If it could be possible I would rate it as a 3.5. It is wonderful hotell overall: beatiful patio, nice gym, great views from the windows. The negative thing was that the rooms was not clean: spider webs, bread pieced on the floor etc.

Placering I smukke omgivelser, fine værelser men ikke noget specielt, alt er økologisk og maden er rigtig lækker, service er rigtig fin, baren er god og så er der en god stemning og masser af hyggelige områder på hotellet.

Good room, clean and cosy. Restaurant serves good food and staff are polite.

I love this hotel. Everything is well taken care off. The food is delicious. The staff is very friendly. There is good Wi-Fi. Only thing is that the rooms are a bit small but this is fine for just sleeping. Thank you for the very nice stay!

Excellent service. Small but very nice rooms. Navi took us directly to the parking lot. Would have liked to stay longer. For a few nights more than enough.

Nice hotel just 8 minutes outside from Roskilde station. Some nice scenery and nice rooms for events or discussions. Food was excellent and the rooms were comfy.

Comwell Roskilde is a very nice hotel. The rooms have a modern interior and good beds. The breakfast is better than most hotels. The bar is very good and with a wonderful view of roskilde fjord. All of the staff was very kind and had a mindset to make it a good stay for the guest's.

Very nice atmosphere and good staff. Waiters are very attentive. Food is alright but not exceptionally good.

Nice business, workshop and conference hotel. Beautiful surrounding. Open and quiet area, good food, but room and bed is very small.

Overall, for conference the experience is good. Good rooms and facilities with coffee and snacks available throughout the day. Negatives I still see are simple things such as no coffee making facilities in the standard rooms and TV choice is poorer compared to other hotels I have lodged with in DK. The standard rooms are a little on the small side but are adequate and the beds are comfortable enough. You can upgrade to a larger room where I believe they have some extras and you may be lucky enough to get a view of the Fjord. There are bottles of water in the Standard room but you have to pay for them. Before dinner we thought we would get a drink at the bar. Unfortunately, the bar service was extremely poor and we gave up after 15 minutes and thinking we would have better luck in the restaurant. I would like to to think they were short staffed that day but my experience from a couple of years ago was exactly the same. The lunch and dinners serves were very good so no complaints there. The restaurant was busy but there was no delay in service. One negative is that the acoustics in the restaurant are not great and with many diners talking it can be a little hard to have a conversation without shouting yourself.

Good location for presentations. Good food services.

Helpful, comfortable rooms, good breakfast, a bit of a walk from the centre.

My elderly parents went on a group trip last week, and staying at this hotel was their worst experience in Scandinavia. According to them, the experience was utterly humiliating — — unpon check-in, an Asian hotel manager read them a long list of what's forbidden in this hotel in an arrogant way, which is rare and unacceptable, and then they were told that using their water boiler in the room was not allowed, due to some ridiculous reasons, and my parents ended up queueing for hot water in the lobby everyday. Is this the usual way you treat elderly person with no ability to communicate in English or Danish? If you are not ready to accommodate travel groups, then just don't do it. You owe them an apology. 中国的团队游客最好避开这个酒店，里面的亚裔经理非常歧视中国人，除了言语上的轻蔑，还要求房间里不能使用烧水壶，让客人去酒店一个固定的地方排队“打水”。在这家酒店的体验是全北欧最差的！

Brilliant, lovely staff, great rooms, amazing food and superb service and options for vegetarians.

NICE hotel! And if you come here, be sure to book a room with fjord-view. It is breathtaking! The staff is very friendly and the breakfast good. This is a place you will come back to.
