In good hotel with all services and more. Prices quite out of reach of any ordinary person. In particular I advise asking if breakfast is included. They're likely to go down for breakfast and get a surprise of a few bucks. Perfect cleanliness, good service. A little far from the center. There are places to dine right in front of the hotel.

Excellent structure, very cozy. A very responsive team. The rooms have carpet, I don't like it, she puts me with allergy, but there is an extreme concern with cleanliness and organization.
The breakfast at the Roof of the World is excellent.

Have stayed here twice and loved my visits. Excellent views from the restaurant on top floor. The food is good and what I would expect to pay at an American hotel. The pool area is nice and there’s a short walk to an overlook park where you can see the valley. They even have a very nice doctor on staff who helped my family get over a stomach bug (not from here). Great service and room service is very fast compared to other places I’ve stayed. Rooms are good size and comfortable.

It is a unique location, allows you to enjoy the view and when there is, good weather in the city. Highly recommended to do events or stay.

Hotel quito was ok but for the price I paid I expected more. Unfortunately this hotel wasn’t the best option for me while in quito. A lot of things from the hotel needs to be updated. Not my best experience here. I will not recommend this hotel for friends.

Very good place to rest has everything and excellent quality and delicious flavors in a first class and excellent service.

It Has a great Spa, a very good buffet in the restaurant Roof of the World, rooms remodeled with good price and excellent location and beautiful panoramics of the city.

Very good place! A good image and above all a spacious place! I recommend this hotel, but they can be more friendly.

The breakfast of the Hotel Quito is very good and complete, has a variety of fruits, juices, yoghurts, cereals and other typical dishes, accompanies to this moment its location on the 7th floor, a very beautiful view of the city.

We have done some events there, and everything is beautiful at an excellent price, and as for organization the Commission has done a good job with our events with halal food for Muslims.

They have a great infrastructure. Very friendly staff. But it needs some tweaking.

Excellent place to rest, has near several places to visit also the service is very professional in all its treatment towards its guests. It has a very elegant restaurant of varied gastronomy, its workers are very cordial in its treatment.

A mouth-watering cuisine and incomparable with good care as is characteristic of the people of quito! The rooms and facilities in general very well suited.

A hotel old and in decline, which is evident in the state of the rooms. On the other hand, has salondes of events large and spectacular, especially taking into account that harbored (when it was legal) casino Quito. However, the pool of warm water in the open air and lets you enjoy it at any time and any day. The views from the pool across the valley are also very good. In addition, the weekend offers a service of BBQ in the swimming pool.

It is a great place. Not sure if it is possible to collect in other places, the qualities of this hotel. Everything is good, but the attention of their staff is inigualable. Su restaurant is accessible and of high quality… from the balconies a view of the Valley and the mountain única… su park, its gardens and its heated swimming-pool. Or quality… warmth… care. Landscape. Peace congratulations… they got it! Hotel Quito. God willing I will return with my family! Many thanks.

Not bad, not great. Not a place for tourists. The pool is great but not so easily accessible (down the elevator, go outside, down 3 flights, youve made it! ). Breakfast include was a great deal though.

The hotel Quito is a very nice hotel. It is very nice and clean. It is very spacious and we'll taken care of. The only things is that there no AC. And the windows are hard to open or they don't have a screen on them. The room gets real warm in the am and cools as the day on.

I visited the restaurant, the food is delicious, wait staff attentive, and the prices are commensurate. The person in charge of the cocktails can be improved. Recommended!

The Restaurant Roof of the World is one of the best places to eat in Quito for decades. Especially in the night, beautiful music, beautiful views, unforgettable atmosphere and culinary experience that excites the senses.

Great views, but very older building. The grounds are somewhat abandoned and the rooms have no ventilation, forcing you to keep your windows open to get any kind of a breeze. The health club near the pool opens very early and plays very loud music which can easily be heard from any of the rooms facing in that direction.

I would say that this is probably a 2.5 star hotel at best. They tried to poison us with a cesar salad. I mean Ecuador has questionable food quality but HOW DO YOU GET A SALAD WRONG! Can't sleep as I write this review, I'm still doubled over with stomach pain. The rooms are outdated, bed is okay, not very comfortable. The positives are that the hotel is clean, a nice view, the front desk speaks English, neighborhood is pretty nice with good location to get around, Parque Carolina close by. And that's about it. We will not return.

Quiet place. Good care.

The staff was wonderful, the rooms well groomed and maintained with a perfect location. My issue of just four stars comes from my first experience in March 2013. I had to be relocated twice due to my window being blown out but the staff not reacting to it. Then a water pipe breaking and again the staff not reacting. Though ever since then they have maintained a perfect record.

My experience was at early years 1997 and later at 2008 it was nice The dinner was very good the location too. I don't know about later. Total picture 4 stars.

Fantastic hotel. Great service and staff. Lovely food. Location ok but quito is to be done by taxi anyway.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Really quiet, especially for a Quito hotel! The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. It is not the most central of locations as it is in the new part of the city, but there are still plenty of restaurants in the area. And it is quick, very cheap ride to the Mariscal area where night clubs and restaurants abound. In the bar on the top floor the drinks are tasty, but definitely hotel prices! The buffet breakfast has something for every one. Omelet bar, 3 or 4 kinds of cheese, 4 or 5 types of juice, many types of fresh yogurt, several cereals, and at least a dozen types of breads. All very fresh and tasty! We found our 3 days at Hotel Quito to be a great bargain for a high end hotel.
