Avoid Dora Residence I used to rent their one bed room apartment I paid two months insurance and 2000 service which are alot by the way What happened is that I didnt know although they knew that the place is an accommodation for work … I had to leave the place cuz of problems at work so I left early by April … I asked for the insurance they said that they have to check … as usual they said that the walls need painting by the cost of 3000 I had to argue as I would just paint them myself they refused so I agreed … they want to deduct another 1500 L. E for a beach coach as my son was playing with his friend and jumping on it … the whole chair wasnt broken a part of it … after checking the video I found that his friend was the one who broke it and his mum admitted it … when I asked why u r charging me he said he participated on it and needed to be PUNISHED …. The manager called Mohamed is very rude and unfair … he wants to punish a 7 year old son by paying 1500 L. E Although he wasnt the one who broke it Stay away from this compound … my friend just was there informed me that she paid 50 thousands as a deposite and they are refusing to give it to her Now the compound have my money and kept deducting from it with no rights I need someone higher than the manager who crossed all boundaries I believe the Dora is not represented by this man I am sharing the picture of the walls that they want to charge me for it Also the chair thing.

Offered me an apartment for 7000 when I said my budget was no more than 5500. Pushed me into the corner and really talked me into it then suddenly switched it up for a different apartment at 6000. I said I liked the other one (2x nice) and offered 6500. Then after all the negotiation vanished for 2 weeks — so we looked elsewhere. When they came back again with an offer, even though I said we now have an apartment they now tried to switch round and offer the 6000 apartment for 6500 and see if I didn't notice. Pretty bad underhanded marketing. I would have just left it, but trying to do the old 'switcheroo' trick on me to get extra money was insulting.
