade for a sea view which was like a 2* so we asked to go back to the other room so they said we could have a pool view which all the rooms are pool view up the top end! When we told people they said we can’t believe they wouldn’t give you your money back as it’s not an upgrade! Also when we first arrived me and my partner walked around in a bikini and everyone appeared to be looking at us in disgust as the Egyptian women were all covered up! I don’t agree with the brits having to respect them when they don’t respect us at all thinking it’s okay to constantly barge past you to get served quicker! The only good thing about this hotel is the pools even the entertainment you have to pay to watch some of the time! We’ve stayed in better 3* hotels would definitely not return to this hotel!

Good hospitality, the staff is very friendly and helpful especially Mr. Sameer Goda, the view is very good and the food is very tasty. It was a wonderful holiday in the calm of the day. The view from the swimming pool is really good. The suites were very clean and the sea view was very good.

I stayed at the hotel twice which is a respectable hotel and I thank all the staff of the hotel for the wonderful reception and meeting all our requests and thank Mr. Ashraf, the hotel manager for his cooperation and providing all the comforts to the guests.

Nice hotel… and its location is nice. Always clean. Nice restaurants and fast cleaning. The chef always helps you with what you want with all your friendliness. A very special beach. We hope to come back soon.

Just returned home after 2 weeks at The Hilton, Sharks Bay. Had an amazing time — great food, service and snorkelling of the reef in front of the hotel. A perfect escape. Massive shout out to the staff, who work really hard to make sure that every guest feels special. Many thanks xxx.

I’ve had the worst experience in Hilton sharks bay resort 1 — the staff is very rude and lack manners 2 — the food quality is extremely low 3 — no one tells you when you are booking that there is a front and back hotels and you find yourself very far from the beach and most if the activities 4 — They say that there is a bus that comes every 20 minutes to move you around the hotel, the bus actually comes whenever they feel like it and I ended up walking most of the time 5 — since our visit was during the new year, they missed to inform us that the restaurant where we usually have all our meals will be closed for the party (at extra charge of course) and that dinner will be held somewhere else and we ended standing in front of the restaurant trying to understand where to go as if we are asking for charity. 6 — Room service failed to refresh the tea and water on the first day and on the second day didn’t change the towels but folded them and put them back and didn’t put toilet paper. All of the above wouldn’t have mattered if the people were friendly and helpful, but what we got was rude people who wouldn’t even reply when you said good morning or thank you, and really lacked manners.

Worst kind of food, completely dirty that caused diarrhea to all my family members attached a sample of my burnt lunch, agressive unfriendly employees.

Hotel has potential and I can see that it must have been a much better hotel in the past but sadly its seems to have gone down hill. Whilst the hotel grounds are lovely and our room was massive, clean and in a great location. The staff are all so lovely and helpful also however the biggest let down is the the lack of a bar. With only a poolside bar and lack of entertainment there is nothing good to do in the evening and no where decent to sit in the evening except the q bar that chargesa fortune to drink in. (no all inclusive drinks served here! ). Also only the buffet open and 1 Italian al la cart… none others open.

We have been here 4 times and are looking forward to our 5th visit next week! We absolutely love this hotel. Everything is fantastic from the service to the rooms. Will post another review after our stay but really looking forward to going! It’s been too long!

Food is not tasty at all. We hardly could eat it. Some food was old. Some coordinating staff at the restaurant are not friendly. No one cares to ask if food is good or not. The restaurant manager should check the guests for this. Beach is not sandy. I don't think I will come here again. The hotel is clean and looks good. Some staff are friendly and kind. The hotel price is average. Near shops.

I don't recommend it at all, the worse experience ever, very crowd, people swim with their clothes in the pool, food very bad and no varieties, I am there right now and really hope I could leave right now. Very disappointed and dont believe this is Hilton!

