A good hotel with a comfortable price, the breakfast although small is rich and perfectly served, the girls who attend the dining room are very attentive and diligent. The rooms are very well equipped and clean, they provide a great tourist information service and the facilities are beautiful and very cozy. A single but, check in is at 3:00 in the afternoon. If you arrive early to Cuenca you are in a big mess.

Excellent, your cordial attention, strategic site to know the center of Cuenca, a nice opportunity to return.

The staff is VERY friendly, the hotel very nice, the breakfast very good, the location excellent and the price fair. The only issues were that the parking lot was away (5 blocks) and our room (103) was at street level and there was a lot of noise. He would definitely come back, for his location and staff, but he would ask for another room.

Very nice, clean, great service. Their ironing service was a little questionable but was the only inconvenience we encountered. Otherwise brilliant!

San Rafael House is a super cute colonial style cozy your super super attentive staff I love that place.

The place is very nice and cozy. He's got free coffee all day and I like that. I love the detail of the keys, which are old. Excellent attention, very comfortable beds and is in such a central place that you don't even need to take the cart out of the private parking and you just need to go for a walk. That's great.

Very nice colonial house style hotel in central Cuenca. Very clean, excellent breakfast.

Great place, very central, good service, the rooms are ok, big beds, lots of pillows, the shower has excellent pressure and hot water. The breakfast was simple but enough to start the day, includes yogurt with fruit and muesli, fruit juice, bread and eggs.

Beautiful place. Wonderful staff. The night person and kitchen staff spoke English. The beds are super hard though.

It's a great hotel. Very responsive and friendly staff. Good breakfast. In the heart of the old town. If you take into account the price, then at all without complaints.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff is so friendly and really went out of their way to help us with everything. The rooms are small but cosy and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and filling. This is a great place for solo travelers or couples.

This boutique hotel was absolutely magnificent. The service was outstanding and the ambiance was beautiful. It is centrally located, walk to town markets and owners and staff were the best.
