Lovely beautiful place romantic and peace full.

Amazing hotel, it was called to take the dirty dishes from the roomservice but they never went and when I asked them to help us lower the suitcases from the room to the parking lot they did not go to help us either. The buffet lunch very expensive the price per person.

Fatal restaurant, today Saturday, August 22, 2020 we went to dinner with my husband, a fatal fatal fatal service, they never took the drink, they served me the tickets, I consumed ceviche they took me the chifle that was the companion of that dish almost that when I finished it, I also ordered a tiradito of octopus and never arrived the companion asked for a piece of bread and to not guess! I never get the bread … fatal fatal fatal.

It is a great hotel excellent service, but at the time of my visit it presents remodeling in one part. When these works finish it will be beautiful impeccable.

Hotel Oro Verde is a luxurious and finely-stamped hotel, has a wonderful view, has a wonderful beach available. It has all the refinement that someone looking for a lot of comfort, Conford, and an extraordinary service in one place in Hotel Gold green blanket you can find it. I recommend it.

Spectacular sea view and delicious food.

Several times I have been bad this hotel. Once I registered a guest who was coming from Mexico and his transfer service from the airport left him dumped to the Lord. He was waiting an hour for me to Irlo to see myself in a taxi.
What I can salvage is that it has a good view and being in front of the beach is a great advantage.

Mr. Ricardo Ferri, an incredible businessman received us a few minutes very attentive and took advantage to thank him for the extraordinary attention and allow me to use his facilities to develop my business, I received some of my partners in his restaurant first Category, the social area very cozy, in the same way that one of the suites that we use these days like that it was our own house.
We will return very grateful always.

Sometimes is difficult to plan a Birthday Surprise specially when the person who is going to be celebrated is in another country. However I contacted Oro Verde Hotel to book a 3 day stay for my Grandmas Birthday and they were amazing. Cristina the lady who helped me with my booking was excellent and made my booking with no difficulty even though I am in the USA. She even stayed her time over at work to complete the transaction on time for my Grandmas birthday.
Marketing was o…n point and extremely polite. One could chat with them by facebook messenger and get an immediate response to any enquiry. They were amazing my favorite part of all my experience with Oro Verde Diego Armando is in charge of that department and he and his staff was the best.
At my grandmas arrival at breakfast the staff sang Happy Birthday to her it was great what a welcoming.
Later I must confess, I was a little concerned about my grandma since there was a construction in the hotel and she needed to change her room but as soon as she change it, everything was more than perfect. The staff went above and beyond their duties. First the General Manager of the Hotel Ricardo Ferri welcomed my grandma with a personal note telling her welcome home and other sweet words. I will add the picture of the message to this review.

Terrible attention restaurant with a terrible, very poor letter.

Good restaurant. They open at 6am the restaurant and the bread is home made, sweet and salty croissants, 6 kind of fruits, yogurt, French eggs, orange juice, a bar of salads, meets, etc. DELICIOUS the buffet and the menu food. The chefs are amazing in special Roberto Zulca. You are served in front of the ocean, you can see the people in the beach… The birds… The sunset…

The site is nice but the sea view is not FEI can speak so that the roofs of the kiosks are pi ten there is no desperdiciosos of CO struccion and in the surrounding terrain is a garden.

The cafeteria of the hotel Oro Verde, a pleasant place with careful attention, Dond Josselin, Sandra and mirin T make you feel well attended, take a break in this place is a pleasure.

Great location close to the beach great food.

Very lack luster. Room was mostly clean but the furniture seemed pretty worn in considering that the room had been remodeled recently. AC had two settings freezing and off. Breakfast was ok, they kept running out of plates and cutlery and coffee despite the fact that there didn't seem to be a lot of people. All in all, this was a major let down after my stay in the Oro Verde Cuenca. The hotel's age shows and the whole facility could do with an overhaul.

In the cafeteria there was only one person attending, late approximately 50 minutes waiting for a breakfast and two natural juices… Apart from just having a person attending the place was to burst, I think they should fix that put at least one more person there, after that the food was good, but not to wait so long.

Food was very good but the service wasn't very good we waited an hour for our drinks and our waiter was no where to be found.

Weak drinks, poor attention to guests by the pool, not enough towels in room, no way to be able to dial for room service or anything; no directory and the labeling on the phone is not ledgeable.

I was there, in August 2007, had relindo I loved everything from the care comfort, food its beach rooms… made me feel like a Queen, even in the same blanket did parapentte to now bird man is called. I recommend to visit blanket and not get lost in prom pink whales.

Go Sunday to the all-inclusive restaurant is phenomenal. Enjoy the facilities of the Hotel and eat all you want. Excellent.

Excellent location. The bedrooms smell a bit old but are super well equipped with Wi-Fi and excellent views from the balcony. The access to the beach should be more friendly.

All of this very well-the internet is fast, the rooms are clean and the hotel has several restaurants and things to do we recommend it enough! If you go to the room 216 will see that I talk.

Note that there is a new administration, as it is a renovated hotel and best care. I recommend, it is worthwhile.
