A pleasant, though slightly worn, hotel in a convenient location close to the centre of town. No air conditioning makes it difficult in hot weather. The provision of a fan in the bedroom is helpful! Bedrooms at the front suffer from the noise of the railway across the road when the window is open. Staff are pleasant. Bedroom was clean and the bathroom well stocked with products.

Well situated close to the train station, which is a huge plus. The staff were helpful, though cleanliness could be improved. The rooms were quite hot with no AC only fan. So we had to sleep with our window open. Ours faced a tennis court and the outside were surprisingly quiet during the night which worked out ok. What were a bit disappointed is that there were is quite a big discrepancy between the room pictures and reality.

The staff is helpful and courteous, the breakfast is not exceptional but tasty and of sufficient variety: a little biased towards the salty and with a coffee in full Nordic style that is not normally delicious. The room is spacious and soundproof and of winter is good but if you are in the summer and you have to keep the window open because it lacks conditioning system, the noises of the Underground Railroad are unsustainable. Sufficient bathroom.

The rooms are nice and clean. Tv and a decent bed. A bit much noise from the train and there are no fruit on the breakfast. And no proper, healthy gluten free alternative for breakfast.

Good location, 5-7 minutes walk to the train station. It is possible to reach almost any attraction of Copenhagen by foot. The airport can be reached in mensch than 40 minutes.

Some remarks:-The shower lake is already time to replace (poorly passes water and it is difficult to switch to a shower) ;
— To turn on the light in the bathroom, it bypass will burn and in the room (with this we do not make out and could not…). It's like nothing, but if at night one person should go to the toilet, the other will sleep with the light on… or use a flashlight!
— No ventilation, and it feels… ( (

Staff is super-friendly which makes it kind of sad that the room felt like it doesn't have any kind of ventilation thus it was more like entering a sauna than a hotel room from the day one. Opening a window helped a little but the nearby trains make insane screeching noise which means no peace or sleep if you want to have a decent temperature and air quality in the room. And this was in the spring with 18-20 degrees outside. I don't even want to know how bad this would be in the summer time.

The Hotel is very clean and the rooms are very small. Close to the center and the central train station, the S lines pass in front. Recommended.

Hotel is good but I had some issues. I had a paid booking for 1 week and due to sudden change in my schedule I reached hotel two days late. I did not inform hotel regarding my changed plan. When I was in hotel they had already cancelled my booking and will not refund me too. They said… It was their policy, if anyone did not check in the very first day the reservation will automatically be cancelled and no refund. This was shocking. Had to pay again for remaining days.

Very friendly staff, rooms good and clean, location Central, price OK, breakfast not exactly inexpensive. There are better variants outside the hotel.

Not bad. The location is very good.

It's ok, however friends I have travelled with had their room booking cancelled by the hotel in error so was not a reassuring start to our stay. Room basic, more like ibis facilities, staying 3 nights & they provide paper cups in rooms for tea coffee, however they did not replace them or the milk.

Warm welcome, bicycles available on site, spacious and central room (arrival at the station) very pleasant stay.

Good location near to station and bus stops and plenty of amenities. Hotel room was basic but ok. Was very unhappy with the lack of cleanliness though. Cleaner made now effort to clean the room. Paper cups and rubbish were left behind, stick worktops etc. Most irritating part is that we always cleared up our mess after leaving the room so there wasn't a lot to clean up… basic emptying trash can and cleaning surfaces seemed to be too much of an effort. Probably wouldn't stay again based on that point as I've stayed in cheaper hotels that are cleaned to an acceptable standard.

I've stayed here before this time recommended to my family and they loved it. Lovely staff, warm welcoming. Room small but perfect, comfortable beds, had own balcony to see Copenhagen city. It was really really cold outside, — 12. Tried to venture out as much as possible. Room was lovely and toasty all the time. Free Wi-Fi. English channels on tv. All and all a lovely stay. Definitely recommend.

Nice, comfortable at the station, not huge but clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

Central location (downtown in 8-10 minutes walking distance), clean room, nice staff. Only the bathroom was a bit frumpy, but functional.

The rooms on the first floor are big and clean. In 4 we were very good. Very big bathroom with a great shower. To repair the TV it took us two days, for the rest kind and friendly.

The concierge staff were nice and helpful. The room was ok, definitely not luxurious especially the bathroom which didn't have a bath. However, it was nice and comfortable. The dining hall had a lovely selection of breakfast items and so I was happy with that.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful employees. Unfortunately the hotel itsself is not nice, the rooms do not look like the pictures on the website. Not enough water coming out the shower to wash your hair… breakfast is not very tasty.