Surprisingly poor quality of services, Wifi not available in most of the common spaces, cleaning service unprofessional (run into my room despite of "do not disturb" sign), bed mattresses old and not the cleanest ones. Poor F&B quality. Covid measures completely nonsense (all areas incl. Buffeets without masks, hand sanitizers available but not working, all guests crowding in one building, while most of the rooms in other part of the resort unavailable due to "covid restrictions"). As a diamond member I received voucher for a drink — the bar keeper exchanged it for a little plastic cup of beer half and half with foam. I reserved the room with King size bed, I got two small beds with the view for the pool with super noisy music all day. All electric sockets in the room didn't work and electrician had to come at night to fix etc. On the positive side — towels are really good quality. Overal — this is not what brand promises. Do not recommend.

I really spent great time with my family there at Hilton Sharks bay, the stuff are super friendly and helpful. The food has a lot of variety with different awesome restaurants. You won’t feel bored with such animation team and activities in the morning and at night. The beach with its snack bar and the wide pools there were really beautiful. Excellent staff, kitchen discreet, the animation is poor, cleaning of the swimming pool and gardens, good, bed and bath linen changed every day, room cleaning is insufficient (dear Hilton endows the staff of vacuum cleaners, and more time so that you can do cleaning at the bottom of the glass, spider webs, limescale, etc…) a council to achieve the 5-star…

Such a nice place! Exeptional service and very helpful staff, just ask for ANYTHING and they will help/fix it for you. Great place for taning, relaxing and bathing. Busrides all the time if you want to go shopping and se the ‘’city center’’, old town market, soho square or anything else. They can also help you fix a daytrip to cairp by plane if you’d like to see the pyramids and such. All in all a very good place to be if you go to Sharm el-sheikh. LOVE it and will definitly come back!

Nice pool and beach. Rooms are clean. Medium food variation but acceptable for a 4* hotel. Room service is slow tho, had to call 4 times for a 3rd bed in my room. Overall its good for the amount of money you pay. Would recommend it.

Poor food quality, no variation, Bad room service, Very bad not helpful staff I am asking the room service for a toothbrush since yesterday, they answer (sorry we don'thave). They react very bad with the Egyptians unlike other nationalities. The beach is rocky, may injure you, very narrow I hate this place What a waste of money I still there now, but I couldn't wait to criticize them.

My room had a great view the room was clean and comfy, the pools are big and clean, the bars were okay as for what they offered, the food is a 4 out of 5 I stayed for 4 days it was great in 3 out of the 4, overall stay I'm satisfied.

We had a great time in this hotel, it is very vast with a wonderful beach perfect for diving and snorkeling as well as just laying in a lazy mood in the water, the rooms are great and clean, the food is not so good either in taste and quality, the staff are wonderful, helpful and smiling all the time.

Amazing reef, wonderful sea overlap the minuses of the hotel and service. Settle only on the second line, on the first old fumbled numbers, a grandiose scandal in English decides to replace the room for the best. The staff apparently deliberately sit in terrible rooms, so that then for a bribe helpfully offer a good room. The animation is normal, but it's not Turkey far away. The food is good, the pools are great.

The hotel is divided into two parts: the first line is very old, with a morally outdated renovation, the other is across the street from the first — completely new with A HUGE POOL in the middle. The Hotel Sharks Bay was good but I thinķ the quality of your food has to improve and there is no variety of food 6 days with almost the same food. Staff was very helpful specially the room service The room was good, beach for snorkeling is like heaven, great pools is very clean and also animation team was great especially Mesho. Thanks for hotel staff to provide us with every thing we asked for.

General information:
Arriving at 11pm, we were offered instead of dinner — disgusting snacks. Settled without problems in a normal room on the first line. Clean edits in the room every day, bring water to the room, eat a hairdryer, iron, kettle, TV. Entrance to the sea from 6 a. M. To 6 p. M. The staff are friendly, cheerful, know Russian well, study Ukrainian :) There is a diving center.

Advantages:
The sea is clean, varied reef, variety of fish in the evening, gentle entrance about 3 meters for children. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, but at unstable low speed. It is better to buy a sim for $8 at the airport because in Soho it will already cost 12-17$. Also, the bus can be inexpensive to drive to the old market, where you buy mangoes for $ 1 kg.

