Awesome Visit! We really enjoyed our time in the Galapagos because of Fonna and her team at Torre Mar. They were very helpful in getting our trip planned. We decided to do a land based tour rather than going by boat. We got excellent advice and tips from Donna on what and what not to book. We set our budget and from there we worked out what she recommended. We really felt at home during our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable.
What a fantastic place to spend your vacation. The hosts were very accommodating, and the facilities were perfect. Close to town, you can walk to the waterfront in about 10 minutes. Plenty of hit water via solar energy.

It was our great fortune to have found the one of a kind Torre Mar luxury boutique hotel on the one of kind Galápagos Islands. The accommodations were perfect for our family. Donna’s food on their beautiful terrace was a treat as were her packed lunches for our daily adventures. And one could never put a price tag on their personal care of us — setting up our tours, setting up drivers to escort us to our various daily sights, setting up dinner reservations, securing drivers to take us around town, securing drivers to pick us up at the airport and make sure we got on our flight home. John was our naturalist and marine biologist guide on our snorkeling tour to Santa Fe and advised us on absolutely everything — & John even joined us for dinner downtown one night. Overall they were terrific in every way & we feel we made new friends on this beautiful island at their beautiful hotel. Until next time, the Schick family.
