Wonderful holiday in this hotel. Delicious food, beautiful reef, friendly staff. The dervish dancer show was incredible. Ibrecomend this hotel to all of you.

This is my first time in novotel hotel and it's a very interesting experience. The food is great and the hotel crew are very nice and helpful, the hotel views is amazing it's not my last time for sure.

The rooms were good. The sttuf are very nice and helpful but they don't respond quickly and that wasn't good for us at all especially if we asked for urgent things.
Food wasn't the best thing but it works ❤️
(I hope they don't take this review in a bad way as I mean by it to help them improving their standards)

Very good hotel service, Facilities are also new and handy, hotel design is very convenient, nice view even from beach second line rooms, snorkeling over there is amazing, only tow small issues need attention firstly the beach is totally not accessible or suitable for swimming cause of the coral reef so the hotel needs to find a way for make a sand beach, the second one is the animation team program need to be more rich and various because there's not much more else activities in the resort. hope you can accept my review. A bad system of hotel management, with obvious lack of attention to follow up guests and their needs or to take any corrective actions. Their full interest seems to be related to sales. Regarding the main restaurant, the information letter tells that it opens for dinner from 6:30 p. M. While it actually starts at 7: 0 and guests were kept waiting and feeling angry. Inside the restaurant, all kinds of shame, discomfort, were met. The towels of dinner tables only to be shown for the first guests on the same table, and not shown again. The rate of service is extremely slow, where many buffet items drop several times and it takes too much time to appear again. The arrangement of sections is extremely bad where narrow spaces on buffet and all guests collide with each other (as in dessert section and hot beverage section) which represent a serious safety issue. Hot drinks spilled on me several times due to collision with others. Many chefs are working without gloves, and it happens several times to find some of them busy with his phone and the que is waiting. Two time the chef who prepare omelet (specially with the onset of breakfast buffet) is not shown and a que is waiting his excellency, and no action is taking to replace him immediately.

The staff are the best! Very helpfull and kind as for the hotel it self it is very clean and beautifull gardens, spacious and clean rooms. I found the food was ok nothing special (the Italian restaurant on site was lovely) it's about an hour drive from the airport.

Great hôtel for a stay in Marsa Alam. There are three pools and a pier to access the sea beyond the reef. From there you can see flying fishes and many colored fishes. I even saw a turtle. Food is good. The staff is also really nice. Our waiter Abdo was really nice and attentionné.

Lovely staff, can't fault them at all. Mainly European guests but broken English is spoken as the universal language here. Hotel is very nice. Definitely worth paying extra for a beach front room.

Wonderful hotel. Service is excellent, timely assistance in any matters. The rooms are pleased with their functionality. The hotel has everything a tourist needs. The hotel is huge and can accommodate a large number of tourists who during a holiday may not even meet each other. This is facilitated by a lot of swimming pools, bars and other places for recreation. I'm also happy with the cleaning. The food is wonderful, free WI-FI. In general, I'm happy and I recommend this hotel to everyone. 5 stars he deserves.

Great hotel very nice staff, food a little bof but it's okay. I have a great holiday and the main pool is heated it's a delight.

Vacation waiting after so many years. We go to the agency and we are offered formula roulette between Rojar Bay (Star) and Novotel (5stelle). Before the departure confirmed Novotel.
We arrive in the middle of the night, and once in the room (they were about 2) it presents a waiter with what should have been dinner… unknowed meats, cheeses (? ) unknown… decline the offer, of course.
In the morning we explore the room better… large spaces, little bathroom (we will discover then that the structure has "only" two years) small solid soap without soap holder (will remain all week on the sink with its paper as support), a perfume of bubble bath And one of shampoo (and we are two), extremely noisy conditioner (luckily will be used little) bed frame in cloth, dust in hidden corners.
We go to breakfast… same salon that also takes up lunch and dinner. Tables with obvious halos, a symptom of poor cleanliness, the location where one of the cooks prepares the eggs is a disaster, blackened pans, broken media (a handle is also burnt) oil everywhere, the usual sliced and cheese "unknown", undefined yogurt or cmq with Wrong directions. On the other hand very personal, you do not have time to finish a dish that already take it away, too bad that with the same sponge soaked in water only clean, or try, to clean everything… tables, chairs, salt pepper etc. Etc.
Wide beach, jetty of 500MT to bypass the reef (you can not enter from the beach).