Disadvantages:
Food — variety, and quality (when the food does not change, and updated and mixed) tomatoes come across spoiled, the friend poisoned for 3 days fell out of the rest of the : (From behind the small assortment of food formed squished queues to meat and fish dishes which are given one meal. Drinks at lunch and dinner (cola fanta sprite) need to pour from bottles yourself and alcohol (beer wine) you need to catch the waiter because they themselves do not fit and do not offer anything. There's not much greenery on site.

Just came back few days ago. It was a great holiday. The food great (lunch and dinner) but the breakfast is on a lower level. The room ok for sleeping, but the quality of cleaning low level aswell, I would expect more. We slept three in one room and the cleaners left just one bottle of water.
The staff working really friendly, animators and the barmans great!
I thought Hilton is a luxury but it has nothing to do with luxury.
Also the Wi-Fi, sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt, should be working all the time.
But still I would recommend to everyone to visit this place, the view by the sea and snorchling really great. The trip by the speed boat and seeing dolphins was the moment you will never forget.

Very low quality in everything: low quality of food with continuous food recycling, no varieties, poor snacks, rocky small beach with long stairs and no one to serve you, no free internet in rooms, room service is too slow and you need to call them at least twice to get a service after hours… It has nothing to do with Hilton, and I wouldn’t even rate it as a 4 stars hotel in the lovely city of Sharm El Sheikh. It’s a real shame that we spent our Eid vacation there.

Returned from the hotel 3 weeks ago, were on the front line, the rooms are nice and not running. There is no animation, the food is fresh and tasty but heavy in general as well as in Egypt. The hotel has a penny transfer to the Old Town or Naama Bay. For check-in is not asked, although in many hotels it is normal practice. The beds should be updated. But! Don't forget that this is a hotel of 4 q. And as for a foursome it is super! not every five can provide that. Recommend.

Solid 4.
Arrived at the hotel we at 9am, put us in at 11-30. Last year I was vacationing at Surise Diamond Beach Resort and as soon as we entered the hall, we were immediately wearing bracelets. And here until the bracelets were settled, we sat and waited for the settlement.

Beautiful, big, diverse and clean. The room was near the main restaurant and up to the sea go about 5 minutes.

Animation
The guys are cheerful, they won't let you get bored, the main thing is to participate.

In General, the hotel is on a solid 4. He would have good hands and money to bring to his mind. The Grounds are really big. Several pools, bars, one Italian restaurant on the first line and a grill bar on the beach. The Beach, yes, is small. If you come in the morning, the place near the water under the umbrella you definitely will not find, you can climb a little higher and there may be. The Staff is kind of nice and welcoming. The Rooms are cleaned well, requests in the dining room perform quickly and with a smile. They love to talk, that sometimes a little donemaet. About Street Shops-Egyptian Tsigan, all try to get something to the boil. Divide their prices by half or three times. In General, if you are the first time, then the choice on this can be safely stopped.

Such wonderful staff! The rooms in the new building are great, the pool is beautiful, and although the food is only average, the overall value is fantastic.

Great staff! They where super nice to us! The rooms, pools and beach are great. They have an amazing spot right at the beach for snorkeling and many watersports! My family loved it!

Nice hotel. There is everything you need.
Room: It is better to take on the territory of the 2nd line, there rooms are newer and more spacious. The view of the pool is quiet and peaceful. On the first line, closer to the sea the rooms are older and there is noisy if you take the pool. On the territory from 8 to 24 rides the bus and brings right under the door, if you live on the second line + drivers are very cheerful (if people with a wheelchair, they will help to raise and lower). The rooms are clean and comfortable, there is a kettle, tea, coffee, hair dryer, safe, fridge, iron and ironing board. Good breakfast.
Food: There are 2 main restaurants, they are quite tasty, the choice is not as big as for example in Turkey, but everything is very tasty. The main emphasis is on meat dishes, there are a lot of them. The fish is there too, but it is smaller. The only downside is that there is no bar in the restaurant, you need to order drinks from the waiter, on the one hand is convenient, on the other hand it is long to wait to have.
Bars: bars quite a lot, but a few of them didn't work. Alcohol is poured from 11am. The bars are quite tasty beer. The local alcohol is bad, but you can drink in a cocktail. In the afternoon give out ice cream for all comers. The downside is that you can not take more than 1 cup per person, sometimes it is possible to agree on 2, but not more.

