Very old hotel, clean but everything is so old and in bad condition. Staff is not perfect, only few peoples is with natural smiles. After 14 days they don’t give us room for shower! Food is terrible, every day is almost the same Animation team is really great We don’t recommend this hotel.

A wonderful unforgettable holiday passes today. Stayed here for ten days and everything was great. All very nice, very child friendly. Food was also something for everyone. Have to feel really comfortable will definitely come back. Can't say anything negative.

Permanent stomach problems in the hotel, especially children with temperature 39C. Amazing doctors staff in the hotel, Star Medical Center are trying to rapidly solve problems and they usually succeed in one day with medicines. Unfortunately, even if you take medicines you have stomach problems every day, even if you don't eat fruits and vegetables. Why I don't have the answer! Animators and chambermaids are great and perfect. They are really doing their best. But, the main manager of the hotel, if the problem appears, he is not able to solve it, even if the guest is right. For example, today contacted with him and mznager Katarina twice, that someone moved our towels from the beach and gave it to another guests. Except from the numerous excuses, we didn, t get solvation of the problem at all. In fact, the thing is that manager moves your towels if you are not there, even that everything is free, he gives your place to another guests for money. I would call it corruption!

Perfect sea, beautiful place, very kind staff, recommendation for family with kids, good animation team. We are here second time and hope will come again ❤️

It's suitable for 4 star Hotel, no 5***** Staf super friendly especially Mr Hamdi from Italian restirant. Especially I'm most satisfied with Star Medical Centar, the best Doctor ever and all team of ambulance. Very good green gardens, pools, good authentic buildings… Don't buy Internet from the hotel its disappointing and disaster you will never get services you pay for. The pillows and cover blankets, and curtains was dirty they was not washed probably from last year. Only the sheets was clean. All furniture in rooms are old… Rooms are so tiny if you are with 2 kids up then 10 yeaers the and the have duplex room but they not offering like that. Staff in Beach bar next to diving center was horrible unpolite and they show disrespect for Serbian, Bosnian, Macedonian tourist regards in contrast with tourists from Germany, Slovakia… Main restirant was so croud, noisy the Staf cleaning with broms during the lunch, dinner… Food average, no to many to choose and no something new and different every day… For example no pomfrit! All inclusive and quality beverage — No way! You don't have a peace on the beach from hotel staff and their offers in every 5 minute's (Spa, diving, photography session, riding horses, riding camils, safari, paragliding… Jamaica bar needs to be renovated with more fun content! 5***** only for the beach, staff, gardener's who keeps yarsd so beautiful…

Very nice hotel, with a very well maintained and green park, animators at the top even if I have trouble with English because here French is in the minority. A bit of a shame to have almost no French interlocutor.

Dear visitors, good day! Rarely write reviews. But now I think neobhodimim to report the following information for those tourists who are going to choose a hotel CWR for recreation. Just want to note that I'm more than a lowly customer Egyptian (Ukrainian, Turkish, …) hotels and always try not to notice those deficiencies, which could adversely affect the quality of rest. But this time somehow did not work… sorry… so, try to present information concisely and without any emotion: 1. Rooms not new but in good condition (before settling paid$ 25 and all my wishes for poseleniya were taken into account). Bedding and towels perfectly clean. Everything works, no complaints. 2. The TERRITORY is clean, everything is clean and green. One heated pool — water 28' in the Park + 22'. 3. WEATHER — winter, and in Africa it is winter. In the afternoon the air temperature warms up to 24', sea +22'-23' (given the wind is too cold to swim). On the beach comfortably to be only a maximum of 10.00 and 15.30. Don't forget warm clothes, early in the morning and after 18.30 really cold. 4. The BEACH is very large, sunbeds and umbrellas is more than enough. The sand is dirty, EVERYWHERE cigarette BUTTS, trash, food scraps, filled to overflowing stands to collect dirty dishes. Along with towels IMMEDIATELY take a red flag! Otherwise you will have no possibility to sunbathe quietly for two minutes. The sellers are just an endless stream.

