The location, the center of Quito is very nice, the hotel is super cozy, the service and treatment is fantastic. Like at home.

I stay in the year 2019, the workers of that time very good relationship, it is more up to colleagues we did that we went to barbecues at their homes and feast. The hostel is very well located in the old quarter of the city, and taxi service or ubber to the input of the same is always occupied the reception, as the service of the restaurant where you would go down sometimes just to take the 1 cups or tasting a dish of the chef, is more people-hosted: customers thought that I along with another French girl, we were managers because we always came to ask variety of things. Are well cultural activities. The only drawback: the character little kind of their managers French something arrogant and pushy about any one of them.

We had a HORRIBLE experience here. The website is a total bait and switch making it seem like it’s quiet and clean, but it’s a LOUD party hostel that has horrible staff, and stains all over the bed sheets, walls etc. We weren’t given any information about the facility when we checked in, the staff was not helpful at all, the food in the restaurant was AWFUL, and you can hear EVERYTHING— NO SOUND INSULATION IN THE WINDOWS OR DOORS — so good luck trying to sleep in the filthy sheets. Awful experience, terrible customer service (the manager was so u helpful and rude about our complaints). avoid this place like the plague!

Great place to stay. Modern hotel at a perfect location in Quito's historic centre. La Ronda is just a few steps from the back door. Large rooms, large beds, excellent breakfast with lots of fruits, free classes in yoga, Spanish and Salsa, free city walks and helpfull staff.

Fantastic place. The staff are very helpful, the dorms are some of the best I have stayed in, great breakfast and beautiful surroundings.

Masaya had already two amazing hostels in Colombia, both being my favorite places to stay when I'm around. So when I travelled to Quito I decided to stay in Masaya as well. I stayed for almost two weeks as it's hard to leave this place because of it's comfortable dorms that feel very luxurious and the staff making you feel like being at home. Rooms have a great price-quality value. Everything is still very new, the bathrooms are spacious, the kitchen has everything you need and the dorms are nicely warm (which was very important for me considering that I find Quito very cold! ). Especially the well informed, specialized and super friendly reception staff make this hostal a great place to stay! They made sure my stay is one to remember.

Wow! I can’t say enough amazing things about this hostel! It’s a small paradise in the middle of a gorgeous historical part of Quito. I only planned on staying one night but ended up staying two because I just didn’t want to part with the stunning views of the city. From the moment I checked in, the gentleman at the front desk made sure to make me feel at home. The hostel offers a Netflix room and a game room that doesn’t get used as often as it should, so my friend and I took full advantage! The food was outstanding and the interior design is so picturesque I would’ve stayed longer if I had the time and was so sad to leave after my already extended stay. I highly recommend this place! You will fall in love!

Brand new trendy hostal! Masaya is set in a beautiful colonial building in the historic center, with a large and peaceful garden that is perfect to chill in. The private rooms are stunning and comfy. I love their showers and soft towels! The food is deli, super fresh, and has a great variety. I really enjoyed the breakfast. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They always do they best to make you happy. Thank you Masaya Quito!

Hermoso Hostal en pleno Centro Histórico, cercano a lugares turisticos, el personal amable y atento. Los desayunos estan incluidos en el precio pero podrian ser mejores. Hermoso jardin interior.

Very clean, big hostel with helpful staff. We visited during low season and I didn't see any other guests. Hot water could have been more reliable. Breakfast is included in the price but would have loved some more options. Great location and clean rooms.

It's an old house that looks like it was hospital or boarding but the owners of this hotel chain have put a lot of vibe in it and the staff is nice. In this area of the city is what is convenient in price and quality.

Nice place to stay at in Quito. It is a short walk from many of the sites, just don't expect their Wi-Fi to work often.