And we were recommended this ATRAKC-it's like a quiet family hotel… We waited for the settlement of an hour 4, at once everything became clear. We went to the top hotel to rest from the crowds of neighbors.
The room is old and tortured. But he cleaned the guy normally. But only the most necessary. The cleaners don't have dust underneath the bedside tables.
We walked through the landfill to the villas, there great reefs, sand, deserted. These reefs are driven by excursions. That's great. Wild Sea.
And the villa acquaintances have removed all for 200 UE! For a month, and they say that overpaid. Behind the villas are several hotels with Guljalnoj promenade.
The real price of a taxi is 50 cents. It's a locals ride. We paid $2 to the city and back with expectation. And the taxi drivers ask for $15.

I showed up at the Sea side of the resort and was quickly dissatisfied. Totally crowded with Russians dancing to club music, rather outdated, but the heated main pool was nice! The management noticed my disappointment and responded with a room much more to my liking, on the Mountain side of the resort. I was very happy with the attentiveness to any issue we had. Safe did not work properly and locked my passports inside; not to worry, the tech showed up and opened it (had to sign a receipt saying he opened it, with a code that showed up on his machine; a great relief). Food was ok, could be much better, but for the price no complaints. Ordered a bottle of nice red for next to nothing (20usd) but it was quite off, for which they promptly refunded my cash. The activities people were extremely nice. And prices are very reasonable (free for many, with a very small cost for others, around 5-10usd average), reasonable deposit, with well taken care of valuables area. I would definitely recommend this place if you know what you want, and arent afraid to ask for it.

Good four. +: Gym, Reef, infrastructure, location, food rather good, than bad) ) ) animation norms, unobtrusive. The grounds are well maintained and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is very good… I would like to have a more thorough and quick cleaning in the restaurant. Some rooms and public areas (lobby, bars) require renovation. A lot of tourists-accordingly the place on the beach should be occupied early and in a restaurant to come later.

Very nice hotel, 4 stars as in Turkey 5. The area is very large, well-groomed, the rooms are better to take in a new building next to the reception, there are only made repairs, we changed 3 times the room, the first given with a view of the parking, then drove closer to the sea (there rooms old) and then gave a great room with pool view, with a new bathroom. Nice rooms from # 1200. Cleaned every day very well, twisted swans, Hearts without a tip, at the end we thanked the guy for such a good attitude and gave money. We stayed here for a few years in January. The staff were very friendly. The staff is very attentive and courteous. The waiters in the restaurant, on the mega bars are positive and friendly. Hotel for quiet relaxation. The lack of animation on the beach (all huddle by the pool) was pleasantly surprised and did not bother to rest quietly. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Great hotel with a beautiful setting and a huge pool. Friendly staff and lots of possibillities. The coral reef is just by the beach. Food is not fantastic but okay.

Everything looks great, especially on photos. But this is affordable luxus, and you get what you pay for. If you want party noise ask for a room near the reception facing the big pool, if you want peace and quiet get a room close to the sea.

The place is very nice, the service is good and they are all very friendly, especially the waiters. Remember that it is good use to leave the tip, albeit small. A very nice hotel Complex. Kept clean and modern. Very nice for couples with and without Children. Couples with older children (from 12) tend not to be suitable because the large slides are missing. Otherwise very nice.

Clean poor food horrendous only dishes for Egyptians for the Italians absolutely if you wanted to eat a little decently you had to go to town at very small beach no sand for children access we would not return.