I like everything there my room, the pools, the food, how they caring for children day and night and make activity for them and the snorking area.

In Egypt for the first time. Expectations were met by more than: service, kitchen, conditions. I recommend to tourists with children.

New hotel with superb large room. Helpful staff and the majority speaks English see even Italian and one speaks French. We eat well and there is for all tastes. Just the snack of the pool which is a little poor and it lacks a small in case between 10 and 13H but nothing very serious. Negative point for the spa area and indoor pool which is not maintained like the rest of the hotel.

The animation is SUPER, you can do bocce, volleyball, water aerobics and much more. The food is OK, but the waiters are always totally nice (they even taught me a bit Egyptian). When you go diving into the sea there are always totally beautiful fish to see sometimes also dolphins swim past. The water in the sea is also fully pleasant. The pools are good.

It's cold and windy in January.
Daytime temperature Max 22 ' bar No. There is nowhere to keep warm. It is impossible to enter the sea, only from the promenade, but there is a wave and deep at once!

Nice resort, very relaxing. Great pool areas for lounging & a heated pool. Rooms are very smart & kept clean. Friendly & helpful staff all round. Vigas in the animation team stands out, easygoing & good fun. Can't fault the food, huge selection & variety. Great snorkeling off the jetty when the wind is calm otherwise a 20/30 minute stroll along beach to next resort's house reef which is also superb :)

This is an international structure, the structure is more than good and clean, the staff is very helpful and especially cheerful, what is not entirely discounted in other facilities in Egypt,.
The only drawback is the kitchen, for us Italians since most of the customers are German, Polish, Russian, so the dishes are rather messy.
The coral reef can be easily reached by a long bridge that connects you to the beach, and lush colors!
I also recommend a walk along the beach, to reach the structure that is 20 minutes walking in the vicinity, to reach the Bay of Dolphins Meta also of different diving in the area, where snorkeling you will appreciate the depths and Breathtaking corals…

Very nice and comfortable All very clean and well maintained. It offers 4 very nice swimming pools with the change of towel to the need. Friendly staff and always helpful. International cuisine varies with care towards Egyptian cuisine, flout alcohol (wine, cocktails with locally produced alcohol). Beautiful beach with access to the sea through the pier.

Top Animation! Thank you Mirko Jessica Adriano and the other guys x everything. Caribbean dances (with Mirko) better than in dance school, I learned more in a week than in a 6-month course. See you soon!

The hotel is located right on its own beach with a beautiful house reef.
The food was delicious. Unfortunately, the drinks have sometimes been waiting. Overall, however, everyone was very nice and anxious.
The rooms were clean and modern.
I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Hello! In Egypt 9 times, for a change I decided to try the resort Marcela, not a small proportion of the selection is decided by the price 1100$ for three. The hotel, like, 2015, but in fact not so new, the rooms are big and cozy, the beach is wide and long, the length of the pontoon, at the beginning of the pontoon there is a small Cove for children. Beach sand with pebbles, but that would take a sunbed you need to lay down a towel before 8.00 am or then lay by the pool. The restaurant has a heated pool, a total of 3. Food is decent, good enough. A big Hello to the animation, they are very well done. There are two big disadvantages about Marcela: 1. Flies and mosquitoes but more here in Egypt, I did not see them. 2. In addition the hotel to go nowhere. Overall quality/price, 10 days with 3 year old and the friends passed very quickly.

Great hotel. New rooms, new furniture and equipment. The staff like it, always trying something to help! Some even speak Russian! Loved the "senior Manager" at the restaurant. Always fit, ask what can help. It is immediately evident that the staff are not impersonal! The grounds are very well kept and clean. Quiet unobtrusive music from morning to evening. The sea is a separate issue, which is very difficult to describe in words! Live corrala, a lot of different animals — this is a must see.

