Excellent location for photographers. Their facilities are very interesting.

A very nice place where one has to spend a beautiful lomento of recreation with the family. Or even for business meetings. A quiet place in its surroundings and safe. First class attention. Exquisite food.

It's a very cozy place, it gave me the impression of being in my house. Spectacular, don't imagine finding something like that.

Sweet little Boutique Hotel Close to Airport and historic park.

The Riverside Hotel is a really great place. The home atmosphere and décor make it incredibly cozy. The patio area is perfect for a night dinner, or for an event with friends.
Located in an area of high appreciation and with great security in Guayaquil.

The service is relatively good, they need better various details of guest service, cordiality, cleanliness in the rooms, improve breakfast.

Nice boutique hotel. Just a few rooms. The area this hotel is in, is very safe. We later stayed down town, which made me appreciate this location even more. You can walk to several restaurants for lunch or dinner. The rooms are quiet and quaint. We had two rooms and both were very nice. The staff is helpful and speaks decent English.

Beautiful, quaint hotel in gated community. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. The courtyard is a nice place to relax.

Excellent, as always I travel to Guayaquil. Very good care and impeccable rooms. Very recommendable.

The personal was friendly and cordial, however need more training in the different areas, reception and kitchen. Need best adaptations for the dining, I seems that a desktop adapted of table not was the best option, were in two opportunities and in it first, the room especially the bathroom me seemed uncomfortable, had a step that could cause accidents. This situation improved in the second chance where we have room and bathroom more spacious.

I don't consider it a Boutique Hotel, does not have the same amenities and hygiene leaves much to be desired. In addition it seemed unsafe, cloned me the credit card and the last place where I used it was there, in addition the staff is below expectations.

I made my reservation time ahead from Miami, and when I arrived they did not have any reservation under my name, it was 12am and they took me to a suite some other building that they never cleaned or change sheets for a whole week neither they change towels, not a TV.

My late arriving flight was delayed so my fiance and I were tired and hungry when we arrived. We were greeted warmly and shown to our very spacious room. We ordered something to eat and a couple glasses of wine and it arrived promptly at our room. The bathroom was very clean and nice, but there was no toilet paper! When we woke the following morning we enjoyed the beautiful courtyard from our second floor balcony then went downstairs for breakfast. The food was good and the fresh juices were outstanding. I'm not very familiar with Guayaquil but I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport, Upon leaving the airport it was nice to arrive after a very short taxi trip. Our plans were to leave early after one night, but I would certainly strongly consider this hotel for a longer stay.

The only thing that should be noted is the good service by the person.
The 'Hotel' is really a bed & breakfast, 2 star, where the room had a strong smell of damp, there is no air conditioning in any part of the "hotel" except in rooms, towels and bed linen are very old, the towels have Lint and sheets are chewed (of my bed had 2 holes).
As for breakfast, (only melon) fruit was that of the previous day to juices that are not very good have lots of sugar; only bread is not so cool mold.
I had to go to a store and buy fresh fruit and make me my own breakfast.
In fact for the price they charge the place, especially the rooms is very bad.
I suggest that they spent to remodel and improve breakfast, staff is excellent, they do what they can with what they provide.

I was there last week and the place is excellent, a species of finance guayaco-espanola with contemporary touches, great atmosphere, excellent service.