There's a big language barrier, the staff are very rude, room service is very poor. Not much information given about what to do in Eygpt and where to go. No tour around the place given when check in. For first timers it's very difficult. I had to figer everything out myself, I wasn't even told how to use transports here. Not very welcoming. Most importantly the Internet connection dose not work in the lobby area at all. Wouldn't come here again.

I went there 2 years before but I remember everything very well. It was an amazing hotel and had everything in it. My parents had a massage done for free. They said it was the best massage they had ever had. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The bathroom exceeded my expectations as I thought it would only have one shower and would be very small. But, to my surprise, it had a bath and shower and was very large for a hotel room but the bath had dirty water for about five seconds then went clean. The hotel, I think, had about 6 pools, 3 of them were large and the rest were small ones which were located in the old side of the hotel, which I recommend you do not stay in as the new side is far better and the pools on the new side had a pool bar so if you were thirsty and wanted to sit in the pool you could sit there and you would be served. Some other very nice things in the hotel were a disco room some restaurants and also a shop with very eccentric and peculiar items such as oils to stop you from snoring, men give this to your wife who is probably refusing the fact she snores XD. Any way the staff here are extremely kind and don't act professional, they act like they are your friend and are very funny. At night you could enjoy a performance from the animation crew who were very child friendly and they preformed stunts.

This place had seen a better days. Now collapsing. Nice room bad behavior from stuff due to shortage of manpower and food taste bad.

Day one review July 9th 2017 I decided to review this so I can honestly tell what's good and what isn't. As an Egyptian I don't get that much respect and service that a foreigner gets which is the worst feeling ever. Food is not so good but maybe listed as an average. Not recommended for hot-served meals lovers. Rooms are so comfy, there are a lot of cheque details. The Beach and the pool are great, But there's always better. And as a 20 years old who would want to listen to music and dance at night, there weren't any of that here but actually in the " hotel next-door ". You can search for that ;)

Honestly I'm so happy to be here, everything is really excellent Reception was very helpful with help of very nice, friendly and professional manager Mr. Mahmoud El Shabrawy who makes it the greatest check in ever. I'm here in a very clean room with a lovely comfortable bed and clean bathroom. If you need a coffe I suggest to drink it looking at pool view you'll really enjoy it.

Actually I’m sorry to tell you that it was very bad experience. On Dec. 2010, I had gone to Hilton Sharks bay, and I was satisfied, on Dec. 2015, there was a big difference?! I thought that Hilton is worldwide name, and has a standard quality, but now I doubt. Most of staff were classifying guests to Egyptians and others, and for unknown reason, they were preferring others than Egyptians, although all guests are paying money. So I didn’t complete my days, and I asked to cancel my deal. I don’t recommend this hotel anymore, save your money.

Hello, my name is Sorin Luca are in Romania and to the experience had on holiday during October of this hotel I have only words of praise for the staff who served throughout the resort receptionists, security staff, bartenders and waiters very helpful and with common sense, office cleaning very ok and with good feel because of their cleanliness was at home, the food was very good and always with a presentation very good, dining room was always clean and arranged from this point of view congratulate chefs but your effort and maintenance staff at these restaurants, terraces and pool bars. The only reproach that can get it this resort is all too few seats and lounge chairs on the beach and some sunbeds should be changed and here I refer to those plastic blue. I commend the leadership of this resort and I will definitely be back with you in this hotel.

Myself, my husband and our three children aged 19, 17 and 10 years stayed at the Hilton for 10 days (17th Aug — 27th Aug). We have had problems on previous holidays due to the age gap of our children and finding somewhere that appeals to all three of them. We have all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday as this resort is perfect for varied ages of children. We had two beautiful family garden apartments on the deluxe side of the resort. The pool was enormous and we particularly liked the fact that it is 1m deep right across which was deep enough to swim in but also great for just relaxing in. The other side of the pool also had a sand area with a graduated entry to the pool which is great for small children. We did a couple of trips (there are so many to choose from) and visited the on site spa for a massage. The speedboat trip was excellent. The two guys who took us were so friendly and really made it fun. My husband and the kids went quad biking and had the time of their lives. They did a private trip and said the people running it were amazing. Our older son went and did it again with some friends as he had enjoyed it so much. The staff at the Hilton were outstanding. They couldn't be any more friendly and helpful. They manage to remember all the guests names and greet you by name constantly. Mohammed, the lifeguard was not only great at his job but was so friendly and kind to the children.