Landscape of hotel is great. 3 amazing pools suit for family, children and relaxing. Sea shore is not to good to get into see. My accommodation was all inclusive, food & beverage Service quality is so low, all drinks are diluted with water… Deserts are so bad.

The place is nice but the service is not 5star service at all… Very slow, the staff is not that friendly, the all inclusive is not… Only at certain times. No snack at all except at lunch time!

Hotel location is great, nice rooms, very nice beatch, food quality is not okay, animation team is poor, no activities rather than sea and the pool.

We were in last year's (2016) in the summer. There is little guests were there, but this was only to our advantage. The quiet pool was directly in front of our room and it was never much. Felt almost like a private pool. Food was the first two days, then a bit monotonous (but is actually almost always in all-inclusive. )
The jetty into the sea was already very long, so the best sun protection. Service was never that kind of Intrusive but always friendly. We still have a Quad ride in the desert what is also very cool! Were even allowed to in the time we have been waiting for a free ride on camels. Rooms were super clean and well air conditioned. Since we had a little pity with the staff because hardly any guests were there, we opted for a beauty program, which was super professional and pleasant! Really nice holiday! Happy again!

A very nice new facility, good atmosphere, good Service and a very fun great Team, we have felt ourselves very well-received, and friends, good snorkeling area, nice family diving school. The food is European, is always the same, but in the case of the desserts, all the best.

Very nice Hotel with top well-kept facility, super nice staff, the food was great and the selection is enormous. To relax very suitable. Good Animation Program. There is nothing to complain about. I recommend it to anyone.

The Hotel is in November, 2017 2 years old. The complex is very well maintained and also the institution. Very well-functioning air conditioning in the rooms, as well as in the rest of the Hotel. The food is really very good, even when you hear of people in the two weeks there, nagging. Bitching on a high level. I, myself, am throughout the year, Monday to Friday in Hotels around the world and the kitchen must praise really sets you on International guests. For Animation is always taken care of by a very dedicated Team. The Hotel Manager is very friendly and always has an open ear for the guests. Massage has done me very well, a total of four applications during my stay. The biggest flaw in the Hotel, guests are unfortunately. The house and Pool is fine in at least six languages and still be lying by the Pool in the morning between 7 and 8 reserved. Part 8 persons, on the other for hours, only towels are to a total of about 40. Fortunately, a lot of are on the beach loungers under parasols. It is, unfortunately, no Direct sandy beach, there are coral. However, you can walk close to the beach yet beautiful with the feet through the water. As you come in the area at other Hotels and a Shuttle Bus with other guests to pick up, you can see how "rocked out" the other plants are. We will definitely come back over. Thank you to the Team for the Great relaxing holiday in June.

Great, modern hotel. Clean and neat. The staff very helpful and smiling. Most of them speak good English. Outstanding cuisine, great variety of dishes, delicious coffee. Modern and comfortably furnished hotel rooms. Clean bathrooms. The addition in each room is the coffee-point. Very well-kept hotel surroundings. Nice pools and beach. The extra plus for the wide pier at the hotel. Fantastic, unspoiled, natural reef — excellent five-star Sea-World diving center at the hotel — during the reef dives we met twice the dolphins, barracudas and turtles. We will definitely return — thank you Novotel ;-)

I spent 3 weeks at the Novotel where I had already stayed in September. A relaxing holiday in an excellent location for a beach escape, great pools, rooms are spacious and furnished with excellent taste, excellent cleaning, friendly and courteous staff to meet any need. Animation always present but not intrusive with sports activities and shows in the evening. A special mention to the guys of the Italian staff Annalisa and Antonio. Overall satisfied and will be back in September.

— resort is safe, I was feeling real hospitality — hotel services are very good quality (food quality, room superiority& cleanness, beach layout and cleanness). — local shops are fair. — big added value is free internet available everywhere. Unlimited. Measured speed 2-2, 5 Mbps. Spotify downloading works good. — sea molo excellent. Good entrance to the reef. This resort is relevant to spend quiet vacation.

Everything was good and the food was great for Egypt. The photograph provided unprofessional but very informative to all, but it was only in the summer of a large 25 March, and it's windy! I really wanted to ask the staff to keep the heated pool on the street more by 28 degrees not very warm.