Nice hotel with big room for family of 4. Breakfast spread is quite good. Location is also very good as it is just next to Vesterport station. Many choices of restaurant and convenient stores around the corner.

Unreliable Wi-Fi & TV package. Room entry cards do not work most of the time. Tiny and not very clean bathroom. Very dry air in a room. Good breakfast.

Great location, cozy rooms (small but pretty standard for Europe). The bathrooms are basically wet rooms which mean fully tiled and water can splash out if the shower which wasnt a big deal for me. It has everything you need near the heart of the city and blocks away from Tivoli Gardens and the main train station. Breakfast was good with a decent selection and a nice way to start the day. Public transportation is fantastic and really close but Copenhagen is a very walkable city and you should definitely rent bikes from the hotel…

Basic three star hotel. Although at the center of the city, still a quiet place. The beds are comfortable and it is quiet during the night. Overall the hotel can use an update to keep up with the time.

Had a very enjoyable stay. The staff was courteous and helped answered any questions we had with a smile. The buffet also was more than you could ask for in the morning So it is definitely a fine place to stay.

Best thing is location of this hotel. Rooms are average. Breakfast not very exciting.

The hotel is 5 minute walk from the city main railway station. The elevator seems a little bit old, but it works perfectly. Breakfast is very good.

Friendly staff. The rooms were ok in size but the bed very hard and pillows were much smaller than usual. If you prefer to sleep with the window open (no ac in the room), specify that you want a room facing the back alley. The noice from the train station is horrible. Staff was helpful and gave us a new room after a near sleepless night. The breakfast is simple and feels cheap, the room is crowded and hot, even the milk was stale. I would recommend getting breakfast from any nearby cafe or bakery. The 3 star rating for this hotel is not accurate in my opinion. Staff the only reason for not giving this a 1-star rating. Go somewhere else.

I liked that they stored my package that arrived several days prior to my own arrival. The staff were really pleasant and helpful. The room was really small and did not have an HVAC system. Was incredibly expensive! The entrance to the bathroom had a 10 cm "lip" to it, and I damaged my toe in the middle of the night when I went to the restroom. No fridge in the room. Finance team didn't confirm my prepayment with the other staff, so when I arrived, I was told I had to pay again. This was later fixed a couple of days later. Breakfast was really unappetizing and repetitive. Basic details were overlooked like no plates for the coffee cups. "Game room" in the basement was a cool idea, but badly executed. Needs a sauna and pool. One cool thing is that it has a tennis court on the roof. I wish I had know ahead of time!

Centrally accessible hotel with good facilities. Rooms were ok sized with good bed comfort. The view from the 6th floor is awesome. A bit busy during mornings since it is located close to the Copenhagen Central station. The reception lobby can be improved to make it more attractive.

Nice hotel to stay near the train station. The rooms are spacious and staff is super helpful. The two drawbacks I can point out are: 1) noise level if you get the front-side room. The trains leaving/entering to CPH Central station make noise. The plus side of the front-side rooms is the balcony and the views that you get (see my attached pics). 2) There is no conditioning in the rooms so in summer it can get bit hot. However, they do provide a small desk fan in the room. The breakfast was free and had basic items, nothing special but not bad either. Overall, I prefer the location of the hotel and good service so I'll recommend it if you can handle the noise part.

Fairly cheap prices and rooms a little larger than the Danish standard.

Hotel in the center of the city… you pay a fairly affordable price, considering the expensive prices of Copenhagen! Quite modern structure and rooms with all comforts!

You're fine but you pay so much.

Location is very good, it is only 200 meters from Copenhagen central station. Deluxe rooms is good standard. Service is also good.

Very much no frills, and not the most value for money either. Good location for nearby attractions and transport links. Wi-Fi was not great. Not the best service, but suspect this was a one off.

Excellent hotel, with free breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful. Appears to have been renovated recently. Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, hope this was a one-time occurrence.

Close to Tivoli Gardens and 10 minutes from the Centre. Rooms quite large and clean but no air conditioning. Paying public car park behind.

Breakfast is ok, room is ok and the staff very friendly. Good location to the city to explore on foot.

Comfortable rooms and simple breakfast.

Ok, so you get what you pay for. In this case, 100 EUR got me a sizable room with a private bath, You can get to the shoping street "stöget" in about 3-5 min. Staying in copenhagen for 1-3 days, its "ok". The 200mbit fiber broadband is however more like 20-30 mbit. Not that it matters.

Very comfortable. Everything I expected. Excellent breakfast.

Clean sizeable European rooms (we had a queen bed) and private toilet and shower. Dependable free Wi-Fi. Close to Central Station, Tivoli, Stroget and city center. Across from Metro but soundproofed quite well.