It was a horrible trip … service is very poor … dirty restaurant … no beverage available… people are left in swimming pools with their full dress and very bad response from the front disk one day that was one of the best hotels in Sharm and now … it is one of the worst.

Extremely helpful, attentive, professional hotel staff was all. I want to especially thank the very competent doctor and the hotel restaurant "Mahfouz" admin assistant, M. A tall handsome man (sorry not remember the name :), as well as a restaurant manager, chefs and kitchen staff. Was very nice and our room manager Aziz. Thank you all. It was nice experience. There is food nice and big choice. Rooms is clean, staff is friendly. Beach is not to bad but not good (short).

Internet speed, traffic and accessibility in the area are just disastrous. There was not even possible to make paid upgrade to higher speeds and unlimited traffic. It is just ridiculous in the 2015. Even in nearby Soho square free Wi-Fi is better.

I have just come back from a great week's holiday at the Hilton and would definitely return. Although the food was a little disappointing, we were very happy with our room and hotel facilities. The location of the hotel is brilliant and convenient for going to Soho Square. The staff were friendly and helpful and the entertainment was excellent. One particular member of the animation team, Morgan, was fantastic and she went out of her way to make sure we had a brilliant holiday experience. Look forward to returning soon.

When I was at Hilton Sharks Bay Resort I was really happy and really enjoyed it. The biggest problem was caused by really poor Wi-Fi strength and signal and none in the rooms at all. This was a big problem due to work that caused me to sit in the lounge area at 2am in the morning just to respond to urgent mails. This is not the way it should be. However the stay itself was excellent. There is another problem now though. I am trying to book my next stay of the course of this weekend now but there is no one to answer the phone when I call their number. The one time the on hold system answered the phone, it put me through to reservations where the person answering barely allowed me to finish my sentence after which he just transferred my call to another number that no one answered. Since then I could not reach the Hilton Shark Bay at all. Things better improve shapishly of I would consider a different rating and ever returning with my family as I had planned for many vacations to come.

Great hotel everything was great especially if you are Muslim! And if you get drunk to go it is better to do it at a local eatery and most importantly cheaper.

Lovely hotel, great food (for Egypt! ), superb service, the staff cannot do enough for you. Highly recommend. We upgraded to the 'new' side and loved it. Very comfy room, great location too. Not too far from shops and five mins to airport but planes didn't bother us one bit. Loved my holiday here, looking forward to returning.

For a 4 *-Hilton Hotel a bit ordinary. (but we were also in the "winter").
The CRO of guests is more poorly than right-friendly travellers from English and Russian.
The hotel staff can be Russian and English. German language tends to be the exception.
You can recommend especially the newer area the hotel yet.
Day activities such as quad tour (private tour + 25EUR, highly recommended) and snorkeling / diving trip with the "SINAI DIVE CLUB — Sharm el Sheikh" were the highlights of our short vacation.

This is a great hotel with excellent facilities, food and location. When placing us close to city center within 15 minutes. Also have considered my request for a room with a terrace or balcony overlooking the pool. We were given a room on the second line, but we won, because the rooms on the second (new) line is very good. The room has everything you need: a mini-refrigerator (water was constantly), safety Deposit box (free), shower and bath, Hairdryer, iron, alarm clock, plasma. In room cleaned daily and did swans and flowers, daily and fresh towels were provided and replenished the bottles in the bathroom and this despite the fact that tip I left a couple of times a (2-3$. ). Cleaning was performed in the hours when we were not in the room (for all 10 days I've never actually seen).
