They do not have enough neatness with the cleanliness, of the rooms, of the pools and I do not know how it will be with the rest.

Gated hotel with great service staff and services. Excellent location without the noise from the city with lots of greenery and natural foliage. Amenities include indoor amphitheater, playground with zip line, pool, gaming room, and observation towers to view the surrounding mountains. Front desk and wait staff provided excellent service and are friendly and patient with limited Spanish speaking guests. Highly recommend if your looking for a quiet place that provides excellent accommodation, food, and relaxation as a vacation home base or as a resort.

The property is absolutely beautiful! We were there because of unfortunate circumstances but staying at this amazing property was the highlight of our trip! We would highly recommend it to anyone traveling in Ecuador! In fact when we are able to return we will make it a point to stay here!

Quiet, clean, excellent service. A little delayed the preparation of the food.

The place is very nice, the rooms are nice, but from the beginning there is no information about the package we acquired, it said 25 activities, and never anyone told us what we could do (we did not do a single activity) they did not give us information, only the pool was used and we ended up suffocated looking for shade because there were no parasols, in the pool sector there is no one who came to ask you if you want something, when we wanted to ride no one could inform us schedules, the gourmet lunch was cold and it was not good. The only positive thing is the excellent and polite attention of the waiters. A tip if you buy a package should charge the whole package and not by parts, food a payment on one side and the rest of the package on departure.

I never value a hotel badly, but it deserves it because the value for money is not the best for the bad treatment they give. Please improve that being lying to customers is nefarious. I would never come back.

Was a very late night coming here, checked in around midnight. Our room was very large and had a small bathtub. Some event was happening and they put the event in the room right below us, so very early in the morning, we had chanting and yelling. Breakfast we managed to find the right room, but service was no where to be found. Eventually we had someone bring us coffee. The grounds on the other hand, are amazing! The manager (I think) pointed us in the direction of the farm, and we had a wonderful morning exploring. Overall very nice hotel, just not good planning on their booking of space and the staff for breakfast was very busy setting up for other things and not focused on current guests.

Charming colonial-style hotel with beautiful gardens. Great breakfast. A bit far far from the city centre but close to the airport.

We ended up leaving our marriage in the San Jose de Puembo We are infinitely grateful for everything and from today the San Jose is our favorite place. We love the hotel!

A super beautiful resting place, with very friendly people in the service. Ideal for events, with beautiful natural scenery.

Staff is amazing and the rooms are beautiful. Stayed in the more rustic rooms the first time and then stayed in the more modern rooms the second time. Both so beautiful and comfortable. The grounds include a soccer field, playground, and there are goats and sheep to look at.

10 minutes from the airport. Very quiet and with a spectacular patio. Breakfast very good too.

Lovely hotel 15 minutes from the airport. Beautiful grounds with alpacas, rabbits, and many birds. Also an excellent spa. All of the staff was kind and helpful. Delicious breakfast is included, as is airport transfers. I would enjoy staying for a few days instead of just one!

Lots of nature a big garden.

Very nice hotel in a relatively quiet area with large, treed grounds. Only dissappointment was that we did not get one of the historical rooms in the older part of the building that we clearly booked on the Expedia website. Instead of a room with post and beam construction and vaulted ceilings we were given a room in the new addition that is very modern and comfortable but lacking in character.

A very beautiful place, I was happy to have shared with my colleagues from the National Center for Mediation of the Judicial Function, at the National Meeting of Mediators.

Loved the serene landscape, food, service and comfortable modern room… beautiful blend of traditional with modern rooms. A great retreat from exploring the Amazon… much needed hot shower and good food… thank you for the hospitality.