That's the pros and cons. Plus, there's no flying planes or guests on the beach from a nearby hotel. The downsides are like a golden cage, you can walk out of the desert.
The remoteness confirmed the wild rabbit the size of the average shepherd Pribegavshij to the beach in the dark. Don't dig, I went to the internet, looks like a jackal.

Who worked in other hotels (Frankfurt, Sharm). The animation is in the weak 3. The choice in the restaurant is not large but 30% updated daily. The food is very good! I'm telling you two times poison in Egyptian hotels. Beer's local but out of the bottle. The rooms were clean and comfortable. If you leave a tip on the bed cleaners, they're towels doing wonders. The wind blew. If it wasn't for the fresh water pool, there's nowhere to swim in March. There are divers on the beach, rented for 10 USD/day wetsuit, and can be floated in the sea. Next to the beach is a trip to quad. That on the prospectus is really a big difference. But a total of two hours was fun.

It is from the best hotels and in very nice location service very good.

My husband and I spent a wonderful holiday in this hotel in October 2016. The service staff were all top even though it was not really five stars, this is also because many people are afraid to fly to Ägypthen and this beautiful hotel urgently needs guests to be able to beschäfftigen enough staff. The Saphira animation team and her husband Mochito are great class and special thanks to Hamdy Elsaka, who took us to the lounge bar and where ever he was divided.

All in all, there is nothing to complain about!
However, I have missed things just when the five stars are supposed to be appropriate. The German-speaking guests shared my wish for a beachbar with tables and chairs, which could be used as a meeting point, where plastic cups could also be dispensed with. So you can sit on the beach only on his sun bed. In the afternoon, small snacks such as pizza, citizens or the like were sometimes missed at the beach or as an alternative to the whole lunch meal. There is only coffee and kitchens (hardly in demand). And guests whose rooms were not directly on the beach, missing toilets on the beach. They don't exist. I was never in the pool, but very many who had to use the pools, because they were closer to "their" toilets, complained in November/December the "icy cold" of the water. Subjectively certainly, but I really saw few guests in the pool.
Otherwise very nice and new facility. Sometimes to design (for me). Everything always works perfectly. Great is the super Wi-Fi. It is cost-free and better than in many parts of Germany. Food is OK. There is daily fruit. There were no obligatory barbecue evenings or theme nights (Egyptian evening). Animation very committed, not intrusive at all. Nice people you like watching or with power. The staff is always friendly and anxious not to let the guests miss anything, but sometimes there are already minor swabs in the training or language problems.

Place to totally relax. If you are looking for variety, there is no place. Sensational: A group of dolphins visited us during the snorkeling!

If you're 70 and you remember the music of the fifties, this hotel is for you! Boredom is creepy. There's a lounge bar in the hotel if you can call it that. Design without questions But the music is a disaster! One disc or a flash drive is playing all day! All music from 1959, ending in 1980. It felt like the new hotel had been built at the old hotel, and at the time of construction they found records with the old recordings, and they were digitized and played from the morning until the evening. Then the same flash drive is inserted in the street with a portable speaker and everything new. No matter how many people ask them to change their music to something new, they all take their hands and do nothing. Beyond the sea: it can only be bathed from Pierce, until it's over before lunch. In the water under my feet, the corals, not the sand! "It is possible to swim from Pierce, but if there is no wind and no waves, and they don't have a couple of days a month, we couldn't dive on the first day and now we're waiting for a second little windy day) It's okay for the sports pool, but everyone is on vacation and everything in the pool is showing that the water is very cold! Add to this a constant wind and the heat at 32 degrees there's no discomfort left. The animation is the weakest side of the hotel. Again, if you're a long way behind 60, or you're a diver and a hotel, you just use the night off and eat.

I stayed for 2 nights with a friend in October 2016, the staff was really friendly and helpful, and the hotel was really nice, the food was not diverse but it was of good quality. the beach is full with rocks and reefs, if you want to have a swim you will have to walk through the bridge until u pass the rocky area on the beach and then you can snorkel or swim or dive as this area is full of reefs and fish.