The resort itself is well looked after by the groundsman but you can put lipstick on a pig! It's still a. The tiles are broken and everything just needs work. If you look close. This place is tired. The food is horrible, I agree that there is a good selection but the selection is poor quality with bad grissly bit of meet and tasteless local Arabic dishes which are bland or taste bad. There are things such as chips and burger etc but again they are not very good. I had diarrhea from the second day I arrived, and the pharmacy tried to charge me £30 for some tablets. The choice of alcoholic drinks is rubbish with a few cocktails and beers for all inclusive visitors but they fill the drinks with too much cheap alcohol leaving it tasting like anti freeze, it is not nice! The kids club is also very poor in comparison to other holidays I have been on, they have virtually no activities for the smaller kids at all and the animation team only really looks after bigger kids and adults for things like volley ball. All in all a very disappointed customer, please do not waste your money on this resort! It is in the middle of nowhere and it was. So boring. If you wanted to do any excursions the sales guys would rip you off e. G £50 for a camel ride? Seriously, avoid.

We were there to Kite and it was well suited for that, as a small Kite school is right next to it and the Lagoon is great. The Room was unfortunately only mediocre clean and the Internet Reception very poor. The Food was fine for that. With a Focus on Kiting and Diving, it is recommended.

Very bad Hotel. Unfriendly Service. Everything is served in Plastic Cups. Food selection/Taste really awful. NOT recommended. On the Beach you are approached every 10 Minutes by Salesmen who want to say something. Due to the loud Music of The Animation, Relaxation on the Beach is almost impossible. The "free Wlan" only works badly in the Lobby and that's more bad than right. Otherwise, you pay 20 Euros for the Wlan. Service in the Restaurants does not take place at any Time. Cake in the Afternoon would cost extra. The Dishes in the Picture were so in the State of 4 Days on the Aisle, where our Room is located, but where a Cleaning force passes every Day. After we hung a Note with "Wash me please, " it was eventually put away. In the other Picture, the Plastic Cups that were issued at all Times.

They have the best diving center (scuba world) so lovely dive sites and professional dive masters best underwater photography.

Wonderful, amazing, fun vacation for the whole family during our stay in Caribbean World Resort. Had the best stay from the great hospitality to the friendly staff & service we received from the hotel.

Anyone who goes here should take a broadband antiseptic with them. Everyone you talked to had stomach problems. So do we. This should not happen in such a large hotel.

It was pretty good. We were staying there when the hotel was at 25% of its full capacity, so it was nice to walk around the garden and go to the swimming pool, because it was not crowded. The activities offered near the hotel were enough to keep you entertained for 2 weeks (surf, diving, riding horses, quad, the animation team…) obviously, appart of the animation team, you have to pay more to do the activities. My experience with the service as a teenager girl was not the best, as they were allways asking for my name, if I had facebook or twitter or saying thay I am pretty. I know they are being payed to do that (or at least try to make you feel good) but at the end it became really annoying. Also the hotel was starting to show some signs of age, but the facilities were good enough (the room and the restaurant were spacious and clean) The food was good and varied. Overall, I really liked it. It is a good place for families that like to stay the whole time at the hotel, because you can not go out, as it would be very dangerous. I went to dive there, and the sea bottom was amazing, the fish, the corals, the light and the temperature were great.

The Hotel is located in the desert, approx. 40 minutes drive from the airport and the city. The Hotel has a large green area, nice sheltered from the wind beach with a gentle sandy entrance to the water (great for children). The Rooms are cozy and spacious, but already require renovation (by the way the 1st building is repaired). The Staff are all friendly, a little familiar with Russian, constantly trying to keep track of cleanliness. Of the minuses perhaps one-sided food, which for 7 days bored, lack of seafood. Also after drinking alcohol (mainly after wine red and cocktails) were seen the next day of the disorder. In General, the rest went well, the hotel pulls on a solid 4 +, but for the effort to put in advance 5

I wouldn't recommend this place to my best enemy, load of rubbish, food and drinks. Not up to any European Standards, supposed to be a 5* Hotel forget it. Staff was very helpful apart from the Management, amminites okay, main restaurant not for Europe's, Fish restaurant highly recommend this was a pleasure to eat their, there is no information that you can also use the Orient restaurant for free had to find out for her facilities good, British Citizens decriminalised when not paying bills the next day where as you would expect for a 5*Hotel pay when you leave? A credit limit for British but not for other Countries? it's not written down anywhere or hanging out as information! House rules, as you arrive you must sign a form for the house rules, they aren't any so why sign in in the first place? dress code doesn't exist, not a 5* Hotel.

