Great place to stay Aswan. With great location in the city centre … infront of Nile. Very good staff.

Hotel has an advantage being part of a shopping mall building. Very good suites. The Royal suites have very high quality furniture. Full capacity Jacuzzi in the Royal suites. Poor maintenance. Elevators take a long time to respond to your call. Rooms windows need major repairs.

Hotel looks like it was newly built or renovated but the workmanship is poor. The in-room safe was secure to the shelving board which you can easily lift up. The door to the balcony is ajar and cannot totally lock. The decor was Rocco palace like but looks very contrite. Hot water was out of the question because it doesn't exist. We were given a two bedroom suite with a huge hot tub and it feels like you were showering inside the swimming pool. We felt we were bitten in bed but can't identify the biter. All in all, I want to give it a no star but the Nile river view and proximity to town warrant a star. Hope this helps.

Elegant place, has nice decorations, and very lovelu view, when you be there you will love to go to the roof and drink some beverages or eat a snack also you can smoke Shisha, while enjoying a wonderful view of the nile in Aswan, and the prices for the stay is good but little bit expensive.

I have been on roof cafe… it has a direct view to the nile from above… but the only proplem thier was the coverage that they had around the place… I think to protect it from the little flies or something… but at night it was realy great… they have baby lights all over the place… so the view was realy great.

Great location on Nile kornish, attached to a mall where everything is located. It was a very nice hotel. Discreet restaurant. Efficient staff.

The room is not clean, they just make the bed and pick up the bathroom.
A single elevator from reception.
On the roof is the pool and a bar, access people from the street, very bad because there is no control to people entering the street.
The reception bar for my The best because Amara caters very well and is very nice.