We stayed there during easter break and it was the best vacation ever. Everything was more than perfect.

Great food, hospitality, very nice rooms, a lot of space, entertainment crew is great, you do not need to leave the resort at all. Kids friendly.

We were greeted very politely by a glass of juice, all explained… The staff is nice and positive, always smiling zdravstvujutsja. The food is chic and varied. The beach is super and class, near buoys there are single reefs with fish. I would recommend Tavern Hotel to everyone!

Just class. I can recommend this hotel to anyone. Special praise to Waiters Mohammen & his colleagues (inside) The room cleaners (super work) and the helpful woman from the reception. Only drawbacks: Wi-Fi absolutely underground & outrageously expensive pharmacists (1 FA shower and 1 tube shaving foam 9, €0 (of course not bought & will for 1 plaster which was not even pasted €1.

There is a heated pool, well-groomed grounds, real animation works all day. Evening animation for adults-the level of primary school. Sometimes the leader wants to re. Nice sandy beach. There are a few corals. Saw the fish and turtle right in the sea on the beach.

Nice facility, however noisy (construction work, motorcycles) WLAN — very unstable, only in the lobby.
For a fee (20euro the week) gabs the premium version which unfortunately also does not work.
Food is mediocre, salads fresh, always plentiful, super dessert buffet. But: deduction from the meat. Poultry, cattle predominantly the parts of the animal which we would designate as waste.
Fish only gives the analogue fish Pangasius.
The same again and again.
Mostly deep fried.
Leftovers are recycled over and over again.
Drinks bad. Bowls of beer. Selection is limited. White wine, red wine, beer, cola.
No juices, no alcohol-free beer.
On the beach you will also be constantly penetrated with the "Please don't disturb" flag.
No flip flops, shorts and tshirts are allowed in the restaurants.
You actually want to eat at 40Grad with long trousers, sweaters and sturdy footwear.
The restaurant is similar to a station hall.
Seats dirty. Table buckets are missing. Covered.
Would go back again, as it is OK for the price and the location to the surf station is good.

We were now in February 2018 with 3 adults and a child here for a week and we wanted to come back next year. The facility is a bit over the years but still clean and looks very nice. The rooms do not look exactly like the pictures but you don't want to stay in the rooms either. The beach is madness. Clean sand, clear water, towel rental (€20 deposit per person you only have to pay if you lose a towel or towels card), music on the beach, cocktails and fresh fruits. The pools are clean and well maintained, although only 2 of them were heated (at least when we were there) and the other pools were quite cold in our opinion even if outside were 29grad. The food was ok so far, only we hoped for more Arabic, but still a lot of choice and something for everyone!. The staff is mega friendly, from gardeners to cleaning. One must not forget that these people live from the tip, if you put the once and again a euro, then the one morning bring the finished coffee to the table as soon as you sit down for breakfast. The tip should be clear to you before you drive there! When we were there my friend had a birthday, it knocked at our door at night and there were 2 of the staff with a little cake and sang in English and Arabic. That was the madness, considering that this facility has over 500 rooms!
We were told that many diarrhea was received, but this is not due to the bacteria, but because it is simply other food, we had no problems, even my four-year-old son did not!

Cheap and cheerful, food not up to UK 2 Star Hotel standard by any means as it lacks variety. Resort clean, tidy but maintenance job schedule is lacking. Winter NOT the best time to go, as its dead and the entertainment programme is poor. Smoking allowed in ALL bars, restaurants and entertainment areas. Nice beach if a little overcrowded with umbrellas. Majority of staff — well I'd employ them. Be VERY wary of the beach sellers for the trips and do not go on the bedouin experience trip. Stick to Trip Advisor reviews, as the one we went on sold to us by a 'M' was diabolical, safety 0, and animal welfare so appalling we reported it.

Fabulous. Rooms are clean and spacious, but what impress us most was the staff every where we went dining room, bar, reception there is always someone with a smile ready to help. I must say the bar staff were exceptional. Mohamed, Rasha, I think there are two Mohamed and I cant remember the other young man name but all four get five star from us. There is also one waiter that stand out Mostafa he was so kind and helpful to us. We definitely would recommend this resorts. we are making plans to go back next year. one complain when the main Restaurant was closed it was the same food every-night the menu should have been change but all in all its a grate place.

Don't bother. Food is beyond terrible. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Realistically a 2 star at best. The staff are okay but the Wi-Fi is basically none existent.

4 stars since the German guest attendant of the hotel is a joke. Great staff otherwise. No Austrian 5 star standard, but definitely Egyptian. Giant buffets, delicious not very fancy but beautiful. In any case, the system is recommended and above all because of the price/performance ratio.

I loved it very much starting frm its long clean beach on the red sea and 4 pools for adults and 2 for kids. Its aquapark and aqua gem. Animation team makes the hole day fun at the beach and in the evening at theatre. Clean safe good food.

Food quality was very low that I got sick during my 2 nights stay. I found ants right after checking in my room and called the house keeping to send someone yet no one showed till next morning during the regular house keeping daily routine. I won't visit this resort again neither recommend anyone to.

Me & the family went here 2014! What a holiday kids still say now it was there favourite holiday! Rooms were fit for a king, massive pools water slides & staff that were amazing nothing to much trouble! Deffiently recommend hotel beach quad safari & boat trip! They are alot cheer than the reps in reception!.

I didn't visit caribbean world resort but my stay was at palm de soma which they said that they are both the same hotel actually what I got it from this trip that there is a total discrimination between Egyptians and the forigen tourists and I'm afraid to say that we a have a long way to take to bring back the tourism About Palm de soma it's ok hotel but not a 5 stars one Food not bad but not 5 stars quality less variety less taste guides are made from powder the only positive thing in this place the friendly staff they trying to satisfy you but with week abilities Shame on the management.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Quality deficiencies in cleanliness and food/drink. Topicality equipment bad. A lot of appearance, little. Bed reeked of urine like a non-cleaned station toilet. Annoying "Salesmans". Cocktails are made uncommon and cheap with limo instead of orange juice (example). "All incl. " is different. On average, every second dish was completely filthy and smeared. Transfer driver from airport to facility was a life-tired speeders. Return transfer with Minibus was I. O. Except for the mega official "drinking money collection for the driver". Tour guide arrived only the day after arrival, which gave us some useful and important information too late. German knowledge of the tour guide very good. 2 instead of just 1 star for Nice pool and beach. There was a free place at any time. Beach and pool were always cared for. Green area was constantly maintained. Staff mostly friendly and engaged.

The staff incredibly friendly and nice. The grounds are really nice but 1. Minus point are the 2 pools which are so extremely cold that it is just uncomfortable and it is even warmer in the sea…
2. Minus point (this is the biggest minus point) : The food is just extremely unseasoned and tastes almost nothing and it has a disgusting aftertaste. Only the breakfast was fine.
I would not recommend the resort to anyone, mainly due to the food that has ruined my holiday.

14 days Beach holiday by the 30-11 to 14.12.2012.
A generous clean plant with beautiful parks, large swimming pools, a beautiful fine sand beach and turquoise crystalline sea, lounge chairs with pads under palm fronds covered umbrellas, and perfectly-run restaurants and bars.
Room
A type 1 room with balcony and sea view, air conditioning, minibar, safe, telephone, German TV. Large bathroom with shower, mirror, hair dryer. The cleanliness was good, bed linen and towels were changed daily.
Service
The staff is super nice and accommodating. You can speak English a little. But you can communicate very well with gestures. A little staff speaks german.
Gastronomy
Hotel restaurant, beach bar and pool bar are fine. The Italian restaurant was good and the atmosphere very pleasant. Fish corner (A la carte) : seafood are available for fee. The BBQ — Oriental restaurant was also acceptable, this year were charcoal grills on the tables where fried chicken schnitzel and hack. The restaurant manager we were invited food to a real Egyptian us has tasted great, a whole new experience. The Dunk were refined with Egyptian spices. The bread which is baked outside the restaurant in the stone oven is lace. The Tortuga Beach barbecue on the beach is intended only for lunch, what we daily took advantage.
